Never got a refund for a return from over a month ago. Got the merchandise fast but did not get a refund. Now no merchandise and am out the money.
From the looks of the advertisement, free 2 day shipping means I will receive my package in 2 days. It has already been several days since I purchased a product and it has yet to even ship. Do not proclaim 2 day shipping if you cannot follow through with that.
Hi Kyle. Our free shipping benefit means that your will receive your order within two business days of the date it leaves the retailer's distribution center. Orders are usually processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times for same day shipping and we recommend visiting their shipping pages for more information on their exact cut off times. This does not include weekends or shipping holidays. Also if an item is out-of-stock, personalized or customized it may delay delivery time. I hope this information is helpful.
I placed 2 orders so far. One actually came in 2 days and then the 2nd time i placed an order with 2 day shipping for shoes i needed for an event that still did not show up although its expected to arrive shortly. How is that 2 day shipping? Went out and bought other shoes since it didn't come on time. Do not recommend.

I order tons from lord and taylor using this service. Works great every time. The only time I ever have received a package late is due to an item being shipped out from a store, otherwise all purchases are on time. I love also that i can check and it will show exactly when its delivered. Love shoprunner!

Placed an order on Monday with Lord and Taylor for a dress with "2-day free shipping"... Order wasn't shipped til after Wednesday... Got it the following Monday, but the dress was needed for the Saturday before... Guess what? Too late. Had to run to Nordstrom to get a different dress... What a BS...

Have had this problem multiple times with ShopRunner. The merchant website (have ordered from MULTIPLE merchants) states "2 day free shipping with ShopRunner". Only one item arrived in two days. All other orders (again, various merchants) arrived within 4-6 days. Did a little research on ShopRunner's website, and they blame the merchants for slow processing of orders. Once the merchant processes the order, THEN it becomes 2 day shipping. Luckily, I received this service for free, so it is just annoying - if I'd paid for this service, I'd be furious!

Placed an order from Kate Spade on 08/03/17. Should have shipped out on FRIDAY (08/04) and arrive on MONDAY (08/07, TWO business days!) Instead I get an e-mail on Friday (08/04) saying that they had "inventory issues" and that my order will ship on MONDAY with "complimentary" overnight shipping. Well guess what? It's Monday and my order has no tracking number, meaning it HASN'T been shipped! "Complimentary" overnight shipping my arse! I called Kate Spade and they told me it was a problem on ShopRunner's end. Called ShopRunner and was on hold for 45 minutes. Decided to send an email, "We will contact you in 48 hours." Seriously? 2 day wait on customer service for a service that is supposed to provide 2 day shipping? Is this a joke?
Hi Tanya R. ShopRunner 2-Day Shipping kicks in once the order leaves the retailer's warehouse. It does not include weekends. Therefore, it an order shipped on a Friday, it would be delivered on Tuesday. ShopRunner does not process or ship any orders. Orders are processed and shipped by our retail partners. Also, Kate Spade was conducting a physical inventory of their products on August 4th. Orders were not being shipped on this date. Expedited shipping was disabled on their site and ShopRunner was removed from the products,. This is most likely why they contacted you regarding the shipment of your order. Apparently 2 Day shipping means "up to 48 hours processing your order" and then "about 2 days to ship" which actually means you'll get your package 5-6 days after you place an order. Extremely false advertising and very immoral

THEIR RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. I didn't have any issues with delivery, but the returns are a nightmare. Their return label is issued for 2 lbs regardless of what you bought. The UPS would not accept a package with their label if it's anything over 2 lbs. I had to contact the company at least five times over the phone. Every time I call they have no clue what am I talking about. Even after exchanging multiple emails with their customer service, they keep sending me a generic shipping label for 2lbs that's just useless, and pretending like they don't understand what the problem is. My package has been here for weeks and I can't ship it unless I pay the return shipping fee out of pocket. It's a total scam and I highly recommend to STAY AWAY!

The return labels are generated for the weight of the original order and you should be able to print the label by accessing your membership and then your order at shoprunner.com. Ordered a belt for my nephew's prom. Was told it would be delivered 5/10. It's now 5/12 and still no package. My nephew's prom is tomorrow. FedEx cannot tell me the time of delivery nor what time fedex is in my area which is a lie! NEVER AGAIN SHOPRUNNER!
Was ordering from a well-known department store online. ShopRunner was advertising on the the page--sign up and get free 2-day shipping. I signed up. When I reviewed the order--it state Free 2-Day Shipping.
After I paid, the confirmation came up as "Standard Shipping" which is 4-8 days! Ordered it three days ago. Immediately received an email from ShopRunner--your order will arrive in 2 days.
Today I got a notice -- Order shipped by FedEx Smartpost (the longest shipping ever). Will be there next Wednesday--so actually 7 day shipping or 5 Business days. Called ShopRunner customer service. Clueless. Called the department store customer service. Also clueless--said 'some items were not eligible for ShopRunner, but that was not stated anywhere during the order.
If you get this service free--fine. Good luck. But do not pay for a subscription--it doesn't work and you'll be wasting your money.
Almost all businesses that advertise X number of days shipping means from the point it leaves the warehouse. For example my recent amazon primer order that was placed on Saturday left the warehouse on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. I'm not sure what these people are complaining about. I'd rather have it two days after leaving the warehouse then 5 - 7 days like most free shipping options. If you really need it that bad go to a mall and waste your time doing driving there, parking, finding the item, purchasing it and heading back home. I; m not sure if I would pay for this service, but I get it for free through my AMEX.
I've been using ShopRunner for many purchases mostly from high end dept. stores. All of my 20 deliveries have been on time in 2 days! I'm very pleased with this service.
Shoprunner has been great. So far I've received a handful of free 2 day shipping on a handful of purchases from Bloomingdale's, Lord&Taylor, Bebe, Express and have had zero complaints. I don't understand all the negative reviews about this company being a scam. Shoprunner is just providing a service for stores that are members. Perhaps the issue is with the stores themselves, and not Shoprunner. I've had no issues with quality stores that I shop at. Definitely give Shoprunner a chance, especially if you get this perk through American Express! Thanks Shoprunner and American Express.
I've received several orders via ShopRunner's free two day shipping and have not been disappointed. Orders have arrived in the stated two days as promised.
I've read some of the comments on here blaming ShopRunner for distributors delay in shipping their order. ShopRunner handles the shipping and do not control when an order is shipped as far as I know. It's unfair to blame them for the delays.
To ShopRunner and AmEX: I have never gotten any free shipping with Shoprunner. The shipping is always full price. Why do you keep misrepresenting 'free shipping'? What kind of scam is this program? Does AmEx know about your false promotions? If so, why would they allow this kind of bogus set up to keep being offered as a benefit for the $99 annual fee I pay?
I am less than satisfied with this service. My Avon order for direct delivery status is "processing" since Saturday. It is now wednesday afternoon. My order probably would've reached me faster via UPS like normal. My first order was delivered to my neighbor and thank goodness we're good honest people out here or i would still be waiting for THAT one to arrive! I'll be opting out of this membership as soon as my order arrives... whenever that 2 day shipping is they speak of.
I ordered through Shoprunner because the advertise 2 day shipping. It is not 2 day shipping at all. I called to find out where my package was and the lady told me it's 2 day shipping after the order has cleared and left their warehouse. So she said it should take around 4-5 days total. They are liars with false advertising and I would advise everyone to avoid them. I have got quicker packages ordering through normal mail.
It's not 2 day shipping, just use standard shipping. It took mine 6 days. This service is a complete sham and don't even care. I'm not sure why newegg is associated with these people because they just waste my time

However, ShopRunner does not process returns. If you use our free return benefit, the return is shipped directly to the retailer's return center for processing.
