Made an order with RalphLauren.com at check out they offered ShopRunner.com service with Two-Day UPS free deliver... on the day of delivery no tracking info with UPS no delivery. Called RalphLauren a sender, that have no idea what is going on. I think shop runner just didn't pay for shipping so my order with RL was charged but not shipped. That is after ShopRunner issued an email that package sent.

Big name companies use them for marketing, its a corporate SCAM, can not believe BrooksBrothers and RalphLauren would deal with them.

I signed up for the free shoprunner account through my American express credit card, tried it on March 21,2016 by buying something from Toys r us for my daughter. It stated that I'd get free 2 day shipping by using shoprunner account. I'm thinking great, it'll be here Wednesday the 23th or Thursday the 24th since I placed the order in the afternoon. I got an email notification from toys r us on Tuesday the 22nd that my order had shipped. I checked the fedex link they provided and it shows that my item will arrive between March 29 and April 1st. That is way more than 2 days. This is unacceptable for something that claims to give free 2 day shipping! I will stick to Amazon prime from now on & I'm so glad I didn't actually pay for this service. Although I am satisfied that I got free shipping in general, maybe they should just rephrase it to "free STANDARD 5-7 business days shipping", that would be more accurate!

I have used Shoprunner twice in the last week. I placed an order at RL and an order at Newegg. On both occassions I was logged into Shoprunner and both invoices indicate free two day shipping. As I write this review it has been 5 Buisness days and neither item has arrived. Both packages were shipped UPS Ground. I called Shoprunner yesterday to complain. I was connected right away. I explained my situation. The person I spoke with said..."It is not our problem, you have to call the stores". I reminded her that a SR membership is 80 bucks, and maybe she could look into it for me she again told me their was nothing they could do. End of conversation. Buyer beware. If you are getting SR for free, I suggest that is all it is worth. Zero dollars.

I have placed four orders through the Limited using ShopRunner, and every shipment has been delayed. While I understand that time has to be allotted for logistics such as packaging the items I order all of the orders have been delivered 7-10 days after promised.

Trying to resolve this has lead to both organizations pointing the finger at the other. While there is a savings on shipping, none of the mailing labels have indicated two day shipping, so all of the orders are sent with the lowest mailing priority.

I would not use ShopRunner for items that you absolutely need in two days. This service is not comparable to Amazon Prime service at all.

IF U MAKE MANY FREE RETURNS U WILL GET BLOCKED FROM BUYING (valid ones, with receipts, within specified period, in same condition)
Due to being confident I could use shop runner to buy items and return if I didn't find them satisfactory I bought a lot of items. Kept many and returned many. This confidence has been a BIG mistake. Recently I was blocked from purchasing items from some stores which are shop runner partners by a third party company which processes credit cards for them. The retailer I spoke with said they didn't know why I was being blocked as they didn't see ANY red flags on my account on their side. They also were not given a reason by this mysterious third party credit card processing company. The only reason I assume is I am returning many items using shop runner. Mind you items were returned in exact same condition with tags attached, with receipt, within specified time period. The retailer I spoke with at Lord and Taylor was also very confused cause she too didn't see ANY strange activity on my a/c which should have caused this. She asked me if I had ever filed a dispute. I NEVER have! Seems like this mysterious third party company is not looking at the large volume of items that are being kept by me, but are only zeroing in on the returns! I regret using shop runner! STAY AWAY!

I am not pleased at all with Shop Runner. I placed an order with The Limited and it took over a week to get to me. I was told that 2 day shipping means it will ship in two days AFTER it is processed. Which basically means they can take however long they want to process it as long as they then ship it in 2 days. So if you get the package in two weeks they don't care. Then this past weekend I tried to order Dominos and no matter what I did after clicking through the Shop Runner site, the delivery fee always applied at checkout. I called the Dominos store directly and they had never even heard of Shop Runner. Anytime I contact Shop Runner's customer service they either do not respond or they are very rude and unhelpful. The store tells you to contact Shop Runner and Shop Runner tells you to contact the store. Definitely not worth paying any money for this crappy service.

I ordered eligible Shoprunner items and was stilled charged shipping from the store. When I called Shoprunner, they said I must have made an error and been logged on to the Lord & Taylor site by mistake. I know that I did not and said it was a glitch in their system. The customer service rep would not correct the problem or let me speak to a supervisor. Shoprunner ignored my first email and does not let any negative review posts on facebook. They lost a customer over poor customer service and ripping me off.
