1st order placed: Partially received. Partially cancelled by Shoplet.com. Called customer service 9 times. 10th time got through was told to expect credit to credit card within 2 days. After 3 weeks no credit to my account.
2nd order placed. All items showed "in stock" on Shoplet.com. Checked order status the next day. Showed all items "back-ordered". No estimated date of shipment.
I have never heard of an online vendor charging an order to a credit card before it has been shipped.

I ordered and paid for items that were in stock 5 days ago, and received a refund days later with no explanation for the disinfectant products I was so happy to believe I finally found. I tried calling customer service during their business hours AND have tried emailing them three times, and NO ONE RESPONDS to either source of contact! I am now going back in my previous orders because I do recall previous shipments not containing all my items, and there is no one at the company to ask about these orders, though they SAY they are available during business hours! I see many, MANY other people experiencing the same thing!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE... They say items are in stock then when you order and give them your credit card they send you an email saying order is processed... Checked bank and money was deducted in 5 minutes... Went back on website to get tracking number and now they say out of stock... Called customer service for 4 hours to get a refund and nobody answers the phone, even if you press the different numbers... I called my bank's fraud division and reported the company... They are issuing me a new credit card... Gave them one star for teaching me a lesson to watch out for red flags... I was trying to order toilet paper... Should have realized they were scammers when they said it was in stock because no one has any in stock...

Shoplet conducted a series of false transactions beginning on March 27,2020 when they confirmed my order. Shoplet continually falsified in writing what they informed me. They charged my credit card for my order, emailed that they delivered my order when they did not. When I emailed Shoplet to request my order status, they acknowledged via email receiving some inquiry from me, but failed to respond to my question regarding the shipping of my order. But Shoplet order department gleefully emailed me that my order had been delivered, when in fact nothing had been delivered. When I researched the tracking # on Shoplet web site, there was no information available. Several days later, still receiving no order delivery and still needing product I had ordered, I researched Shoplet web site only to discover eleven (11) days after Shoplet confirmed my order and product was available, charged me for my order, assigned and documented a tracking # (which turned out to not have product shipped on that number), I was very unpleasantly surprised to read (11 days later on April 7,2020) that Shoplet wrote "out of stock" on my account next to the items that were available although Shoplet emailed me that these same items were previously delivered. Shoplet just documented falsehood, after falsehood, after falsehood about the order they charged me for. Nothing excuses SHOPLET for engaging in DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES especially since the items I ordered were confirmed by them to be available to charge me for and NOT required for hospitals and medical personnel..

Now that we have this health crisis there is something really wrong going on here that will kill this business if no measures are taken! - but the check the last update - I got the money back!

I ordered without seeing these many bad reviews, rating really tanked in the last 30 days acc to Amazon.
If I would have seen this I wouldn't have ordered for sure!
So it is the first time I shopped with shoplet - I did find their offer on google. I shopped for Isopropanol wanting to create our own disinfectant, but it was even available in 70% AND as HUGE 16oz spray bottle!
70% is the best disinfectant already (no need to mix myself - yeah) and as spray bottle - well this was perfect!
I did find it surprising that they had it available as it was sold out everywhere else! But believing in my luck I ordered two bottles and I even ordered copy paper to get it all shipping free. I used Amazon pay totaling $40+ incl tax.
There was an order confirmation alright and only three days later (from east to west coast?) the shipping arrived. BUT so far only the 500 pages of copy paper arrived.
No Isopropanol in the relatively big box which made up for 85% of the price of the order and now I'm not able to get any tracking info from the shoplet website. I hope they recover from this as I hope we all recover but I don't like how this looks right now!
On top of this I opened an request with Amazon pay (which I was able to use as a payment option and what actually influenced me to trust this supplier) and they (amazon) auto returned an email writing that the email they (amazon) sent to shoplet came back as undeliverable!. WOAH!
I will update this review in any case by the end of April telling if the shipment arrived (then up to four) or if I got my money back (up to three as I still found the missing tracking data disturbing) or if I neither get money nor the missing part of the order - then down to 1 star!)

I just saw on my credit card / amazon. Pay the money is back... so poor communication (an Email would have helped when they realized they couldn't deliver) + poor service (it was available on the website) but at the end I got the money back => three stars!

On 3-13-20, i ordered toilet paper. I received confirmation that my order would be sent out in a few days. It is now 3-30-20 and no order. Will not answer any inquiries regarding this order. Do not order from them!

Warning! Don't shop with Shoplet! They uses fraud business methods. Long story short I bought a tabletop on their website with paypal payment. I received an email that they needed my phone number for delivery which I answered immediately. A week later I called them to see where my item was. They said that they would contact the delivery people. I kept calling them numerous times. Then suddenly they refund me the shipment plus partial off the table top. I called to see what that is about. They now claim that they not only called me but also was on my address but no-one knows me at my own house. That is simply a lie since I am the owner of the house and only have two renters. I am also on the block association if they tried by my neighbors. They never left any message nor emailed me about problems with delivery. When I called to get a full refund he hang up. Now I am in the odyssey of getting my money back via paypal. What an ordeal!

I placed an order on the website and after a few days checked on the status of the order only to find that they cancelled it. I did notice that they had increased the price of the item on the website after I had placed my order. I sent an email and did not receive a response. I then called and talked to customer service who advised the item was a clearance item and now sold out. I questioned why it was still listed at a higher price and could not get a reasonable answer.

In July, ordered incorrect cartridge. Called them, explained situation, gave them correct cartridge information ( two times) to exchange for correct one. Sent me return label. Shoplet stated correct one would be sent when incorrect one was received back. After over one month received cartridge; however, it was incorrect cartridge. Called them back to inform them of this error and now they want to charge a 50% restocking fee, plus I have to pay return postage. They just lost a long time customer.
I gave them 5 stars believing that the cartridge (was the correct one)that came up on Google Shopping when I entered my printer model #, but it broke the printer where it was supposed to fit. I never used this printer before so I didn't realize that they sent the wrong cartridge for that printer. I can't send it back because it is opened.
