My product fit perfectly and was exactly how the picture looks. Had shipping issues but customer service was prompt in responding and correcting issue and I received my product on time. 100% will be shopping here again

Everything is very good. The serviee is perfect. The prices have to be a bit cheaper. But in general i love shopping from showpo.

My daughter ordered a number of dresses and playsuits, they were all great quality and as shown on the site. I told her to keep all of them but she opted to return two and get a smaller size in another. Customer service for this process was friendly and prompt, and the initial order process and postage was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I had returned 2 dresses in one parcel whilst in a rush but only received one credit. At this point I'd lost the tracking number for the return postage and was worried I'd never see that money again. But Shauna was amazing and checked it out, confirmed the dress had been received and credited my account. Really turned a possible mess into such an easy and simple transaction. I couldn't be happier!

I ordered my dress on the night of black friday and had some issues with it. The team only responded to me the week after even though it was stated that their customer happiness would get back to me within 24 hours. However, they replied me on monday and subsequently very responsive. Jack was very patient in dealing with the issues I had :)
