I order my 'Paradise Looks Dress In Khaki Linen Look', I got it within 5 days and It's awesome in chest fitting and length wise. The fabric is nice, feels comfort after wearing. You definitely will love it, give it try.

I bought a bridesmaid dress from Showpo in January 2019. Two months later I found out I was pregnant and would need a bigger size, as I will be 6 months pregnant at the wedding. Showpo was unable or unwilling to exchange for a bigger size. This is taking full advantage of the fact that I have to buy another dress because it is for a wedding. Very bad business and customer service.

We absolutely hate disappointing our customers since the core of our business revolves around our customer's satisfaction. Please keep in mind that all returns are processed as store credit but we understand that not every situation is black and white which is why we have our returns policy advertised online to enable our customer's to make an informed decision before buying. Our returns policy shows that we can accept returns within 14 days of receiving it but we could be lenient and accept up to 30 days from purchase date and that's already going above and beyond our normal process. I have a wedding on June 1st that I completely forgot about, I was panicking and ordered a dress last minute frol showpo. IT DIDNT FIT *que my internal freak out* I immediately emailed customer service to see if I could get my credit right away after I mailed my order back and sure enough, Angel and Maria were so sweet and fast tracked my store credit so my dress could be here right on time! Costumer support always answered the phone and were always happy and very helpful! They went above and beyond, even by phoning me back when I couldn't hear them because of terrible service. Returns with them are so amazingly easy, and if you are in a tight squeeze they can rush your store credit so you can order a different size and have it on your way ASAP!

I bought two sizes of the same dress from Showpo, both unfortunately didn't fit despite us measuring to follow the guidelines on the website. However, we were able to easily return both and spoke on the phone to April who helped us sort it out :)

I have purchased 3 different dresses from showpo. The dresses arrived in 4 days from the day I purchased them. I ordered size M and each one fit me perfectly. The quality of the dresses is great and the detailing on them is perfect. They also offer 'after pay' which makes the dresses even more affordable! Love showpo and will be shopping here again!
