These people can't do anything right. They can't send a gift. Instead, they send it to me. Earlier i also sent a gift and then they used gift address to send all my subsequent purchases.to gift address. They refused any refunds. They have also regularly sent the item but double billed me and I don't know if my money had ever returned me because of their fragmented customer service it really is no customer service because they never respond to anything. You also MUST have your item number, purchase order number and date of purchase otherwise customer service WILL NOT help you. Truly i have a litany of screw-ups too much to mention all sucking my wallet dry. History shows a business as such is terminal and is only a matter of time when it closes up. Consumers cannot beware with these ongoing practices. After ordering item your money is gone, before you get the item also beware chances are you will not get your money that wrongfully taken from you. Do yourself a favor or unless your e gluten for punishment AVOID THS VENDOR enough is enough rose
My first order was pretty uneventful, other than the website being extremely slow. When I received the clothing item, it was as described, but had a small hole, which I sewed up. I decided to order more of the same item in different colors. One was generally as expected, the other a completely different style. I called and received authorization to return it. Hopefully I will get a full refund. Then, I attempted to order 2 more, as gifts, going to different people at different locations, but the website wouldn't allow me to use a different shipping address, other than my own. So I called them to place the orders. The agent didn't listen to me and completely messed up the shipping and billing addresses. I didn't know about it until the next day, when I got a confirmation email. When I called trying to straighten out the mess, the agent seemed unconcerned. She begrudgingly canceled the order and place a new one. She again didn't listen to me and nearly messed up the replacement order! I questioned the different total they gave me, each time, when placing orders for the same item. It's like they're just throwing out lotto numbers! She said that it was due to the tax rate, but I'm the customer! The tax rate shouldn't change due to the delivery address being different and besides, it was different on an exact duplicate order! In addition, I was not able to use a 25% off discount code, while placing a phone order. That seems unfair because I would have placed the order online, had their cheesy website allowed a different delivery address! At this point, I'm just hoping that my friends receive their items and I get a refund for the incorrect item that I returned and the botched delivery address situation. I certainly don't think that I will order from them again, it's exhausting! I don't necessarily think that it's a shady company, just disorganized and inconsistent.
They charged me for an item that they have yet to ship. The price of the item was obviously less than they wanted to sell it, and after I ordered it they raised the price by $40.00. I called them 3 times and they lied all 3xs saying the item takes 2wks to ship although on the item page it says item usually ships in 1 or 2 days. Multimillion or billion dollar company nickel and dimming a customer, just despicable.

I've spoken to several supervisors and have posted on their page on FB and I'm still getting the same GENERIC RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHO I AM, WHAT THE ORDER NUMBER IS, AND WHICH ITEM THEY HAVE NOT SENT OUT.
NOW THE COMPANY IS SAYING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEM AND THEY'RE WAITING TO RECEIVE THEM FROM THE FACTORY AND THEY WILL THEN SHIP THEM OUT TO ME.
"CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"
IS JUST 2 WORDS THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER KNOW THE MEANING OF OR NEVER ACHIEVE BECAUSE THAT'S NOT WHAT MOTIVATES THEM.

Questioning how things are done. First, I don't understand how they can charge you immediately and then wait days to weeks before shipping. I honestly thought you can't be charged until an item is shipped.
Next, I posted 5 reviews. The four positive ones were posted within hours and the negative one still hasn't surfaced days later. I wrote the reviews to be informative for future customers. I read reviews prior to making purchases now I am questioning them from my experience.

On 03/23/23 I signed up for auto pay for their auctions. I bid on & won 4 items believing they'll be paid for through Auto Pay. The following day, I noticed my items had not been paid for. I contacted SLC's customer service and was assured the auto pay for my items at the next assigned hour and no further action was required! However, 3 days later my winning items weren't pay for and my bids had "expired". I contacted the Customer Service number and spoke to Param who told me I'd have to bid on the items again and hope to have the highest bid to win the items again,
I then signed into "on line" chat to find out if ShopLV kept a record of the on line chats. CS representative Vishal said my account shows that I had called regarding my auto pay status on 03/24 and instructed me to email the item numbers and winning amount to their customer service email and as a "curtesy" they will honor my winning bids for the items IF they are still available!
I am absolutely certain that my winning bids expired because Shop LC wanted to get a higher bid for them.
Please beware if you spend time bidding and winning an auction. Chances are Shop LC will allow your bids to expire and have you bid on them again in order to sell it at a higher price. Such dishonest behavior.,
I had been using this site for quite some time now, budget pay was convenient, in hope that it would be positive impact on my credit. And then one day I got a phone call from my bank from the fraud department, and everything went south from that point on, they said it was Shop LC, and cancelled my card, well after I got a new card two weeks later I went to make a payment and now I'm shut completely out of the website, my account to my budget payments! So I called again, hardly understand the person on the line, (no disrespect) fast forward, week or so, my bank account shows a payment taking out! And still I have no new access to the website to make my budget pay payments and now as they take the payments out of my bank account as they please! All payments are presumably late!
This was the second ring I purchased from Shop LC. The first one was not true to size and the return process was not a good experience. I thought I would give them another chance. I reordered the ring again and the second one was defective. Upon returning it after 30 days of waiting for my return to be credited to my account I had to called them. The Rep. On the phone said they had not received it yet although I had tracked the return and it had arrived at their facility. After 45 days I called again and was told it was in the process of being credited back to my charge account and it would take 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later I had not received a credit, so I placed a 4th call. This time I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told by the Rep. He would log the problem and asked me to hold for a supervisor. I waited for 15 minutes, but no one ever answered me on hold. "I will never buy anything from Shop LC again."
They take forever to ship. I can order from JTV and my order is in my hands before Shop LC even thinks about shipping. They go the cheapest route they can and it shows
Tried to order an RFID wallet from this company and completed the sale but for some reason when I hit "place order", it seemed to be stuck. I did not see any note displayed saying the sale was completed. I tried a live chat and got nowhere, they told me to clean up my junk mail, try a different browser, etc. They also suggested I call them directly and supplied the number, asking if there was anything else the could do - I said no and the chat ended before I could finish dialing the number so it was lost. The number listed under "contact us" got me to an auction line, asking me if which auction I was calling about. Way too much work for this wallet. I found a better one on Amazon and it is on its way.

I have been buying from Shoplc for over 15 years and have been impressed with their business ethics. They stand behind their sales. If you have a problem, let them know and they will do their best to solve it.

Shop LC uses some kind of malware that can NOT be cleared on my Android device. Shoplc appears to use deceptive practices.
We can confirm that we do not use malware. In addition, any cookies (regardless of website) require approval from the consumer. We are more than happy to troubleshoot anything we need to of course.
I ordered a hyalite diamond. They're not expensive as you only see colors with a black light they include- or SAY they include. I didn't get one and I'm looking at what may as well be an ugly piece of glass. Called, waited waited supposed to get light mailed but I am disillusioned and don't want it. Sending back. Off to pawn shops for deals.PS- accent diamonds are WAY SMALLER than they looked on tv. $375 price I paid.

Charged twice for 2 rings I ordered and 1 pair of gloves. Items never shipped per my account on shoplc. Shoplc provided me with a tracking number from usps that was for other items. Think twice before ordering from this company.

Ordered what seemed to be an exceptional deal for gold and 1 ct diamond ring. Received a confirmation email of my order. First of the budget payments was already lending on my cc. Woke up to an email the next morning stating I left it in my cart and not completed. I clicked the link to compete the order. Items aware all gone now it said. I tried tracking with the order number from the confirmation email. Order number not found. I called customer service. Dale looked up my order and assured me that absolutely the order is processing. I would be receiving my ring. He further explains that they recently upgraded their software and many crazy things have been happening. Again he tells me not to worry everything is all in order. Great I tell him have a nice day and goodbye. Later the same day I receive an email that states my order hs been canceled due to high demand and out of stock. The pending charge is already off my cc.
My conclusion is. The deal was in fact too good to be true. It was my very first and last experience with this company. I believe it was a classic bait and hopefully switch tactic. I'm not interested in them anymore after this experience. I wonder if anyone else ordered the fabulous SVVW (Simply Vera, Vera Wang) tri-tone 14k gold ring with 1 carat of diamonds ring on the night of Nov 21,2022 and then on Nov 22 were notified of a cancellation. Beware a shady companies like ShopLC.com
Ordered on November 4, credit card charged. 10 days later unable to find any order on my account and when I "chat" am told having technical difficulties. What a scam!
These people are real A-holes. First the language barrier is unbelievable. Secondly, customer service wants to provide a solution before they even hear the problem; then the A-holes feel like it is alright to talk over you when you are trying to explain the problem. Hold times are crap. I NEVER have any problems with your competitors!
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
I have an issue with fraudulent charges to my card. I shopped at slc one day and the next, someone spent $2100. 00. I emailed slc, received an email asking me to leave them feedback, which I did, then my review got flagged. (Elsewhere)
I have seen quite a decline in slc. Shipping problems, QC problems, CS lacking. This company is not organized. One department has absolutely no clue what another does. For instance, hosts often give info that's false.
Be aware that SLC has never really had a clearance. If you pay attention to prices, you know they change daily, sometimes several times a day. They mark things up, then play pricing games on air to make customers think they are getting a deal. It's "All sales final" on clearance. No other shopping network does that.
Instead of fixing things, CS just responds to reviews and tries to clean up the mess another department created.
I've purchased many things I love. It's just that now, you often have to work hard to get what they sold. I have no idea what will happen with my missing $. Buyer beware!
UPDATE: Shop LC has refunded the amount overcharged on my credit card. It won't apply until next month's bill so I still had to pay the balance on my card rather than risk being charged a month's interest.
Despite sending numerous emails, no one has yet to say anything about charging $2,279.99 for a necklace with a $2,000 tag attached to it.
Don't fall into the hype with this company that they are offering great pricing, at least on the finer jewelry. I recently was watching their live presentation, being told how they were able to get all these beautiful gold closeout deals for amazing pricing & that they would be passing their savings onto the customers. I was a sucker & bought a diamond tennis necklace for $2,279.99. I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment when the necklace arrived, with a tag attached to it, reflecting a price of $2,000! My price was even considered a reduced clearance price & non-returnable which makes the whole purchase totally pathetic. Then to top things off, my credit card has been charged for $454.65 more than it should have been & so far, I am getting nowhere with customer service so will probably have to open a PayPal case to get that straightened out. Needless to say, it has been a nightmare & I honestly wish I had never heard of this company or given them my business. Unless you enjoy fighting with companies, I recommend you avoid this one & save yourself a lot of grief. I don't know how they became so big but customer satisfaction is not something that appears to interest them.

They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
