Everytime i need a dress for a function i come here! If i don't like the one i have and need to exchange they are so helpful! Have exchanged two dresses as i didn't like the way they looked on me cause im picky but they fit well and i true to the picture, am a repeat buyer! Love love love showpo!

Showpo did everything they could to sort out an issue with delivery. Unfortunately they use Yodel, who are beyond bad. But Showpo's customer service was great.

I ordered two items for the first time using showpo, one fit great the other wasn't what I was looking for which was fine. I had some computer trouble with my return but the costumer service was so helpful and quick to resolve the problem with me!

Amazing service! I ordered a beautiful dress which came the next day, as it didn't fit I sent it back and order a new one and it was super quick and easy to return! The customer service is also great, super quick to reply. 110% recommend this site

Ive been obsessing over their clothes for over 3 years now and everytime I have some money to spare, I make sure I buy stuff. Their clothes are gorgeous, the quality is good and it fits me perfectly. Also, their customer service is outstanding. Love this brand!

Sent a message around 10pm at night Perth time and got a response within 20mins. I usually don't get a response for days from other stores during working hours let alone past 10 at night! Excellent!
