I wish I could give then zero. Put in an order, never received it. Had to call three times. First two calls I was told they had to contact "the warehouse" and they would sent me a follow up email. Never received an email. Third call was told that warehouse had "proof of delivery" and would email it to me. No email of course. I have a ring doorbell and did not have any packages go missing during the delivery period. The reps at the call center are friendly, but all they can do is parrot what's on their screen. Stick with Amazon. This site is garbage.

Good quality. Delivered on time. Actually helps keep the bowl clean. Not only that I have used this to different purposes.

I have placed 5 bulk orders for Paper mate ink joy retractable pens but they send me the damaged and incorrect low priced capped pens and I have returned all the items from the 5 orders but they issued me a partial credit. They said they will check again and reach me on monday. I have the proof of returning all the items based on the weight and I am going to sue them soon for inconvenience and frsud.

I ordered safety kits, and they sent me coffee filters. I called customer service and said they sent the wrong item. They credited my account and said I needed to go back into my account and order again. I told them they had the order in front of them; why could they not submit it. My first answer was, we can't; the second answer - after my questioning, was okay, we can re-order for you. The second order never showed up. I called, and they credited and said I would need to go into my account to reorder. Beyond that stupidity, I got disconnected four times by their customer service rep.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two chairs from Shoplet, received one of them and when i called to find out the status of the second chair they told me I would have to go figure it out with UPS. They still have the same chair in stock and good customer service would be for Shoplet to send me a second chair while Shoplet figures out what happened to the item in transit.

Great item and arrived on time. Reasonably priced compared to other sellers. These are perfect to pack and use for occasions like these and they have a scratch or need some tlc.

Well, this is the perfect step stool. The folding steps was exactly what I was looking for. It folds flat and compact. It is so easy to unfold and fold. It is making my life so much easy.

Has a nice weight to it so it stays put. There are little rubber knobby things on the bottom to prevent scratching and slipping. Well worth the money I paid!

I love how well this works on stainless steel. It covers up fingerprints, and leaves the outdoor features with a shiny surface, which seems to repel the humidity. Smells awesomely clean and leaves the most satisfying streak free shine.
