I had emailed them because I had thought I had ordered a different size that was being sent. I ended up ordering the wrong size by accident. They responded very quickly to my email & were very nice about the situation. I will definitely continue to order more dresses!

Let me start by saying that, I contacted the customer service department on a weekend and they replied back! I was shook to be honest but I felt a sense a relief that someone was there answering me. All of the girls who helped me out were just Amazing! I was able to ship my return and got my refund expedited just in time to re order my blouses! Thank you for the excellent service I can not wait to receive my order and tell my friends of this amazing shop thank you again

Everything arrives within the allocated delivery times which is good and they have a great range of stuff. However one dress I received was sub par quality and I wasn't happy with it. Other than that it's a good store.

While I was initially dissolved due to being charged a large amount in customs. When contacting Showpo with my issue, they could not have possibly been more helpful. They are very swift in their responses and were super helpful!

The team are amazing! I ordered a dress I wasn't happy with and the returns process was so quick and easy and I had the store credit applied almost instantly to order another dress. Highly recommend!

Great customer service very understanding and trustworthy, I had sent back a dress which didn't seem to fit my bust and while it was in transit I got my store credit as I needed a dress for my school ball which is on the 28th on June this month, I was very happy with the outcome and I'm glad I brought of showpo and will definitely be doing so in the near future

There's LOTS of online stores and yet it seems so hard to find a good one. Showpo WILL be your go-to online store. Not only are the clothes good quality, returns are easy, and help is easy to come by. When you call, you can actually talk to a real person without having to hit 0 over and over. If you send an email, they reply almost instantly. They're always willing to resolve issues and FAST. Thank you Showpo!
