Ordered a dress for graduation, the courier lost it in the mail or im not sure what happened. I had to order the dress again, and pay for expedited shipping that Showpo refused to compensate even though it wasn't my fault, they said it was the courier's so it wasn't their issue. They provided me credit to order the dress again (wasn't enough to cover the new price of the dress since it originally had a one-time student discount on it.) Anyways I pay for expedited shipping and it still is in Australia and is supposed to come tomorrow so no way it'll be here on time. It's my graduation dress and even though I ordered 3 weeks ago, they failed to provide me with it and will have to go find some other dress. Further when issuing the credit, it took me like 3 phone calls for it to finally show up on my account and the happiness agent kept saying it's there even though it wasn't. Extremely frustrating company, I'd stay away because you won't get your stuff in time.

Had a technical issue with payment being processed but an error appeared on the website and when Showpo rep Ann answered, she said they had already started the refund. Problem was fixed before I even spoke to her. Really good.

I sent an email and I immediately received response. Although it wasn't the response I wanted because the product I wanted wasn't going to be in stock soon enough they responded hastily and offered similar options of the outfit I was interested in and helped me find another outfit.

PROS:
1. Cutest styles ever!
2. Pricing not bad
3. Great Customer Service
4. Fits fairly true to sizing guide in terms of waist and hips.
4a. If you have ever shopped at Ever New, the fit is around the same. The tailoring just isn't as good as Ever New
CONS:
1. CAD to USD = extra $$$ and DUTIES :( (Unfortunately)
2. Store Credit only
2a. This makes it harder to figure out the sizing for your body type. Especially if your not from the states or Australia and have to pay the extra $$$
3. Not the greatest fit for petite women
3a. The bust is a little large on V neck pieces, and some may find that they are in between a 0 and a 2 because of this. Because I am petite, I find the torso to be too long on closed back pieces. Also the inseam on the pant legs will be a little long for short ladies
4. The first time will always be the most difficult because you will incur a large cost trying to figure out you're size unless you are lucky. If you are outside the states, you will have to pay for shipping back out of pocket instead of using the store credit which is advertised because you need store credit to begin with in order to use it.
5. The material ranges depending on the piece, and it can be hard to tell what the texture will be like from the photo's
All in all, its worth a try, since their product is cute. Once you know your size and their fit, you'll have a better time navigating the site.

We do accept returns but we don't cover return postage costs and everything must be booked on our returns portal available on the website. Store credits are valid for 12 months and it could be used to buy anything available on the website and even use it on sale periods. :) Regarding fits and sizes, please note that the size chart is only a guide and garments may have a different fit depending on their style and material. If you are still unsure, you can buy two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit for a refund. :) Unfortunately, custom fees depends on the processes and procedures of your country for anything bought internationally. :( But rest assured that if you raise any inquiry with us, we'll sort it out the best way we can!
