I've ordered from them twice now, and their service is just superb. Shipping is fast, always on time (even during COVID pandemic) and returns/exchanges are easy. High quality fabric for their clothes, the cutest styles, accurate sizing charts. But I truly appreciate their customer service—I have never been treated better as a customer. HIGHLY recommend shopping here

The site has very cute clothes, however, I was not impressed with the quality. Paying almost $60/dress I expect a higher quality. I ordered 4 dresses and 2 didn't workout. The returns are for store credit only, so beware! When I sent the two items back, they only refunded me $30 at first. It was until I had to char with customer service did they refund the other one. Then I tried to buy a different dress with the store credit and remaining balance on my card, and the order failed, yet my store credit was taken away and the card was still charged. It took DAYS of emailing back and fourth before it finally got resolved.

I did not receive a pair of shoes ordered but the customer service responded to my email within minutes and offered to either resend, store credit or refund.
I opted for the store credit as I love shopping through showpo and the store credit was processed very quickly.
Extremely pleased with their customer service and it made the entire process very simple and stress free.

I like the styles they have to offer... I DO NOT like the overpriced items and the low quality items that you get in return. I literally have found, exact items on different sites for way way less and with very good quality. It's honestly shocking. Showpo hardly has coupon offers or allows the use of coupons either. The shipping is terribly slow even when you pay for the fastest shipping possible. WHAT A SCAM COMPANY.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a dress from here and when it came it REAKED of chemical, toxins, which really makes me question their ethical standards and care for the health of their customers. My item came about a month late, which is ridiculous. The quality is horrendous. The stitching is completely off, the item fits so oddly, and looks nothing like the photo. I tried contacting them kindly for a refund and they refused. They would only offer me store credit, which I do not want because I had such a terrible experience here I will never be purchasing from them again, and either should you. They don't have physical stores, so you have to order online, then you're locked in because if you don't like the item you only get store credit. HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE quality, and HORRIBLE customer service. Complete scam, DO NOT buy from here, you will regret it.

Recently purchased wedding dress from Showpo. It arrived quickly and the presentation of the dress and the way it was wrapped was fantastic. Very well done! Unfortunately, the dress was not suitable for my daughter so I have to return it within the time frame. All the help I received was really good and once returned I received my money back ASAP. Really great company to deal with.

If not Australian DO NOT ORDER from here I have to pay import tax that costs the same as the dress I ordered 74 and I asked if an item would be restocked so I sized up, I now see that is has been restocked and it's only been about 5 days.

I accidentally put the wrong address for my order. I emailed their customer service and the same day they replied and gave me store credit so I could reorder the item to the correct address. Great customer service!

I'm over the moon with ALLof the service I have received from Showpo, I'm getting married this year and have ordered several different dresses and several different pairs of shoes to make sure I get my outfit perfect and they've been amazing about any issue I've faced or any questions I've had! I cannot recommend showpo enough! I found the website while searching for a bridesmaid dress and I was absolutely amazed by the different colours and styles of formal dresses they have. I did order a dress and found that it wasn't the style I was after but the customer service was incredible! I sent my order back for return and within the hour the customer service representative fast tracked my store credit and I was able to order another dress. Delivery was also another amazing experience. I ordered my dress at 5pm and received my dress the following morning at 11am! Overall a very impressed shopper and I will be back :)
