Fits quite well and is just like the pictures. A little hassle with the delivery because Showpo didn't know which shipping company they use in NZ but that got sorted out.

I received my order ahead of schedule and loved the look and feel of the dress. Unfortunately, it was way too big. I'm attending a wedding in a few weeks and was worried about receiving a replacement in time. The customer service team has been working with me to help me with this and have been wonderful thus far!
The only reason I am giving a 4-star review instead of 5 is the return policy. This is one of the first companies I've purchased from that doesn't do a full-refund and this is very problematic when ordering online. Otherwise, it has been a great experience!

Although the customer service was quick and responsive, the results were less than satisfying. Originally I had left a raving review due to being under the impression that my issue had been resolved. However, this is unfortunately not the case. I purchased a dress for a wedding I am in that was chosen by the bride. Unfortunately, the bride changed her mind and chose a dress from a new vendor for the bridesmaids to purchase instead. This was two days after the 12 day return window. I reached out hoping that Showpo could make an exception, explaining countless times that I could not afford the new dress the bride was asking us to purchase without returning this one and receiving a full refund. I even mentioned the store credit would not work due to the new dress being from a different vendor. Originally they told me I could not make the return, and that even if it was within the 12 days, the dress was on sale now so they would not give me anything more than 20% off my next purchase. This was not acceptable and not listed anywhere in the return policy regarding sale items. However, after explaining my circumstances and once again, emphasizing my financial dilemma, the representative offered to assist further and claimed she could make the return. Due to me sharing already that I needed the refund and NOT the store credit (on several different occasions), when the representative mentioned she fixed the problem, I was under the impression it was to refund my money. I was so clear in my communication that this was what I needed and specified it countless times that it seemed there would be no chance for error. I thanked them endlessly for their help, made a raving review, and returned the dress immediately. However, to my dismay, once it was returned, I received an email stating the dress had been delivered and I was now issued a store credit. I attempted to reach out again to figure out where the miscommunication had occurred and requested my refund once again. However, the management staff have refused to refund my money and claim they never made the exception I so desperately need and originally requested. The management team even quoted, "You can speak to the bride and tell her to choose some of the bridesmaid dresses we have in store so you can use your store credit. I'm sure she can find something she likes." This was more proof that I was not being listened to, heard, or respected, as I had mentioned twice throughout my communication that the bride had already requested a dress from a new vendor. I am deeply saddened by the results of this request and will not be shopping with Showpo in the future. I will also be contacting my financial establishment to dispute the charge. While I appreciate the efforts made in some aspects of this return, I do feel as though I was mislead. When seeking assistance from management, I was not heard, nor was I impressed. This is a disappointing vendor with less than satisfying problem solving skills.

0 stars. Horrible customer service. My credit card was charged 4 times without my knowledge or consent for 1 item. Material was below average for the price. Falsely accused me of a stain they supposedly found upon return when the dress was returned back unworn, in the same packaging, unwashed, with tags, within 4 days of receiving it. It was returned as it was extremely small in the chest and sholders even ordering a size up to be safe. I am completely unsatisfied with the product and service. The fact that they wrongfully accused me of a stain that was not there, just to avoid giving me a full store credit or refund is despicable. I've never written or had to write a review for any product, service or company until now. They wouldn't give me a refund or a full store credit and honestly I wouldn't use it at this point anyways. I wish I would have never entrusted or ordered from this company at all. What an absolute nightmare.

I ordered a few different dresses from this website and all seemed good quality, but then when one was returned, I was given store credit (which should just be refund anyway). They told me the dress had "deodorant stains" but I wasn't even able to get the dress over my hips, never mind get "deodorant" stains on the dress. I was told I could only get 50% store credit for the dress I didn't destroy.

We try and make our returns policy as transparent as possible, which is why we make it readily available on our website and link it upon checkout! Our returns policy does state ‘Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained’. Our returns team need to be fair to all our customers by following these guidelines, and returning a garment with deodorant stains does go against this policy. We really don’t want to leave you totally unhappy, so have offered you 50% store credit, which you have a full 12months to use, even though the garment has not fully met our returns criteria! I ordered an item, that came way too big according to their size chart. Went to return it and their prepaid return labels didn't work. Called their team 3 times to get it sorted. Finally returned it, and over a week later I messaged them twice asking if they had received it. They said they had not. I reminded them that the tracking number was not correct because their label did not work. They did receive the item back, and I had not received a notification! Now the issues got worse. They refused a refund, insisting on store credit. I looked through their store, and there was nothing I wanted in my size, and I did not trust their sizing anyway. After about 5 conversations with their team and Afterpay, I finally got a refund. Never in my life been so disappointed with a store's customer service.

I had ordered a dress that was too short. Only then did I get into the details about their refund policy.
I had assumed that the fact the are offering "returns" would also mean refunds. But no.
They would only exchange the product and/or would give me a store credit, that I will not need. Very unhappy. So if you are not 100% sure that the stuff that you are ordering will fit I would recommend staying away ordering with that company.

Although I needed to pay huge import taxes on the package and ordering something double, I had good experience with the clothes itself and the service to resend the item.

Charged 3 x $7.95 and was then emailed that I would have to wait for 5-7 days for a refund of the additional $15.90 taken.
