So I haven't picked my order up yet but was surprised as to how quick it had been delivered! I had some trouble with receiving an order number but realised I wrote in the wrong email address(whoops), I had contacted the showpo team which again to my suprise were very kind and professional. They had fixed the problem in a quick and efficient manner no fussing about which was a major plus. The customer service was by far the best I've come across, am very much happy with my experience so far! Thank you girls xx

I asked a pretty difficult question about the restocking or an item. And although I was disappointed to find out that it isn't scheduled for a restock, she told me to sign up for notifications in the case that it does restock and was very quick to respond.

I had to return a prom dress that didn't fit me right and it was taking forever for it to get back to them so they gave me in store credit knowing my prom was coming soon and I didn't have time to wait for the return process.

I love showpo. It's the first site that I go to for any occasion that requires a new outfit and any that doesn't. There's never been a time when I've worn an outfit from showpo and I haven't got a compliment.

After returning an item, I was issued a credit and had confused the way the credit worked. Customer service was quick and very respectfully fixed the problem. I'm not quite convinced yet with the quality of the clothes which is why I put a 4 but customer service was fantastic!

Horrible return policy. Store credit only which means you cannot try on items and return if they don't fit. I will never buy from Showpo again! Highly disappointed.
