Refund takes forever!

One star is one star too many. I ordered goods several weeks ago that Shoplet shipped in three different packages. After receiving the first two packages, I checked UPS tracking for the third. It showed refused in the same city name as I am located, but a different state. I called and customer (no)service informs me that they have to wait until the goods are returned to their warehouse before issuing a refund! What if they never arrive back at the warehouse? I called Shoplet again today inquiring and was told the package had arrived back (14 days ago) but they were still waiting for the warehouse to issue a Credit Memo. I was also informed that it could take 15 business days for this to happen. Now they've got my money and the goods and they are in no hurry to make this right. Grrrr! She offered to reship the missing product after it has been processed by their warehouse but now it is below the minimum for free shipping. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told that only one supervisor was on location and he was currently on the phone. She took my number and told me he would call when he got off the phone. That is now two hours ago and I am still waiting.

After waiting almost 6 weeks AND after no less than 5 phone calls in which we were assured that our order was "being shipped", I personally called. The rep I spoke with finally told me that our order had been "price frozen". When I inquired what that meant, I was informed that the "price that Shoplet pays went up, so my order was frozen. Shoplet needed to make a little more money to fulfill the order. Shoplet waits for the price to come back down OR the customer to cancel. What? No notice. No call. No service and... no still no refund. Thank goodness for buyer protections on my CC. No way. Be very careful.

Bait and switch
August 28, 2021

Looked up styrofoam trays. Advertised at ~$40/case. Received order and I was charged ~$49. For six cases that's over $50 overcharge! I looked the trays up again and they're still ~$40. Contacted customer service and they basically said "oh well". I will NEVER order from them again. They bait and switch.

I will never use this company again. There product was a week and a half late. Emailed about returning the unopen item, Told there was a restocking fee, asked for what it was and why? Since the reason for the return was due to their product being so late, which resulted in having to purchase the product from another company. Contacted customer service to return item, told the return slip would be sent out. After patiently waking for the return label, called again and told it was not mailed, but emailed and ended up in my spam box. After talking to them again, was told that a new label would be sent back out with in 48 hours. Later received an email saying that too much time had past and they would not take the item back.

BAIT and SWITCH

I ordered SentrySafe SFW123GDC from Shoplet.com on March 11,2021, and on March 14,2021, I received SentrySafe SFW123ES. The substitution on their part without asking the buyer. The model sent does not sport a key, it has a shelf instead of the locking drawer and no mounting hardware as the one I ordered. Because I wasn't asked if I would accept a substitution I feel this is Bait and Switch.

I called Shoplet.com and the rep was very polite. I had the following options: 1) I could let them issue a return pickup label and hope the one ordered was in stock or 2) receive a complete refund. There was no option three to reduce pricing. Nevertheless, I asked the rep to check and see if inventory was available on the off chance a new shipment came in. She confirmed they were out of inventory for the SentrySafe SFW123GDC.

Interestingly enough, at shoplet.com they are still displaying the model safe I ordered as being in STOCK just as it showed in STOCK the day of ordering.

The SentrySafe SFW123ES BLACK, not Gun Metal Grey is nice with a single shelf, and I have ordered a SentrySafe locking drawer for the safe from amazon.com to ensure I receive what I order.

Even though the rep said she would issue a return shipping label, it is simply too much trouble given the weight and I don't have a great deal of free time being a caregiver.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. VERY BAD PRODUCT, and WORSE SERVICE
I ordered (4) 30x60 plastic laminates tops. Two of the tops arrived damaged. I returned them. It took a long time for them to come, pick them up and give me the money back. I reordered them.
The same tops that I returned came back in the same boxes! With the damages visibly repaired.
I payed full price for new product in perfect conditions not for damaged goods refurbished.
What they thought? I would not have notice it?

SCAM! LIARS! THIEVES!

This company is a SCAM!
I ordered a product for my baby, thought I was getting a good deal. I received the wrong product with completely different ingredients. I immediately contacted the company & they said they would send me a return label. I never received the label.
I must've called and emailed them over 20x! I've wasted hours of my life on this pathetic company!
Finally, I had to contact my credit card company and open a chargeback.
Do yourself a favor - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES!

Stay away from this company at all costs. I ordered a printer, after calling every day for about a week to try to get any information on when the printer would ship, they finally told me it was out of stock and I would be getting my money back, so I bought another printer from a different company. About a week after the new printer arrived, the one from shoplet showed up. Sure enough, the charge was still on my card. I called the company and told them my situation and they basically said that there wasn't much they could do and they would send a shipping label to return the printer. It's been 2 weeks since that phone call and I still haven't received the shipping label and the charge is still on my card.

Won't honor their word!

In June of this year, I ordered Lysol Spray. As with most of this type product at that time, it was not available; but I was told that it would probably be available by the end of July or early August. August came and went, and I called to see what the order status was. I was told that it still was unavailable, and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I didn't. On October 16, I received an email from Joel Macasaet, an administrator for Shoplet, indicating that Pledge disinfectant spray and Lysol wipes were available. I called him directly, and he agreed to cancel my previous order and replace it with a combination of the two new products that got close to the amount of my original order. I suggested that, since I had been waiting so long for my order, he give me the new order at the same amount as the original. There was a difference of about $25 in the two orders. He indicated that that would not be a problem. When I received my credit card bill, however, I had been charged the full amount. I called on October 27th and left word for Joel to let me know what was going on. I didn't hear back from him, so I called again today. He got back with me by phone and denied having made any such agreement, since we were talking about three different products. He said there was no way I was getting the difference back. If a business is run by people whose word can't be trusted, it says something very negative not only about the representative, but about the company. I will never do business with them again.

TRY to Make a return...

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I emailed 3 times asking for help in making a return. Item was still in a sealed mfg package. The CS did ask me to email her a picture, showing the item was still in its original wrapper, but then I never heard from her. A few days later, I did get an auto reply thanking me for the opportunity to be of help and to contact them if I needed more help. What a joke. I hated my experience, using SHOPLET.

Buyer Beware!

Zero Stars! I ordered a Sherpa desk Organizer with 3 sets of extra panels. What they sent me was a Sherpa Organizer you screw into the wall. Thank goodness I had taken a picture of my order which showed a photo of the product for they literally changed the order to that Organizer you hang on the wall. I told customer service, I work in a public school, I can't drill into the cement walls! Customer Service is not helpful! You call, and are disconnected and call back and put on hold for a long time. There is such a disconnect between Customer Service and Shipping. With Shoplet totally changing my order, I was not going to play their game and sent back the product to reorder what I had wanted. I demanded for a label to return all the items however I was sent one label just for the organizer. I had to call back several times and demand another label for the panels. The representative acts confused, saying we've sent you a label and you have to explain that that is just for one item, not all four. Instead of emailing one label for the three panels (They has been shipped together), I was sent three labels so I had to find two other boxes to ship the three panels separately. I shipped all four boxes back the same day and when several weeks went by and no refund to my credit card, I called customer service. It was the same thing: Tell someone your situation. The customer service person is confused. You're put on hold for a very long time, get disconnected and then call back. Finally, I had a refund for $28 and some change when the whole purchase was just over $180. With another call, you get the same run around and now I've been told shipping received the products back and I need to wait 5 more days for a refund. My order was placed September 3rd and it's October 27 and I'm still waiting for that refund. It's almost like... if you give the customer a hard time, mess up a little bit and delay delay... maybe the custom will forget or give up on getting the refund! Not this customer! I'll fight Shoplet until I get the rest of my money back! Buyer Beware! I will never purchase an item from this company. Don't waste your time!. When you call a recording says how Shoplet buys a tree with every purchase. Forget the tree, just run your company and be fair and just!

This company is fully of it. I placed an order in July they constantly pre authorized and charge my card until my credit card finally declined them. Placed another order on 8. 3. 2020 with a 20% increase in price they charged my card twice no order received. They finally decided to cancel today: 10.21.2020 the order after it set on back order for 2.5 months but only sent an email to let me know it was cancelled. No phone call - Nothing.

Burned on 2 orders.
One placed in April in which they charged me and still have not delivered product. Albeit it was for Clorox wipes they should contact me to refund my money.
2nd was Sept 23. A representative contacted me by phone to offer Lysol wipes because they are in stock (also per their website). I processed the order and the product is backordered. I've emailed the representative twice without a response.
I actually received an email today from them offering Lysol wipes again.
Fool me one, Fool me twice. That's it.

I placed an order for a $200 desk and never received it. For weeks I called to see if it had been processed yet and each time the representative said to give it 24 hours and it would be processed. A month later I called and they finally told me they have none left in their warehouse and they had no idea if they'd be getting more. They wasted a month of my time, they took my money, and they kept me from getting a different desk from a company that would actually send it to me. Shoplet is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever ordered from. PLEASE save your time and money and shop on amazon or literally anywhere else. Shame on you, Shoplet.

This company is a joke

Ive placed 3 different orders and ended up canceling all 3. They would say when you order that its backordered for a month or 2 but then every month it tells you its back ordered again and again. Ive had to wait almost 6 months for my items and still never got it and this whole time they already authorized my credit card for the charges and wont release it but wont ship their items. When i call they tell me they ran out of supplies. Doesnt make any sense this company is a joke when it comes to ordering supplies that you will never get. At least give the customer their money back until you are able to ship the items. Horrible company. Would NOT recommend!

I bought several items on Sept 3. I saw others' Facebook posts that orders they placed got canceled on them. So I checked my acct, and sure enough, MINE GOT CANCELED TOO. I had about 5 different products in the cart at about $125 total. They didn't just cancel one item. They canceled my entire order without explanation. I had paid with my Amex card and had no issue with payment. This company does not stand behind it's word to "shop with confidence" with them. I don't think this is a reputable company at all, and you should stay far away. Since I REALLY needed the items, I tried to place a 2nd order with them, but no doubt, that will be canceled too, wasting hours of my time, and worse, I lost valuable time in which I could have purchased similar items from others.

Horrible expetience

I found gloves on their website for 5 dollars a box. I was able to order 8 boxes. To get free shipping you had to reach a certain amount, so I ordered copy paper. When delivered I only got the paper. I called customer service and the representative Jerome has hung up on me twice. First time claims he didn't. Now waiting on the linee the second. He says gloves are on back order 2 months. Why not tell me while on the site ordering them, I need them for my job. Now can't get anyone on the line and I'm getting hung up on. They use the gloves to buy at a cheap price to get you to order more for free shipping. Jerome has hung up on me twice and will not pick up the phone after calling a third time and waiting on the line.

Defective product

I ordered 12 boxes of wax paper. I received them but EVERY SINGLE BOX was open. I have called 5 times and told really time I'll hear from the company with return information. I have not had any contact from them and they will not refund my account without the item.
