I would give this ZERO stars. I spent an hour of my time ordering a shop vac and after a week I got a phone call that they had a problem with my credit card since I had a different billing addess (a PO Box) than my shipping address. After spending another hour on the phone with a woman that didn't speak good English, she refused that credit card and another one I gave her. I finally gave up and cancelled, then turned around and ordered it from Amazon, which had the same credit card on file, with no problems at all. Will never attempt again.
Ordered 2 filing cabinets. Waited over 3 weeks trying to be patient with shipping under the current circumstances. However, I had to finally call to check on the order, I was told it had been canceled by the department without any explanation and no refund provided. Yes, they did finally refund my money. Unfortunately, I am still without cabinets and when I searched for the same cabinet on their website, I found it has now doubled in price.

On 5/16/20 I ordered an item they never indicated they did not have. Not only didn't they have it, on 7/16/20 there was still no projected delivery date. So I cancelled the order. While I got an auto reply that they'd received my cancellation, it's now 8/13 and still no refund. So I called and was on hold for 45 minutes and ultimately opted for a call back. Ha! 24 hours later, still no call back. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. I should have researched them. There's no shortage a lousy reviews out there. Argh.

I contacted Shoplet multiple times to cancel my order and they never cancelled nor. I asked for a refund and they have not sent my refund. Packages received broken. My list is so long that I don't have the time to listed. However, I want to let people know to be careful when they buy items from this business.

If you can get through, you are greeted with a foreigner who doesn't understand anything. Tried to place an order and had a 15% promo coupon to apply to my order. Finished shopping online and proceeded to "check-out". The program would not allow my coupon to be applied. I tried several times. This is planned... trust me. Decided to call on Monday and waited. Finally got through and placed my order through a rep. He had me email the email that Shoplet sent me to prove that I was given the code. He tried to apply it with no luck. So He said that he would charge me the full amount including tax and then get a supervisor to refund the difference. Uh NO. That would never happen, so I insisted that it be applied now and the tax amount had to apply to the amount after the discount. He said that he couldn't do that... oh how damned convenient on their end. Then he told me that one of the items was on back order when the website stated that the item was in STOCK. I called hm on it with no reply. I'm going to have to call to get a refund anyway because they will split the order and not apply the discount or tax. These people are RIP OFFS. They give you coupons but they are a baiting tool. They send you 3 to 4 emails per day of which I asked them to stop. Don't trust them.

I ordered clorox wipes and lysol back in May 2020. As of today, I have not received anything. Shoplet has sent out no communication to me on the length of their backlog or when I can expect my order to be shipped-which is HORRBLE customer service. At the time I placed my order, there was no indication that this order would be backlogged and the fact that they never thought to update me is shameful. When I called, I was told they have 90 days to fullfill my order or I can place a new one or cancel the exisiting one. Interestly enough, they charged my credit card once I placed the order. Why not charge me when you ship the items out? Looking at the recent views, this seems to be how Shoplet operates. BUYER BEWARE!

I'm very disappointed with Shoplet my order was no only not processed but my cc was charged and the order wasn't shipped. I go to web site and only way to find my shipping info is with order number. No record of items on website. All I have is email sent when ordered. No email to reply to. Contact forms says 2-5 business days to get back. Only open Mon-Fri. Not a good site if something goes wrong with order.No file cabinet and no immediate help.

Ordered products in May. The backorder dates for my orders have been moved out twice. I called to inquire about my orders, only to be told that first responders, etc., are first priority. I TOTALLY understand this, but Shoplet should note this in the product description to allow me to make a decision to purchase or not! Also, they should not charge a customer until orders are shipped. I was looking for CURAD ANTIVIRAL N95 MASKS. I found them on Shoplet.com. They were out of stock. They asked for my email and said they would email when they got them back in stock. THE NEXT DAY (which I found incredulous), they emailed me and said they had them in stock. In the email was a big red BUY NOW button to click. I did and bought the masks. When I received them, which was quickly, it was KN95 antiviral masks that were NOT Curad Antiviral N 95 masks. They were a generic off brand that was obvious that they have a big supply with cheap boxes that they put together and throw some into a box. When I called them, their customer service reps threw it back on me that they wanted proof that I had purchased the CURAD antiviral N95 masks because their order said I purchased the cheap KN95 masks. They refused to take them back because masks are not returnable. I am sure they are doing this to thousands and scamming every single one! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY INTENTIONALLY SCAM PEOPLE!

I have placed 3 orders with this company for my company - they are dispicable! First of all - NO COMMUNICATION! I went to look at the last order I placed - took the money from our company, but says on the order status "payment address needs to be verified"! What?! I had already placed another order and they knew that this was the address of the company. Called - got hung up on, finally through to a voicemail for someone to call me back - left a message - and... nothing! After waiting for almost 2 hours got an actual human being on the phone who then wanted to say that my last order I used a different card - that had the EXACT same address! YES - because I am placing order for different department and they payments must be on those specific cards - ALL OF WHICH HAVE THE SAME COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS! She just responded - "oh"! She then said she would have the warehouse release my order - looked at the status today and it was CANCELED! What kind of piece of crap company is this! My company has NEVER had any issues ordering supplies from anywhere else! And we are a quasi government and non-profit entity - why would we provide false forms of payment?! We help the public - we NEED our supplies! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Placed order in March 2020 for Covid products order then a few days later it was cancelled by them Reason was inventory issues. Yeah right!

My first order was placed in early May and I was charged the total amount. Part of the order was delivered, but the other item was back ordered. I didn't think I should be charged for the back ordered item until it was shipped. It took me over a month to get a refund! I ordered 2 ink toners, supposedly to be delivered on 6/10/20. Twenty days later havent received them yet. Shoplet blames FedEx, FedEx just keeps issuing tracers. Shoplet wont issue a refund unless they get the pkg back from FedEx. Seems to me that is between them and I should be issued my refund as I havent gotten the goods ordered.

I ordered several items from this site in early April. The items were on backorder when I ordered them, but was willing to wait for the items. They (Shoplet) of course, took the money from my funds as soon as I placed the order. After several weeks Shoplet cancelled the order with no explanation. This business is bogus at best. Ordered some item that were shown available on the website about a month ago and only found out about a week later that the items were all back ordered. No communication from the business about this.
At the time, the website shows that items were only 1-2 month out so I though I will just wait. Checked back about 3 weeks later, all items were still 1-2 month out. What they will do is that they push back the estimated date by one day EACH DAY! So, they can do this indefinitely and not ship you anything. But they charge you on the first day anyway.
So I went ahead and tried to unsubscribe from their useless daily advertisement, won't you know it, they don't care that you have unsubed. New spammy emails sent to me everyday still.
Now they got my personal info and charged me for it lol. Also, will not stop bothering me with useless spam emails.

I ordered back in beginning of April kleenix paper towels. For 28.99 I got four cases. 18 on each box. I thought what a good deal. Tell my friends. Well May 29th they take 270.99 out of my account send me a email saying they sent to much I can return them or pay it. Already took 270.00. Call the attorney general for your state. If they don't send me the labels to send this scam back. I will see them in court.

Answer: No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.
Answer: They were featured on Walmart Marketplace. Because of their bait and switch scam Walmart is in the process of removing their entire account.
