My purchased items were exactly like the photos. They're customer service was a 5 Star Rating as the ladies were a big help in fixing my problem, they didnt take long in returning my call. The ladies were friendly, i was really impressed. I highly reccomend Showpo!
I was extremely impressed by the speedy delivery from AU->USA, and the wonderful customer service I received while the order was en route. Unfortunately, I wasn't as impressed by the sewing and execution of the dress I bought. Understand it's an e-commerce site, so you can't expect much, but details count! The zipper hook was sewn into the zipper so I couldn't zip the garment completely and there were loose threads along the hem. I also bought a plunging neckline, which normally I'm all for, but this was missing an inch or so of fabric on the bust, because anyone with a chest would be busting out of this dress, and I'm only a 34C. I began using showpo as the foundation for all my wardrobe and accesory needs! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with any purchases, exchanges, and queries I've had. I wouldn't shop anywhere else, and now all my friends think so too!

Absolutely love Showpo. The first place I look to when clothes shopping. My orders always arrive either over night or on the second day, they send an email for every update so you know exactly where your package is and when it should arrive. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced when clothes shopping. I have bought dresses, skirts and tops from Showpo and I have never had a problem. They are true to size, good quality and I love that they offer a range of sizes. Something for every occasion too!
My orders were a little late but only because they were moving warehouses, my previous orders have always come on time. Nothing but great customer service and the clothing quality is great.

I purchased 5 items- they were a little late in the shipping but went out of there way to send me an email to advised me what had happened!
One of my items was also shipped separately which was a little disappointing but when I contacted them they explained it was on the way and it arrived the next day.
The first couple of times I bought from Showpo, the quality was great and sizing was accurate!
The last time - the cloth was cheap, zippers were stuck and the sizing was all wrong!
The delivery was also crap this time with an express delivery taking 4 days to arrive!
I live in NY and couldn't believe how fast the delivery was. I got a dress for a gala and received so many compliments on it!

I had a problem with the delivery ( which was not showpo fault) and they were very helpful and kind. Showpo is my go to place for clothes and shoes because they are very true to size.
My order took much longer than it was supposed to as it was held up in a warehouse in Germany. Eric was extremely helpful in keeping track of the package and following up. Plus, both items I ordered looked exactly like pictures and were like the description.

It happened to me and it broke my heart and really pissed me off.
I was so worried what was going to happen when calling showpo for help and advice. I honestly thought it was going to be a $#*! fight.
BUT after talking to the most amazing lady named natasha who helped me through it and got on top of the situation really put me at ease. And I'm extremely amazed of her service and happy with the outcome.
She didn't make me feel like a bother and understood what I was going through.
She kept me up to date with aus post and how the investigation was going.

Have bought off them for a pretty much 98% of the time i love what i get! Very true to size except maybe the skirts run a little small and short if you have a booty! Other than that adore there clothes and how quick it all comes! I had a tiny problem with my bag they gave me three options on what i could choose to do and it was totally up to me for what worked best for my situation which i loved instead of having to go to the effort of re posting it and waiting for a new one! Highly recommend! Xxx
