Get great answers when I ask chat about a product I like mainly in sizes as they do vary alot but otherwise I love the clothing.
I ordered a dress but had to return it as it was much too big. Jill helped me with the return so I could reorder the dress in a smaller size. The quality of the dress was good, but now I know the sizes are larger than I'm used to.

Showpo is great as it offers a lot of fashionable clothing in all sizes. Quality is not as great as it used to be and sizing varies incredibly. Returns policy isn't the best however they do make it clear on what is it. Customer service has always been great and helpful. I always shop at showpo. Like any online retailer you need to make sure you read returns policy.

I ordered 5 different dresses for 2 occasions i had coming up and brought dresses that would fit my body type, something would look decent right?...
All sizes were trash! Some styles i couldn't even get on and others would pretty much fall off me.
2 dresses the material and fit looked nothing like the picture quality.
I contacted for a refund and was denied, the girl dealing with me came across quite rude and copy pasted their returns policy of store credit only! Would not of spent $280 here to recieve store credit when the garmets were so poorly sized and bad quality.
I have brought on so many other similar online stores and i am shocked they are legally aloud to do this!
Go shop on pretty little things ladies! Amazing customer service when unsatisfied
BTW. 2 months later and still my store credit is not on my account!

Sizing is crap and the return policy is tedious.
What am i going to do with a store credit when I am not going to be spending here for myself or my family or friends.

I ordered dresses that were my size and one below my size to keep my options open. They both turned out to be terrible quality, and ridiculously long and large. I have never been so dissatisfied with my shopping experience. In addition, I had to pay 9 dollars out of my pocket to return the clothes, and only received store credit. I spent around $200 here, and basically wasted $200 because I'm sure the next pair of clothes I order will have the same issue. Don't waste your time on this website, it is a complete rip off. They only offer store credit as a return because they know that they have bad quality clothing and have roped you into buying their clothes.

I ordered from showpo once and was satisfied with the clothing. I tried again and all the clothes were terrible quality and way too large on me. I am 5'3, have a B cup and weigh about 95lb, a size 00 (double zero) should fit me.
For returns they make you purchase a label for $9. No, they don't subtract this from your refund but you have to pay out of pocked on top of what you paid previously.
On top of that they only give you store credit.
I held on to my store credit for a while and ordered again a few months later, and I swear it seems like the quality gets worse with each purchase. The quality was extremely bad, fabric itchy, cheap and simply terrible.
Now, I had to pay ANOTHER $9 to return these clothes and am again left with store credit. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I am so upset. I don't want store credit. For all I know the clothes are going to be too large and super cheap looking again when I order, and then I have to pay $9 again to return the stuff.
Truly never ordering from this company again, I would if their return policies weren't so inconvenient and unfair. But truly never. Again.
Worst buying experience I've had in a while. I've purchased stuff on Wish for like $5 that had better quality than these clothes.
Just DON'T do it.

As a petite girl I struggle finding clothing that fits me! Showpo is one of the only brands I can confidently buy without having to alter my clothing. I love that they include everybody - all sizes. Furthermore, they have great costumer service and help you with your problems quickly and professionally!
Their shipping is ridiculously slow. Their sizing is way off, especially shoes. Everything is way too large. A size 7 shoe fits like an 8. Clothing fits a full size larger, or more. Furthermore, customer service is completely inflexible. Don't shop early for Christmas from their website because you will NOT be able to return, exchange or get store credit past 30 days... period. There are far better online stores to shop from.

Like anywhere sometimes what we purchase may not sit as well as we like (could be shorter than we realised or the girls might be really on display) but there's never any dramas if I need to return something!

The company does not give a refund. Only store credit. If you are one of the victims of this company who does not want anything to do with their cheap products anymore, and just wanting your money back, I urge you to make a complaint at Fair Trading because their policy is not fair to unsatisfied customers. Their clothes are pretty expensive so I was expecting a good quality as well. My orders are all dismaying. Really really cheap and bad quality. I returned them the next day and would only give store credit in return or gift cards. Their policy is not fair. We should have the right to have our money back rather than store credit or gift cards. I have already made a complaint in Fair Trading and if anyone else out there deserves justice to their purchase, please report this unfair policy to Fair Trading.

The shipping is amazing because of how fast it is, though the quality and sizing of these items were despicable! I bought three dresses within two weeks and returned them all due to sizing issues. I'm not sure if their sizing charts are off, but I usually wear a size 14-16 AU, though the sizing chart recommended a size 20 for me! Of course, the dress was enormous on me and I had to send it back. For the premium prices you pay, the quality could be a lot better. And the fact that you can't get a full refund and only get a store credit is very tedious. The customer service team was very helpful throughout all my returns although, I will not be purchasing from this site again.

The buying experience was fantastic! Paid for 4 hour delivery and received the item in that time. The jumpsuit looked amazing in the pictures but the fit wasn't great for me. I purchased a size 10 which is my usual size but item runs small so 12 would have been better. The fit itself may still have been a problem. I guess this is the risk of online shopping.

I am currently hospitalized for some time so I wasn't able to ship my return package on time 3 days tops. I had already made the request on time. When I spoke to a rep about shipping my package they said I could not because it was outside of the returns. They didn't care that the reason for return was that both dresses had damage to them. (Lines of stitches in the front panel of the satin dresses). Cruel company and I will never give them my business ever again. (I will be adding photos of the damage on the dresses when I am back home)

No refund alternative for a faulty item, and then when they have said that our store credit on my account, I see that it is not there. I emailed them about this issue, they said they had updated it. Two weeks later, I need to buy something (even though I never want to shop at this terrible place) and there's no store credit.
Like most online shoppers, I enjoy adding everything that catches my attention into my cart. I noticed that the website was advertising a sale on winter items, and so of course, I begin to stock up. However, when it came to applying the coupon code and checking out, the coupon code was not valid. I contacted customer service about the issue and they were very quick to respond and was very helpful in resolving the issue.
