I am the primary purchaser for Southwestern Dermatology. Rakuten steered me towards some good deals on the Shoplet site recently. Unfortunately Shoplet cancelled my entire order "out of stock". Upon review of the items at their site, the items all had a huge price increase after and were listed as available to purchase. Shame on them!
So there is a shortage on the baby formula that I have my newborn on. I found some on this site and thought, nice so I ordered 5 cases. A week later I get pretty big buffed left on my front porch and my wife asks what I ordered I said formula. Turns out they sent me girls diapers for 7-11 year Olds. So I've called several times and I've never heard of a company that has so many emergency supervisor meetings unless I've got the worst timing ever. They hang their own employees out to dry. I've also been promised 5 call backs but that don't happen. So I have $400 in baby formula or even money that I've thrown away because nobody is helping get this corrected. Horrible customer service

I ordered a wheelchair an got a mattress pad. I called and they told me it was listed wrong on the website and they would refund me and send return shipping lable. Nonhave been done. I called thre times already and get the same run around.
I am writing this review in hopes that I can save someone else from the nightmare of having to deal with this company. I ordered two file cabinets. They came in two separate boxes and showed up quickly. However, once I opened the packages it was clear no care had been taken to protect my purchase. The cabinets appeared as though they were dropped out of the back of a truck leaving the sheet metal crinkled. I reported the issue and just asked for a simple exchange since I still wanted the product. I was told to just return them and order new ones. So I start the return process which seemed like it would be easy at first. The next day I was emailed a shipping label. This is when things went downhill. The shipping label was only listed for box 1 of 1. When I asked for a second shipping label I was told I was wrong and that I should print the label and stick it to both packages. Low and behold when I show up to UPS they tell me the label is only good for one of the two items. So I send one out and request a second label. After multiple emails with no response I start calling the company. Each time I was told there was a mistake and that a new label would be sent within 24-48hrs. It never came so I had to call back over a half dozen times with the same result every time. I finally said I wouldn't get off the phone until I could speak with a manager. Suddenly they were magically able to send me a shipping label within the next 5 minutes. I then drug the second box back to UPS with the new label. Mind you these weighed 84 lbs and were a pain to continue to have to lug around. I get delivery confirmation for box two and two days later get a refund. They only refunded me for one of the two cabinets! I then had to call over a dozen more times and draft an email with a complete timeline of events and still have yet to receive my refund. I will now be trying to report the charge through my credit card company and report through the better business bureau. The only way I can describe shoplet as a company is totally unorganized, disinterested in helping their customers, and flat out incompetent.

I ordered clothespins for students to make Reindeer ornaments on Dec. 2nd and paid the $2.99 rush processing. I called on the 6th wondering where they were. They said they would return the rush processing (still waiting), and I tracked the package via UPS. It will arrive on the 14th. The 14th! These kids will not be able to get this done in time with all the other Christmas activities! SO DISAPPOINTED!

I began shopping with Shoplet near the beginning of the COVID pandemic in 2020. At first products came quickly and orders were fulfilled accurately. However, by my last order in May 2021, I began to have problems with Shoplet. They shipped everything in my order except one $41 item. The warehouse slip said it was unavailable at that location. After nearly 2 months of waiting, I called customer service to ask for a refund. Instead, they insisted on sending a message to the warehouse to fulfill the order. It is now 6 months later and I have neither received the item or a refund. At this point, they can keep the money, since I don't have time to sit on the phone to speak with customer service again. Needless to say, my order in May 2021, will be my last order to Shoplet since I refuse to do business with incompetent companies or those who lack integrity!
Answer: No email responses, no real person on the line available to take someone else's call. No refund for unshipped products, this happened to me recently during the past 2-3 weeks, yes I've been scammed. Will never buy on this merchant again.
