I ordered a Halloween kit and received all mangled up.
I called customer service yo replace and could not understand the representative. The representative had such a heavy accent that I just hung up. They need to hire people that speak English. Will never order from ShopLC again.
I HAVE BEEN WATCHING THE NETWORK FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW. EVERYTIME I ORDER AN ITEM WHEN IT ARRIVES IT DOESNT MATCH WHAT THEY SHOWED ON TV. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS ARE INFERIOR. IT APPEARS THE ONLY ITEMS THEY SELL THAT ARE NEAR WORTHY IS GOLD. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.

Purchased what was supposed to be a AAAA tanzanite stone. I took it to get appraised and it was a AAA stone. I contacted shoplc and they did nothing for me so I was out the money for the appraisal and cost of sending it back insured
I ordered a ring took it to a jewelry store to find out it's only would about 200.00 dollars say it goes for I think 4000 but they had it for 999 plus tax very up set it was junk to me that is fraud they tried giving me a discount told me to send it back for a refund so if u buy from their get it checked out
I bought a 14k gold rope necklace, had a 24k pendant on it, necklace broke in middle of rope chain, very cheesy lost pendant. When I sent it back to be repaired, took forever, and then they sent back the same broken necklace without replacing or repairing. Said I filled out form wrong now it's been over a month, still ha e broken worthless necklace, I would tell everyone not to buy necklaces from shop lc, unless they want to loose charms, and pay for a necklace they cannot wear. Thanks for taking my money and wasting it!
The stones they are always smaller than what I saw on tv. They promised $100 diamond kind of voucher if I buy a double champagne diamond bracelet, if I didn't like the bracelet And Decide to returned I could keep the voucher. Was a Lie. When I call to place another order, I have no voucher at all... this is just a scam, so you don't think twice before buy something, they don't give any voucher... If seems to good to be true, Probably is not true! This is a scam!.
On an under $10 day, I purchased a thigh master for $4.99 shipping of a total of 15.96, because I was not sent one, but 4! A total amount of$38.52 So I called Customer service and told I have to pay to ship this back! I am a senior living on Social Security so deducting 38.52 from my bank account, I have to skip meals already, I can't afford gas, and told I have to drive to Post office, and pay return postage for SHOP LC ERRORS! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BBB WHEN I CALM DOWN SOMEWHAT!
I had bought a set of jewels and they sent me something completely different but expected me to pay shipping to return them, just to receive a different jewel that I didn't order in the first place. I took a break from them but then ordered again hoping it would be different. I never received anything and they only refunded prove of the product but no shipping charges so I basically threw away money for nothing. Never again!

May 24th, 2022, I attempted to purchase a pair of earrings priced at $7.99. I was interested because they were made with stain steel which I like and they were cute. June 1,2022, I realized I have not received them, did not receive an email indicating they had shipped nor was I billed for them yet. So I called inquiring about this. I was put on hold a couple of times then the guy on the other end of call stated they could not verify my billing address. He read to me my billing and mailing address (which I'm surprised they already had), I verified that both were correct. He then tells me he would transfer me to someone else that would be able to help. That transfer was to a person's voice mail box where I left my information. I called back today (6/2/22), the guy who answered sounded like the same guy from the day before, he proceeded to go through the same steps. When he was done putting me on hold I finally told him to cancel my order because I have never been treated like this before and I don't need the earrings anyway. They were cheap but cute. I told him that my credit is over 800 (I checked after the call, it's 798, oops) anyway my credit it great and there should not be a problem with my billing and mailing addresses. So whatever is going on is their problem and I don't need to be treated in this matter. I again told him to cancel my order and be done with this and I will continue to shop with QVC and HSN where they know how to treat their customers. SHOPLC, you just lost a potential good customer. I would give zero stars.
My wife and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here but NO MORE! Sent back my return they did not accept it said "heavily used" it was a Vaccum robot that could not go from hardwood floor over a tiny throw rug. We never used it after the test. I'm sure everyone that bought one returned it. Do not shop here! I will reach out to our media here Channel 8 on your side to get a story regarding the lack of returns and holding customers hostage. I was charged for an item on the card I purchased the item and a card I had previously removed from the Shoplc website.
When I last checked, the card had been added back onto the website. I called my credit card company and had the card cancelled because earlier that month a Shoplc Customer Service Representative had asked for my password to correct an issue where a coupon kept disappearing from an order. Though I had changed my password, I had the issue with duplicate charges.
Though these two incidents were the first in a year of doing business with Shoplc, I have found customer service unwilling to correct the issue in a reasonable manner. Thus, I am warning that if you frequently order from Shoplc, you double check the charges put on your credit card so as to hopefully not have to deal with their customer service.
I have purchased a large ruby ring and an emerald ring and I wear them all the time. I just purchased a 2 carat diamond ring for myself for mother's day and I will get it appraised. The rings are stunning and didn't cost a fortune (I love the budget pay) Very happy shopper.

I bought the latest chains out that were covered in gold over copper it was supposed to last, min lasted thru about two weeks and was starting to loose the covering got worse. I would not wear to anything. It was totally useless. I would have written a review on their site but I couldnt find a place.It is trash, useless.

I recently purchased what was to be a AAAA tanzanite 4 karat stone. Upon receiving it I took it to get appraised and came back as a 4 karat AA stone, half the value of what it should be. Subsequently I was out 80 dollars for the appraisal and Shoplc did nothing about it, awful
I am very disappointed that my item was not delivered or probably got lost. I was indormed via email that the item was deivered on 2/16 but I never got it. When I called and spoke with the customer service named Angel who by the way was rude, she informed me that I have to call the UPS person and inform about it. This is just not acceptable giving the burden to the customer AND I THINK THIS SOLUTION IS RIDICULOUS.

Bought TLV sent over 10 emails and over 10 calls will not resolve. Bought 3ctw open Tanzanite stone and never received certified cert. Watch the video on the Shoplc FB page …with Michelle from 1/7/2022 they won't resolve the issue! Bought 1/7 received only the stone 1/26? Never did it say it was on " pre order " it was supposed to be 2nd day air shipping. My calls have been escalated over and over again and I have to repeat myself every time I call. Definitely not delivering joy here! Terrible customer service.

Bought a Smart Soul Watch for a Xmas gift and now less then 60 days after the purchase its not working properly. It hasn't worked since we purchased it and we were giving it some time. Its clearly defective. So we called customer service and they said we can't return it, there is no warranty, and there is no technical support line to even call to try and resolve. I am very technical and have done everything to fix the watch. Lesson learned! Never buy from Shop LC again!

They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
