I had an issued with an order where some items came in damaged. I called Shoplet's customer service department, told them about the issue and I got a return labels sent to me right away and replaced the damaged items. Great customer service will keep me coming back

Shoplet's slogan "everything for your business" holds true. Needed some obscure items for my office and my searches lead me to Shoplet. They had everything - all my odd ball items - that I was looking for. I had to call in to get some help and spoke with Alicia and she did a great job and locating some items I could not find on my own. Everything came in perfect. I will be back.

I ordered a desk organizer from Shoplet and it unfortunately came in damaged. I called up Shoplet, spoke with a rep named Tamika and she immediately pulled up my order, arranged for the return of the damaged item and processed the delivery of a replacement. The new item was delivered the next day and the damaged one returned. Thanks to both Shoplet and Tamika

I have been using Shoplet for a while with great results. I do check them against the big guys like Staples and Amazon, and they continue to be more competitive. Bought a new printer recently and the site recommended me the toner that would go with it. Great feature. Order was delivered with no issues.
