Don't bother with this company. I had to call twice to get a free return ship label emailed and they said that it was sent. Nothing was sent even though they said on their end it was sent? Lol Just like the other reviewers mentioned... all a scam.
I am logged into my Shoprunner account and went to the checkout page, and under the shipping options, it says I will be charged $14.99 for my "Free" Shoprunner 2-day shipping. Screenshot attached. What kind of scam is this company?! Ridiculous.
No real-time tracking and the office is basically closed after "business hours". They shouldn't be doing food & drink delivery.

I ordered from Vera Bradley on 9/5/18 and selected shoprunner (thinking it was part of Vera Bradley). Half a day later, I checked my email and saw shoprunner membership welcome letter. I checked out what this shoprunner is all about. Oh no! It's a PAID membership with very bad reviews about the shipping times. I called Vera Bradley Customer Service to cancel my order explaining about the shoprunner reviews and that I needed the items for grandparents day gift but couldn't cancel because order has been processed! I cancelled shoprunner right away and proceeded to create another order from Vera Bradley with the same items I ordered earlier in the day. I wasn't expecting my Vera Bradley items shipped via shoprunner to arrive until next week based on bad reviews about this company! Yesterday morning (9/7), I received a UPS delivery email update saying my package is scheduled for delivery on 9/10 - so that's 5 days in transit! When I got home from work in the evening (9/7), my package was waiting by my door! It was my Vera Bradley shipped via shoprunner free 2-day shipping! I suggest you don't just rely on other people's reviews. Now, I am stuck with 2 orders coz I relied on the reviews from here!
I joined Shoprunner for the 2-day delivery promise, and I even removed some Shoprunner ineligible items from my order in order to utilize the service. The delivery estimate went from 3 days to 5 to now 7. I would likely have gotten my order more quickly if I had simply used the store's regular shipping. I cancelled immediately and would not recommend at all.
They dont even tell you the ETA of your package when you place the order. Its a gimmick and a waste of time. I would expect more from SAKS when I am paying as much as I am. I needed my items at a specific time and would have paid for it but this shoprunner bs shows up when you spend a certain amount so I trusted it. Scam artists
I ordered from Newegg on Sunday. The order was completed and the Fedex shipping label was created on Monday. The item didn't make it to Fedex until Wednesday, the day I was supposed to receive my order. Now I have a disappointed grandson. I should have ordered from Amazon. This was the first time and last time I'll ever use Shoprunner. Totally useless and a waste of my time! I'll be glad the day the company goes out of business.
I was having trouble using Shop Runner shipping on Bloomindales website. I contacted Shop Runner and the response wasn't even relative to my issue. I tried again, no response at all. I then called, the customer service person was rude and said it's a Bloomingdale issue. How would she know that since she didn't even look into it. On another occasion I had a shipping issue with a purchase on the Tory Burch website. Called customer service and again, very rude and told me it was a Tory Burch issue. It seems Shop Runner's customer service does not exist. If you're having a problem they will just refer you to the site your purchasing from without any investigation at all. So what is their purpose? They take your membership and then wash their hands of any issues that may arise. I got this membership for free but I wouldn't pay a dime for this membership otherwise. For those of you thinking of paying, don't waste your money!
I was given a membership through American Express, so I didn't pay anything for it and I still would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
The one good thing about Shoprunner is that they have delivered all of my packages in two days. The bad thing is that they are VERY DECEPTIVE. They advertise free returns. However, they fail to tell you before you make the purchase that there might be exclusions. For instance, if you purchase an item through Neiman Marcus Last Call, you will only be given free returns if you accept a store credit. If you request a refund to your original form of payment, you will be charged $9.95. Therefore, you are not really given free returns. You are given free returns "with conditions." There is nothing wrong with that policy. However, Shoprunner should make that clear BEFORE you make the purchase. Unfortunately, they don't. So basically, Shoprunner's marketing is a "bait and switch." They misrepresent their service so that you purchase items and then tell you about the exclusions. I don't know if it's illegal but it sure as heck is unethical. If I could rate this company zero stars I would. If you get the membership for free, please beware. Shoprunner is not upfront with their policies. If you want two day shipping, you are better off paying for Amazon Prime, getting a Target card, or using the minimum shipping through Walmart or Jet. DO NOT PAY FOR SHOPRUNNER. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
I really hope American Express partners with another company.
You would think a company that sells only one product would be able to deliver on that one product, but apparently not.
I signed up for this service specifically because it advertised guaranteed 2-day shipping, and I needed something fast. The very first order I made with them, they didn't actually get the package to FedEx until midnight the Monday after I placed the order, and the delivery time was bumped to a full 4 days (twice what was advertised).
If they can't ship things quickly, then why do they even exist (if not to scam money from people who don't know better)?
I signed up via Chicos website and after reading the terms of service determined that the service was not what I expected. There was no way to cancel. I exited the site and called ShopRunner where a man named Eric agreed to cancel my account. He did not. I went on the ShopRunner site today and the cancel account button doesnt work. Beware of any site with these sketchy practices
They were unwilling to provide return shipping label for Last Call Neiman Marcus. They wanted me to use the free return shipping provided by Last Call but that only gives you store credit, not a refund.
Zero rating. This co. Never delivers anything in a 2 day time frame, period.
You have a better chance of 2 day delivery using regular shipping options at check out.
The only reason i use sr is because my credit card co. Gave me a membership for free.
I have stopped using sr because the business does not work.
They tell you sign up and 2 day shipping is for free... yet item will supposedly arrive in "7 days"... yet to see it. Ordered on Saks on 3/28. According to tracking, due 4/4... hardly 2 days. Not a good representative of Saks!
I ordered two items from Fanatics.com with free "2-day" shipping from Shoprunner. One item arrived 4 days later and the other hasn't arrived, with an estimated delivery 7 days after the date I submitted the order.
Cross Christopher & Banks off your list of "free two day" shipping with Shoprunner. I placed my order about 1:00 AM on a Wednesday and now I am being told I won't get my delivery until nextTuesday. In what universe is this two day shipping? When I called their customer service center, I was told that the "two day" shipping does not include handling time by the retailer. Say what? Ummm. Maybe you need to work that out with the retailer before you advertise "FREE TWO DAY SHIPPING" If you state on the check out page that my items is being delivered on Friday, but then send an email 10 hours later saying you were just kidding, that is called deceptive advertising my friends. Never again. I smell a class action lawsuit.
I formally wrote a bad review on ShopRunner but retracted it because they were not responsible for the shipping charges that were applied when I returned the garments back to express. It was Express who charged me the return shipping and have since credited my account.
Do not know why so many people do not like the service, but I received items in time. I asked few questions about items and received full answers.

I was using Shoprunner consistently until two Saks orders I returned never got tracked or credited. I am now out $1,800 in lost orders with no way to verify that I actually returned the merchandise. I will never use this service again.
Hi Patrice G. I am sorry for any concern this issue may have caused you. If you used either a ShopRunner return label or the retailer's own return label, you can have the returns tracked via UPS. Simply provide UPS with the tracking number and they should be able to advise you regarding the whereabouts of your packages. If there is not tracking information available, please take the tracking number and receipt for your return to the UPS facility that shipped your product. They should be able to assist you with this information. Thank you.
Just so Shoprunner knows. My order was placed in the early afternoon and it took 5 business days to receive my package. Shoddy excuses do not make good business.

The information provided states: "Please allow two full business days for the order to arrive after it has been processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times and we recommend visiting their shipping pages for more information on their exact cut off times. Note: If an item is out-of-stock, personalized or customized it may delay delivery time." I hope this information is helpful.
Answer: I'm not sure I'm right but I think it's mostly because not too many stores can guarantee 2 day shipping anymore and it's cheaper for them to ship standard shipping.

Most retailers have a cut-off time for shipping an order on the same date it was placed. Unless there was some type of order processing delay, the order should ship the same or next business day.
