My first dress didnt quite fit so I sent it back and re-ordered, everything has been so fast and as I have a function to attend I just didnt want any delays. Im really happy with the customer service they have gone above and beyond for me.
First dress ordered didn't work out. But since we are in a time crunch, I was able to prove that first dress was in transit for a return and was able to use my store credit to order an exchange right away.

Bought 2 dresses from here. The material feels really cheap. One of the dresses had a rip on it where you can see it wasn't sowed properly. The other one was too tight around the sleeves Customer service department is no help at all when it comes to returns. Will never purchase from here again. 2 dresses going to the trash.

We absolutely hate disappointing our customers since the core of our business revolves around our customers satisfaction! Our policy is that all returns are processed as store credit. You may book the return for a refund if you think that the item has a poor quality however it will still go through the returns check in process. If the item was found to have a manufacturer's fault, the refund will be processed. I've brought from Showpo a few times, but feel compelled to give a review because I've just had the most amazing customer service from them. I had a broken zipper (yeah that's not ideal, but it happens) in the dress I just bought. I called them and they helped me straight away. I already have the new replacement dress in time for my event.

I has ordered the Body Language two piece set and unfortunately it did not fit so I had to send it back but in transit the parcel went missing in which showpo were still happy to give me my store credit even without them receiving the item.

Showpo have great quality outfits and even do same day deliveries! Customer service staff are always helpful and have always been prompt with a response and a can do fix it attitude, if something is the wrong size or faulty they help me organise any returns free of charge and organise store credit in a timely manner. Ordered a romper for New Years off this website. The item was too tight on the waistband so I wanted to returned it, expecting to have to pay for shipping and receiving store credit. At first my order didn't show up in the return portal. Once I contacted customer service, they not only solved my issue, but issued me a paid for return label so I received free shipping. Super easy and much appreciated! Definitely going to shop here again! Their clothes as so cute!

I purchased a few dresses for a themed event from another company (two weeks before an event) and I was guaranteed arrival the day before. These items didn't arrive. I was totally devastated. So I purchased a two piece top and skirt the night before the event. I was so impressed with the delivery, as it arrived the next day (the day of the event). I was so relieved and excited as I had something to wear. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, it didn't fit. So I was back at square one with nothing to wear. Luckily, managed to put together an outfit, with what was in my cupboard and dress up box. I needed to return the item, but I just missed the Christmas return period, so I emailed Showpo and communicated with Jo and Jai, both had exceptional customer service, they were helpful and kind and went above and beyond to assist in returning the items purchased. Thank you girls, it was very much appreciated. Showpo, will be my go to next time for ordering my outfits, however, I will order a size above. :)

I've bought items from Showpo over the last 2 years & it's rare that I decide to keep the items... All their clothes are absolutely beautiful online, but when I receive the items the material, quality, & fit are not what I expected.
But the customer service level that Showpo has, regarding the assistance needed for returns, is second to none. Firstly, Tash was very understanding of my situation at the time & was very helpful. Secondly, Jia was able to sort out my issues with the return very quickly.
