Very helpful returns and easy to return items. Bodysuit and jeans true to size also. Would definitely shop again. Jeans were faulty but Customer service gave me no drama and were really helpful.
Today I called up and spoke to Lorena at customer service. I was hoping to have my returned item (which was being processed) fast-tacked to store credit so that I could use it in time to buy an outfit for this Saturday. Lorena was amazing and so helpful, she fast-tracked my store credit straight away so that I was able to have my outfit in time for my event on the weekend!

I purchased 2 items off Showpo - one was amazing and I was super happy with the dress (the fit, fabric, style and price!). I sent the other back through the returns process and it was so easy to follow!

Awesome communication, took a few days to reply but very helpful when they replied. Annoying that we have to wait until they receive the return before we get the money back in our account. But other than that, was good. Sizing is also confusing, I had to go up two sizes in dresses
5 star customer service. I sent a return without label attached (woops!) and Shauna and Nikita were so lovely and tracked down through Australia Post where it was likely. Fortunately made it back to me and I was able to resend. Clothes are always true to size and top quality. Definitely recommend.

Not only are the clothes beautiful, but I have had a bit of a hiccup with something I ordered and they have gone above and beyond to fix it for me. The only issue I have is sizing. I buy everything in the same size, and some things have been, if anything, a little too big while some things don't come close to fitting. But they are always happy for you to send it back and get a different size. I love Showpo!
Been a long time customer and have loved almost every item i've purchased! Every now and again I would need to return an item due to sizing issues but Showpo always resolves any issues within 1-2 days! <3
