I ordered a safe and it took some time for it to ship. I had noticed that the confirmation of sale had the wrong shipping address. I notified them immediately once I received confirmation of the sale (within minutes of the purchase) and I was assured the change of address would be corrected and the item would ship to the corrected address. Needless to say it got delivered to the wrong address. After MANY calls to their customer service they agreed to cancel the sale and they had me reorder the safe. Which is what I did. The new order once again took two weeks to ship and no tracking information was available. When it finally showed up it was the wrong safe and damaged. I contacted customer service and they stated that they were probably out of stock and sent this model as an equivalent. It was the same brand but the lesser expensive model. How they think this is acceptable is unconscionable. The customer service representative said they would send me a return label. Its been three days and no label. This is a horrible company to do business with and any company that would send a product of lesser value as a replacement is deceptive and dishonest. Items should be listed as OUT OF STOCK.

I placed an order with Shoplet recently that was only partially fulfilled, although the items were in stock 3 weeks ago according to the site. They still say in stock.
I called for more info and was told I was going to need to get a refund and reorder. I tried to get note information on why the order couldn't just be fulfilled and what is the guarantee I would be making the same call in 3 weeks. The rep was not helpful and his supervisor less so. After another non-answer, he just hung up the phone. Terrible.

3 weeks, never received my order! Only got one email saying my order was received and it gave an order number.
Not one other email about my order after that. Got spammed everyday with their "offer" emails though.
Tried calling their customer service number only to get dead air and disconnected no matter what dial prompt I used.
Sent 2 emails to them through the site and 2 others directly from the order email they sent me never to get a response.
They took my money immediately and then nothing! No order! No communication!
Nothing but thieves.

First, I will say these are extreme times and not sure of the other side but was not happy to be convinced by email that they had sanitizer products in stock. So online went and purchased and was now informed at checkout maybe not available till late May or early June so I opted to wait. Bought a few other items while there to spread the wealth. Next morning I get a refund without notice or explanation of just the sanitizer. No reason or option to cancel the entire order. Three days have ten more ads from them but no response. This morning an email says same sanitizer available again and shipping May 15th. Just sleazy?

Shoplet is such a bad company my wife started thinking maybe it was a scam. I ordered some basic items and never received any updates on shipping. I tried calling and sometimes the call dropped, sometimes it seemed like the line was answered but no one said anything, etc. It took about 30 calls to finally get someone. Once we spoke I told her my order was about a month old and I have not heard anything. She then told me my purchase was cancelled! I never even received an email! I had her look into it to check if the payment was reversed but she said it never went through. To top it off, I asked her why I never received notification it was cancelled and she said "I'll send out a ticket and you'll receive confirmation, there should have been an email." I didn't even receive that! HORRIBLE company that should be avoided!

I placed order on 4/17/20 it was immediately charged to my amazon account for the full amount yet haven't received my products and today is 5/2/20. I received a email stating I requested a cancellation on my back order I never put this request in. If you guys were never getting stock back in you shouldn't have accepted the orders to begin with. With everything going on with Covid19 people cannot find the cleaning supplies like Lysol and hand sanitizer they need and are willing to wait for back orders. This is total BS. I am posting a negative review about y'all as well. Again if you aren't getting it back in stock don't allow back orders. It's as simple as that. I placed this order just before midnight April 21,2020. I realized that the clorox does not kill 99.9% germs this was my reason for wanting to cancel this item. I tried sending an email minutes later. And the very next morning I called and spoke to Rep #1. First of all I would like to say that the customer service is very very poor. I spoke to 4 customer service reps and neither was knowledgeable about canceling or returning an item. Rep #1 was on the phone with me approximately 10 min. Claiming to be emailing the warehouse to cancel this item. He stated that the item was cancel and I would receive a full refund. I asked for a reference number he said one would be emailed to me. I never received it. Rep.#2 I contact her after looking at my account to learn that the item was out for deliver today April 23,2020. First she sound as if she did not want to be bothered with any questions. Secondly upon explaining to her about my situation she stated that she saw the cancellation notes and that I should receive a refund in 5-7 days. I asked how was that even possible when the item will be delivered today. I ask where did you find this info,,,,,, she disconnect the call. Rep # I spoke to her and asked for a supervisor she stated that it was impossible to speak to a supervisor. I stated so a business like this is being ran without a supervisor she stated yes and what else can I help you with. I stated nothing and thank you. Rep#4 I spoke to her and shared my situation with her she stated that there weren't any notes concerning a cancellation at all and all I had to do was just refused the item and once you receive them I would get a refund. Well I asked her did she read the returns policy of the company that she worked for. Because I clearly saw that the item could not be return with a RMA#. She stated oh I will send you one, and of course I'm still waiting. Such poor quality of customer service I will never order from this company again.

I feel like I've been scammed. My credit card was charged within 24 hours of order placement. They did not provide a shipping confirmation or way to track my order. I've called about this many times in the past week. I was disconnected 3 times and able to reach a live person twice. They delivered a partial but its been two weeks of waiting for them to complete my order. Sent emails multiple times, no responses. Phone lines are useless, can't even reach a real person to talk to. We placed 9 orders with shoplet. The next day they canceled a few of them because they said they cannot provide these items which their website shows them. They are holding to our money and do not have the items we purchased. This is not a reliable company from our experience and we will never shop with them.

Answer: No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.
Answer: They were featured on Walmart Marketplace. Because of their bait and switch scam Walmart is in the process of removing their entire account.
