It was my first time shopping with Showpo today. I was a little hesitant at first but talked with someone from their FB support team, who was so lovely and helpful. And it ended up with me making a purchase! The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was nice and smooth. Ordered my package at 3PM today and got free express shipping and it will be arriving tomorrow. Overall my best online shopping experience in my 20 years. Will definitely be a repeat customer! So i probably placed about 6 orders with showpo so clearly i like the style but it's really hit or miss. The prices are high (compare to Zara where shop all the time) and the quality is not that good on some of the items, from each order i places i return half and you need to pay for shipping and only get store credit, that stops me from getting way more things from them.
I just feel they did a good job picking very nice designs but cheap and price them up.
From what i didn't return, 2 skirts shrank in the laundry after 1 use and one skirt ripped after maybe 5 wears.
Also i placed an order and the next day they went on 30% off so i chat with them asking for price compare ( like come on it was 1 day) like all the brands will do for you and i got just a no. I was very annoyed by there.
So yeah... every now and then i will see them on social media and get something but it's risky f.

Great service, super quick to get back to you. The clothes look like they do in the photos! I had returned a dress because I ordered the wrong size and sent them a quick email about my store credit, and they uploaded it immediately and gave me a discount.

Great service! I had to return a dress as it was too small, my ball was coming up really fast and the store credit hadn't been put on yet because My dress was still in transit. I just flicked them an email and she put my store credit on for me anyway so I could still get my new dress in time! Definitely 10/10

Prompt shipping to the US, true to size, really fast customer service (like within minutes.) The clothes is a bit pricey, but worth it and high quality. You can't find cute stuff like this in the US.

BE AWARE that if you wish to return an(y) item(s) you DO NOT get your money back into your CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. I made the stupid mistake to assume that I would only get merchandise/store credit if I went over a specific amount of days (ex. 14 or 60 days) because that's how other stores/ websites work. And NOW I've been desperately trying to get my money back because I need that money to help pay for my books for college. And they just keep dancing around the damn issue. If I can't get my money back I'm just going to have use up the store credit (MY MONEY) but after that I'm NEVER buying from here again.

Super stylish with quick delivery. The items received were pretty accurate to the modelled images on their site in terms of appearance and material. Customer service was quick to respond and super polite. Overall, it was a great online shopping experience.

I can't fault the customer service in terms of sending the product, but the sizing is absolutely ridiculous! Ordered one dress in my size that was 1-2 sizes too big I thought the sizes must be generous so let it go and got the dress altered myself, so I decided to order another dress in the same size as the first, now this dress is CLEARLY 2 sizes to small, I had a friend try said dress on who is 2 sizes smaller and she could barely get the dress zipped up. Said dress was discounted. I now know why. This is absolutely disgusting. I know km going to have a hard time trying to get a refund for this item so I'll cut my losses and make sure that everyone now knows this is an awful site. I will not be recommending again nor with I ever order.

Been buying from Showpo for years and have never been disappointed. The quality is fantastic and the pieces are very accurate to the description and photos posted on their website. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to queries and extremely helpful. Even when I was the one who made the mistake they helped me out so that I wasn't disappointed with my experience and stuff up. Would recommend 100%. They have pieces for every occasion and fast postage is fantastic for that last minute fashion disaster or sudden event that's popped up.

You get what you pay for! Showpo has the best quality clothing for any online boutique. They also have great customer service. I have never had any issues. One thing I truly appreciate most is the size range. It is so difficult to find online clothing TRUE TO SIZE that fit women XL and on. They include many sizes for a lot of their clothing options and the fit is right on.
