Showpo have a great Customer Service Team, their returns are easily processed and the delivery of their orders are always on time.
The clothes have always been of a good quality. Sometimes the sizing is a bit off, so it's best to measure before ordering.
I placed an order back on 5/29, a dress that I was planning to wear on my bday 6/16. It's been 7 business days and I got ZERO updates about the order "In transit". I got in touch with their support center and told me to keep an eye in the tracking link. Asked them for an ETA or otherwise cancel my order, customer service told me that I'll get a refund once I receive the package... God knows if I'll ever receive it or when... prob by fall or winter. This is very frustrating, they aren't reliable at all. Never again. At this point I just told them to keep my money, basically I paid for an item and I got nothing. I guess that's how they make their money.

I ordered a dress for my graduation using express shipping which cost $12.99 which was suppose to be arriving June 1st and when I got the Confirmation email it stated it wasn't going to arrive until June 5th- which is the day of my graduation which would be too late. I really hope the email was incorrect and it comes on time. Please respond soon!

Don't buy in Showpo. First time I bought, and it didn't arrive the date estimated. When I wrote the answer was your parcel may have been lost' so they gave me credit. So, now that I order the second time to spend the credit they gave me. Guess what? Again, I never get it. I write again and your parcel may have been lost' This is very disappointing. And they offer me more credit? Come on! You will never get what you buy in this store. BE CAREFUL!

One of the ladies working there, Jill, treated me like a child upon asking about a refund I was promised. This was over a month and a half ago and still haven't gotten my refund of $50! On ordering a skirt, my normal size was three sizes too big for me and when sending it back and getting the right size, had to pay a fee of $16. Quality of clothes was cheap. Would not shop here again.

I ordered Showing Me Off Two Piece Set In White Lace, and Where Are You Now necklace in gold. I received me package very fast considering I live over seas. The package came in a cute purse like' bag. Inside was the two piece set and the necklace. Be careful when ordering jewelry. The bag for the jewelry was super tiny and I actually ended up throwing my necklace away because I didn't see it. The packaging for it looked like a silica packet. I found my necklace though, but because the packaging for the necklace was so small, it was pretty tangled. The necklace still looked like it would be good quality. I also contacted customer service because I originally thought they didn't send me my necklace, and they were really willing to make things right. They also replied within an hour. The two piece set was super cute. What I didn't like about it though was it was a little bit see through, the top showed a lot a cleavage but you could make it better by tying the front tie tighter, and the skirt was long. I'm 5'2" and the skirt dragged the floor, compared to the picture of the model where the skirt is at her ankles. My overall review of them is good. This is my first time ordering with them so maybe the things that went wrong was my fault because I didn't know what to expect, I didn't know about small jewelry packaging and I didn't know their models are so tall, but I'm definitely willing to order from them again and keep figuring out the company.

I had some problems with my item and reached out to email them. They were quick to respond and helped me so fast. Even though I had an issue with the item itself I will continue to shop there as their customer service was super fast and were very nice as well. The quality of the item(dress) was definitely high quality not to mention super cute! I definitely recommend ordering from Showpo and if there is an issue just send them a email! Super helpful plus all the cute clothes.
