There was a mix up with my order and showpo were more then happy to help and I appreciated that a lot as some businesses may not of been so good

Clothes are amazing, great material and very comfortable. However I returned two items and it took days and days before I could resolve my issue, email multiple times and even rang. Other than that showpo is great would buy from here again.

I highly recommend showpo, 5 star quality clothing and fast delivery times. Ordered lashes on a Monday they came the next day

I had an issue with my store credit not appearing on my account. I sent an email to customer service over the Thanksgiving/Black Friday weekend. I heard back the same day, and had my store credit on my account only a few hours after! Super fast considering how busy they must have been. Love shopping at Showpo!

My order arrived within 2 days of order which was amazing especially since I live in a different country! I had to return an item as it was too small. There was a delay with the processing of my order however, after my enquiry the lovely team responded straight away and arrange my store credit immediately. Thanks so much, I'll be sure to shop again soon! X

Some of my items didn't get to me and the Customer service team was very helpful and timely in giving me store credit back for one and sending me another one free of charge. Absolutely love Showpo! They have awesome clothes and are so inclusive with the sizing which is fabulous for me being a size 16 I can still be stylish and cute in all my showpo items. Have been shopping with Showpo for a few years now and recommend to other girls constantly.

My order didn't arrive on time for my birthday. So I contacted them and they helped me by contacting Australia Post to see what was happening with my order. So they asked me to pick another dress that I liked and they sent it to me free of charge same day delivery! This is what I call customer service

I posted a return towards the end of last week and wanted to grab some more dresses for the weekend during the black friday sale. I contacted showpo asking if there was any way they could grant me my store credit so I could use it for my future transactions and they responded within an hour and sorted everything out for me. It was really great and they were extremely accomodating :)

I have bought many dresses from Showpo and some of the time I have not been happy with the sizing. However, I find Showpo's return and customer service exceptional and will continue to "keep trying" with purchases because of this.

I made a return with 3 items and only 2 were credited. Made a call to showpo and they fixed the issue within minutes.

I ordered a dress and it came the night day I was most impressed, due to me ordering the wrong size I sent it back and had store credit that week. Amazing service and prompt response. Love this store
