I had a home delivery scheduled right after 12 inches of snow had fallen in the last few hours. The young ShopRite delivery girl shoveled a 3 x 4‘ path around my front door so that she could place the groceries on the ground rather than in the snow There's no one had come to shovel us out yet. I thought this was outstanding service way above and beyond what she had to do. I'm going to contact ShopRite directly so I can give her name to someone that needs to know how wonderfully she does her job.

I had placed 2 pick-up orders with ShopRite of Riverhead, NY. During my pick-up of the first order, the lady loading my groceries was going off on a tangent about not getting any sleep, and some other none sense that I didn't care to hear. Upon reviewing my receipt, before leaving the parking lot, I realized that there was about $30 worth of groceries missing. I went to the pick-up door and questioned why items weren't substituted when I asked for substitutions. The woman began complaining that they had 70 orders to fill that day, and she made it clear that my concern was an inconvenience for her. I had to go into the store myself and shop the rest of my order, myself. I requested to speak with the manager, George, but he was too busy to bother coming to speak with me. So, on the 2nd order with this store, I made sure to list at least two acceptable substitutions in the notes section for each item ordered. On an item, I said that ANY substitute would do. It was tomato sauce, which the store carries about 7 different brands of. When I picked up my order, again... things were missing. On my third order, I did the same thing and I also decided to call the store and speak with the manager, George. This time I was having the order delivered to my home and wanted to make sure that it was correct. George was rude, insulting, and dismissive. Ultimately he ended hanging up on me. I called back to ask for the name of the DM or owner of the store. He told me that I wasn't entitled to that information and hung up on me again. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Rude and unprofessional!

So I had to shop for my mother today. Who resides in Phila, pa. Where I live in bucks county. So, I had a few Bensalem coupons. So I went to ******* Roosevelt Blvd Phila, Pa store. One coupon was 1.99 a lb for Dietz&Watson American cheese why I used it. Too realize once at my mothers charged $6.39 a lb and only took. 98 off? So returned to store on way back. First she told me need the cheese? How was she suppose to know how much I bought? Told her call your deli its $6.39 a lb. She did it was confirmed. Was ready to refund with attitude. Then went and got another older woman. Who told me that Bensalem price is different from there's? Dietz&Watson cheese both shop rites? $2.39 difference in price? Ridiculous! Know for a fact that Bensalem honors their coupons! Regardless of different owners. Staff is rude! Will never shop at this store aagain! Not only did I shop for my family but 6 other clients. Hope it was worth losing 7 customers

I have used this twice now. With the 1st time wasn't terrible the 2nd time was horrendous. My total came to a $140 when I picked up the groceries I only paid 114 the girl told me that it was just an estimate. How that can be I don't understand but anyway, I ordered hard salami what Delhi doesn't have hard salami I got boars head low sodium ham. Not to mention the apple pie that i didn't get. They chose pumpkin. These are just examples. There's more. I feel this is just people that don't give a crap about getting it right. They just throw anything in the bags. Im pretty easy to please, but this isn't kosher in my opinion. I won't to it again and I dont trust it. Oh ya... and a moldy lemon.

I specifically Ordered certain products because they were on sale and had an online promotion. They sent me a text message 2 minutes before they put my order on the truck letting me know that they were out of a huge amount of my order. They went on to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I am never using shop from home delivery service from shop rite ever again. I will be shopping From Stop & Shop from now on or instacart

I buy sale meat and freeze it then use it for a meal within 2 weeks twice when I thawed it it was bad cheken and ground pork not only was it a waste on $ but had nothing to make for dinner just recently I bought simply potatoes and put in my frig for breakfast I mad 2 days later well guess what I opened package and it stunk I shop in shoprite in franklin nj

Cant shop in store. Been using Shop Rite From Home in West Chester. For months, had to return to store several times for forgotten items I was charged for but never got into my car, over charged, wrong prices. ALWAYS out of something, NEVER received a complete item list. There are 2 excellent employees at pick up, the rest are a lazy lot. Must order 24 hours before pick up. 4.95 to pick up. I always forget something, and need to add to list but with 24 hours prior, its stupid. Went to GIANT, 5 hour pick up and 2.95. SORRY SHOP RITE, IM DONE WITH YOU.!

This person swas very threatening to me last night in this store. I plan to write about his everyday until I can come to this store without threat. He did not want to put the price on the fabric softener you can pull cam as I look for the price as he and a coworker stand and chat. Someone spoke to him and I said that he saw me looking for the price. I was walking away when he then came to me screaming that I better watch myself. I walked away then returned to take these photos of him. I shop and live in the community I will not be threatened by workers where I spend my hard earned money.

Purchased $180 worth of groceries. Received $128. I even said allow substitutions. I also gave my phone number so they could text me. It wasn't like I was missing exotic items. I was missing butter, bacon, chips, hot dogs, ice pops and a few other things. My husband picked up the order and questioned why they didn't replace anything. She looked at him blankly. This was a young girl about 17/18 and she obviously not an experienced shopper. If they are going to offer this service AND charge for it, at least try to be as thorough as possible.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ON SATURDAY FOR DELIVERY AT THE CHESTER NY SHOPRITE. I PLACED AN ORDER ON SATURDAY FOR THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE ON SATURDAY. ON SUNDAY GET MY DELIVERY MINUS A FEW ITEMS THAT WOULD HAVE TOT $12-13 DOLLARS. MY RECEIPT IN THE BAG WAS $ 4 LESS THAN WHAT I WAS BEING BILLED ON SATURDAY FOR THE ORDER. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND OUT IF THE MISSING ITEMS WERE STILL COMING AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. SO I THEN ASKED IF THATS THE CASE THEN WHY OS THE DIFFERENCE IN RECEIPT APPROXIMATELY 4 DOLLARS ONLY. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT PRICE CAN CHANGED AS I ORDERED IT YESTERDAY AND IT WAS SCANNED TODAY. UNBELIEVABLE, SO IF YOU ORDER ON A SATURDAY AND YOU THINK YOU JUST A SPENT 100 DOLLARS YOU CAN ASSUME THAT YOU WILL BE BILLED A HIGHER COS6 BECAUSE IT GETS SCANNED ON ANOTHER DATE? BASICALLY YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET BILLED WITH SHOPRITE. I HAVE NEVER EVER HEARD SUCH BS FROM ANY COMPANY THAT SELLS PRODUCTS ONLINE AND PROVIDES A COST. SHOPRITE HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

I have used Shop At Home several times. The site is difficult to navigate and fails often. Orders are dropped routinely. The credit card purchase process and functionality fails often and there have been several instances where the actual order as not completed even though the site indicate completion. There have been 3 cases where the order was dropped and in each case to store took no responsibility for the problem. The person I spoke to said they don't have problems with most customer, but their online ratings attest to the fact that they have many problems and assign blame incorrectly. We have shopped at Shop-rite Lawnside for many, many years and it is an adequate store, the people are generally positive.
The Shop at home is absolutely terrible. They also have a tendency to blame everything on covid issues. If they can't get an online order right, I wonder what else may be wrong. They gave me a 10 dollar discount on the last order because it was not completed properly, but waiting for days for an order, after your order has been dropped, to find out you can't get it ----and there is no record of it... makes the 10 dollar allowance like lemon juice in the eye. This service is absolutely terrible at the Lawnside Store and with the website overall. The online staff is courteous but inept. If you have another option, take it.
