We ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses for a wedding at different times/states and when the bridesmaids and bride realized that the dresses were different shades of navy we had a difficult time returning or exchanging them. The dresses were cute and fabric was light weight as to what we really needed for our July wedding. Just sorry that the return policy is quite strict especially when you only have 14 days to return an item. If the item has not been worn and the tags are still attached it seems they allow for the return and not just give you credit. I guess live and learn.

The dress I ordered was too big and they immediately helped me return it. When the return wouldn't go through they did everything they could until it worked. The service was excellent and the employees are so nice.

Absolutely loved the customer service! I was concerned about my items I had purchased and within a few minutes the customer service team had replied to me and cleared up everything and answered all my questions! I've ordered a couple things from showpo and I've been pretty happy every time. Their free express postage when spending over $50 is great and the quality of the clothing is close to perfect. And they gave great customer service skills the only thing I can fault from showpo is sometimes their clothing runs big. So just make sure to read the reviews and maybe choose a size smaller then usual

Always having something new! They have a wide range of clothing and all different styles. Friendly staff to help. Pretty true to size but to always read the size guide to help as some may be bigger then others. But over all the website is easy to use and very user friendly. An I would recommend buying clothes from here. Good quality clothing!

I bought a bikini top hoping (and being given the impression on the website) that the bottom half of the set would be restocked but after speaking with the helpful customer service team I found out it won't be restocked. I will be returning the top as I was falsely under the impression that there would be more stock coming in
