This was my first time shopping with Showpo and it was a dream. My item was picked and shipped very fast. Had a bit of a delay with express shipping but was very quickly and properly offered a refund for said delay so overall it was an enjoyable shopping experience. Will definitely be shopping with Showpo again x
I had a small issue returning my item which was a third party issue and Elyse for the customer service department was fantastic. My issue was sorted within a couple of hours. Extremely efficient in getting it rectified. Very pleased with outcome.
I had issues where my tracking wasn't working but i emailed someone and they were a massive help and even got a discount code for the inconvenience, the dress was a slightly different colour in person but really nice and wonderful service

I had returned a parcel a couple of weeks ago and It hadn't been processed and I wasn't receiving any information on it so I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I had a response and a lovely girl named Harriet had processed my return as easy as that. Very easy store to handle returns with :)

This was my first time using showpo and I have to say I'm impressed! Finally a place where a size 16 woman can get fashionable clothes and feel sexy! The clothes are beautiful and fits exactly I didn't need to order a size bigger or anything like that. I did return some bathers though as my girls weren't sitting right and showpo team have the best customer service and fast tracked my store credit so I could re-order something else in time before my girls trip to Melbourne! Definitely will be making showpo my new online favourite!
Such a wide range of clothes for everyone... such good quality and something for every occasion... so many different choices for formals or special occasions, but also a heap of cute and casual outfits!
I had ordered a product and upon the arrival date the product had been damaged. I waited to hear from AUS POST and didn't. I then contacted Showpo, and from there they treated me very fairly and met my expectations with a new product being sent. I'll happily order from there again :)
Just wanted to say massive thankyou to Michelle R for her outstanding customer service involving 2 of my returns that were delayed for weeks... she sorted out the issue with Australia Post and credited my account within the hour alleviating a lot of stress for me... :)

On my last order I had accidentally chosen the wrong address, when I called they were able to sort the issue out straight away and had it re-directed to my new address the next day. She was so polite and called me back with an update. I have never had any issues with my Showpo orders or delivery, it always runs smoothly and am always happy with my items. Love this site :)

After not receiving a confirmation email of my purchase (due to an error on my end) the support team were very quick to look into the problem and helped resolve and inform me where my order was sitting. The girls were lovely to deal with and very helpful.
I have always ordered my clothes through Showpo, untill recently I ordered a dress and it didn't turn up. It took me about a day to get onto someone and finding the correct contact number and email was tricky. However, once I was able to speak with someone, my issue got sorted super fast! The girls I spoke to wear helpful and lovely aswell and traced my order up as soon as they could.
I love showpo! Also because it's the only place where I get buy plus size clothing that is beautiful and age appropriate!
