Showpo's customer service team is absolutely amazing! Very responsive and personable. They helped me expedite a return for a larger size so that I will have it in time for a work conference. I will definitely be shopping again just based on the people. I am grateful to them all!
Ordered two dresses last year and it came with an extra $90 CAD in duties. One of the dresses came faulty with loose threads and small black marks on a WHITE dress. The other dress seemed cute but it was too small and I didn't want to pay the return fee so I waited to lose some weight so it would fit. Finally tried it on again and the string to wrap around just ripped right off. Contacted them and they said they could not accept as it was too late even though it was still brand new with tags, even though they should offer free returns for damaged items. Super poor quality on both dresses and spent so much money on them just because they looked cute. Not worth the price and the poor return policies.

This is pretty much my go to place to shop the clothes are good quality and they have options larger than a size 12 which is just amazing, the delivery is just 2 days (never missed an event) and if something goes wrong the customer service team is super friendly and helpful :)

First time buyer, I'm excited, the dress fit perfectly, the material is first grade quality, I'm proud to say as a size 20 I'm really impressed. Also shipping was 4 days I'm at awwwww.I also love the fact if you need to return an item, Showpo make it so much easier by allowing you to return the item in the same bag it was delivered in, this saves me time looking around for a bag or box to wrap the return. So don't be shy, I'm telling you, this shop is the real deal.

I ordered a dress for a last minute wedding & when I received it, it wasn't what I wanted & it didn't fit in certain areas. I sent it back & got another dress & my store credit was back within minutes after calling showpo & talking to them! They were so easy & so kind about it

So on a Monday I needed a dress for Saturday. Before purchasing the dress they said it would arrive on Thursday with $20 express shipping. After I purchased they said it would be delivered on Friday. That still gave me 1 day of wiggle room which made me feel better. As a I was tracking the shipping it started saying it was to be delivered on Monday, which would not work for me at all since I NEEDED it for Saturday. So I contacted Showpo and the shipper. Neither could do anything to expedite delivery (and I thought it was ridiculous that express shipping doesn't run on weekends, even though you have to pay $20 extra for it). When telling Showpo I didn't want to the dress they offered me a 10% discount code after I say I don't want it?!? So I said that I wanted a full refund andthey agreed. THEN the shipper tells me there's customs of $40 on it, which I don't want to pay. I report this back to Showpo and they transferred me to a different customer services agent who obviously didn't read my story because they said "we'll work on getting it back to you as soon as we can" but I don't want it anymore! Eventually they transferred me to another customer services representative who gave me permission to refuse the package and have it returned and refunded. Eventually everything worked out okay but it was a long painful road of emails to get there.
What I took away from this experience: don't listen to when they say they'll have it delivered.

I returned an item and for over a month nothing was done about it I got no credit no refund so I called up and was told it had been returned but nothing was done about it so the awesome guy on the phone immediately gave me the credit and budda bing budda boom dilemma solved!

I ordered an outfit that ended up not being my size and when I went to re-order it in a different size it ended up being out of stock :( However, I called Showpo to see if this was actually true, and in response the lady offered to look up other outfit options for me because she knew I was in a rush for an outfit and she emailed them my way. Also the quality of the outfit that I originally ordered that did not fit me was 10/10 :) I will definitely order from this company again. BTW the outfit I ordered was "Outside The Line Two Piece Set In Leopard Print"

I ordered an item from Showpo which arrived and was unfortunately the item was too big. I contacted the Customer Service Team and explained my situation and advised that i needed an exchange asap. Dayna from the team was extremely prompt and issued me a store credit that day which abled me to order another size that day. 2 days later i received my new item and it is perfect. I bought two dresses and everything was wrong with them: the material felt very cheap, the size was wrong, they didn't look like they did on the website. I tried to return it but they don't refund your money! They give you store credit meaning that you can only use it on their website. Absolutely ridiculous!

The quality is just sooo bad and when you return items for bad quality, they don't bother to process the return or notify you. I don't understand why anyone would pay for such horrid quality when there are so many other legitimate online retailers available... The Iconic, ASOS, Esther, Little Lace... there's just so many, there is no need to give your money to these scammers.
