The company presents a mixed reputation among customers, with some praising the quality and prompt delivery of certain products, particularly items like paper towels and toner cartridges. However, numerous complaints highlight significant issues, including unreliable inventory management, delayed shipments, and poor customer service. Customers frequently report difficulties in obtaining refunds, receiving incorrect items, and experiencing unresponsive support. This pattern of dissatisfaction suggests a critical need for improved operational transparency and customer engagement to enhance overall service quality and restore trust among consumers.

Don't waste your time with this company, wasn't even able to actually place an order... I just wasted an hour of time trying to place an order *******@shoplet. Ca to find out QUEBEC is one of the territories they don't ship to...
Hold time was 20 minutes and I got the same rep as on live chat apparently this is a one man band
Careless shipping - promised to replace damaged items - never heard from them again!
Ordered from this company and they shipped a cheaper model that looks like the original but functions very differently. Tried to return it but they refused! SCAMMERS!
Product identified via Google search. First price advertised as $204, get to the website still $204, add it cart, $260!? Then, I write them an e-mail to notify them what's happening, no response. Add it to the cart 10 minutes later and finally $204. I purchase the item to find out it's out of stock. I call them as an unsuspecting customer and the person says "Oh we have plenty of stock on that, honey". She does some more research and says she'll have to contact the warehouse and won't hear back for 72 hours to confirm for sure it's in stock!? In the meantime they say they'll update their inventory but two days later it's still listed as available so I order it again to get an email saying the order was cancelled because it's not in stock. Wow.
I ordered products and 30 minutes later sent a cancellation for it, but when I checked my email a few days later, I am getting emails that it was processed and when i called customer service they say "for whatever reason your cancellation wasn't processed"! Are you effing serious! And then when I get off the phone, I get an email about my shipment lol, they really are something else. Now I have to pay a darn restocking fee of what they said would be 20% and have to go through all this hassle of returning it and god knows when I will actually get my refund. So upset right now
Failed to process my order and tried to charge me more than they advertised. Stay away you have been warned. One HUNDRED fifteen ripoff reports to date, don't be a fool and think they'll treat you any different
This is not a review on the product quality I purchased, which is good, but on Shoplet customer service.
Beware! Return items at your own risk.
I was charged a very high restocking fee (do not trust the policies you'll find on the site of a 10%) as you will be charged with the return shipping.
After chasing customer service for 6+ weeks I got my refund: a $6.12 refund for a product $15.65.
The reason: According to their customer service, I was charged for the amount paid for the freight costs to and from your shipping address - a policy NEVER MENTIONED on their site or during my email exchange with them.
Never again!
Purchased Nesco Roaster from Shoplet through WalMart that was described as having a STAINLESS STEEL cookwell. Recieved one with PORCELAIN Cookwell. The description on Shoplets's website and WalMarts website said STAINLESS Cookwell... but was incorrect for that model. Wanted me to pay shipping and restocking fee to return. I'm taking it back to WalMart this evening to see if they will give me my full refund or contact Shoplet to get my full refund. Will never purchase from Shoplet again... ever.
DO NOT buy anything from SHOPLET.com. I bought something through Walmart.com that I guess goes through Shoplet and they want to charge a 20% restocking fee plus have to pay for shipping. I'll be paying 40% of the item by the time I have it returned and nothing to show for it. I thought this would be something east to return to the store if needed and now its a nightmare and will be sending my reviews to Walmart as well. This Company thinks it can compete with Amazon and doing business like this shows that they won't last long.

"Horrible experience. Not sure why Walmart.com sells items for these scam artists. They don't disclose their shipping up front through Walmart.com, (but they claim they do) Bought a $14.99 item and they charged me $7.50 shipping. The first time I saw it was on the confirmation email (several hours later) I tried to cancel immediately upon receiving the confirmation email, but they claim it already shipped (never got any email confirmation of this) Only resolution they offered was for me to refuse the delivery and they would refund the $14.99 but would not refund the $7.50. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guy on the phone was rude. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"
Bottom line: "Shoplet" is the worst ever! This business certainly will never get mine again. While I received an Order Confirmation by email, I NEVER received my shipment because... after weeks of waiting, my purchase was never shipped, and I received no follow-up communication from the company. I tried contacting the company about my Order twice, and I never received the courtesy of a reply. When last checking status online, I found the company had cancelled my Order; i. E., without any authorization from me to do so, nor any follow up by them to have my charge card credited with what I had paid for shipping & the item they never sent nor wrote back to me about. Fortunately, Chase Card Services, my credit card company investigated the issue immediately after I reported it, and then fully credited my account. I also have filed a formal complaint about "Shoplet" through Paypal.
Horrible service, customer service people very rude, extremely difficult return policy, was asked to return item in an outer box and they did not send it to me that way. Now I have to pay $20 for shipping, $15 re-stocking fee and wait 3 weeks for the credit.
I pay $50 for my item I may just sell it on craigslist and avoid all the difficulty. I will never recommend any of my friends or clients to purchase anything at Shoplet.Com
Too bad I have to give them 1 star, I wish there was a 0 star option. Very bad shopping experience, wish I read the reviews before making my purchase with this company. I wasted my time and money with them.
Purchased an item and it turned out to be defective. It took me 2 weeks and 5 e-mails for them to give me the required authorization form. I shipped the item back and then it took another 5 weeks to get my refund - and that was after sending over 10 e-mails over a 2 week period. I would avoid this seller - they may have fair prices but service is terrible.
I bought the wrong item and when I tried to cancel it a few min later, they said they will, but ended up processing my order and shipped it out to me. Now instead of it being an easy issue, I'm going to have to go through the trouble of sending it back. Horrible company!
I ordered pens from this site and they failed to add their shipping charges in the invoice. You only become aware shipping charges after they have charged your card. Completely deceiving.
I bought 22 packs of eraser through Walmart.com. But because Walmart.com did not have them in their warehouse, Walmart directed me to their marketplace Shoplet.com. When my shipment arrived, I only received 2 packs out of the 22. I simply called Walmart and they told me to go to my local school. Then I went down to my local store and was later told that Walmart can't do anything about it... I'm not sure why Walmart would allow their customer to shop at another market place on their website if they don't want to take any responsibility for what shoplet.com does. Now I have to deal with both party and it has been a horrible experience. How can shoplet miss 20 packs of erasers and just put 2 in a box. The quantity 22 was put on many labels... no one caught the mistake. In the end, if this doesn't get taken care of, I will never shop at Walmart or Shoplet.com ever again... they both have cheated me as a customer. Oh! By the way, I tried to return the 2 packs of erasers that was mailed, Walmart wouldn't take them back either... their associate stated that their computer wouldn't allow it.
I had used Shoplet.com for several business office purchases. One Saturday I cancelled an order online due to an error and placed the correct order. They never cancelled the first order and sent both. I returned the order they sent in error and the company never returned my money. I thought I could work with them for the credit they owed our business Amex. They never applied the credit after months of dealing with them and returning the merchandise. I wish I would have protested the charge with Amex instead of trying to work with them over several months. Needless to say we are out of pocket $171.06 for merchandise they sent and charged us in error for, merchandise which was returned to them and then they simply stopped responding to my emails. I dealt with their customer service and supervisor Donald Dyce.
Buyer Beware!
Ordered and received our office copy paper. Delivered as promised. Very good price. Will check them out again.
This website is like officedepot but cheaper. They have pretty much exactly the same stuff but just marked down and just as good. I have trying to save money like everyone else during these times and I found the best way was to cut overhead costs by purchasing our office supplies cheaper than from office depot. Save a couple thousand a year this way.
Answer: No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.
Answer: They were featured on Walmart Marketplace. Because of their bait and switch scam Walmart is in the process of removing their entire account.
Answer: Not too easy to reach customer service. They don't have an 800 number so I am not too sure.
