I ordered a clock on Shop LC. On the site they indicated normal delivery would be approximately 6 days. I decided to pay extra for two day air so I could receive it more quickly. After five days, I called customer service and they told me it had not shipped. I asked to cancel the order. They said I would have to pay restocking (even though it had not shipped?). I said ok go ahead and ship. I have not yet received the item and now over 6 days... and their most recent email said 3 business days... Very misleading! Maybe if I ever received the item, I can review it...

I love my ring, but was disappointed in not getting paper work with it. Telling the description, what the value is, carat size, what the actual value of the ring is. This is the first time buying. Vicki Aydt
They show "beauty shots" that makes things look bigger when you receive they are tiny. Sent a Xmas gift of a kids bank with NO insides in it won't return money. Show jewelry that is gorgeous what you receive is a washed out stone with no color. Tell you lowest price then late at night it drops $100 2 nights later dropped another $25. They do it late at night. I feel sorry for those who purchased and were promised "it will never be Lower." Nothing but lies and rip offs.
Please do not shop with this company. First of all their prices may be low but their shipping is high and they also charge a separate shipping and handling fee.
The first item got canceled and eventually was partially refunded. The second item was said to be delivered, but it never was. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the USPS or file a police report. I have lived here over 20 years and never had a package stolen. The tracking seemed off too. The company took no responsibility for the lost package and refused to give a refund.

Ordered product that arrived defective. I sent it back and the defective item was sent back to me. I still have not received it and was told by Shop LC to contact the manufacturer of the product. I fear I am out over 140+ dollars and a lot of time. Beware buying from them. Do so at your own risk.
Hello with opatra products, if a customer wants a refund, that is when it is sent to us. But if the product needs a replacement, that is when opatra would need to be contacted.

I bought a grocery cart online from Shop LC about a month ago. A cart arrive that did not match picture shown online. It also had a broken wheel. I returned it on same day received with the enclosed return shipping label. But it was the wrong USPS return label. A First Class label that can be used for a package weight maximum of 16 ounces. The packaged item was over 9 lbs.
Long story short, USPS did not deliver it. Shop LC has not shipped a replacement and does not refund my money either. Customer Service only replies with generic automated emails with a lot of apologies (i. E. Sorry, so sorry, truly sorry, be patient, wait longer, etc.) but non address content of my complaint. Calls to Customer Service dept. often does not get answered or routs to offshore to people with broken English seemingly from India.
I will file complaint with BBB.

I have the same problem with them, no return labels ever, when I call them and give them my info they either say it was clearance, past the return date, can't find the LC numbers or I get an email with no attachment! Luckily I got a bulk label and I've made copies of it. They've only rejected 4 packages so far, I hope they will take the rest back. They have some very nice Customer service people, I spoke with one woman tonight and she told me they have to go through a full month of training! They can be very stubborn but luckily I can be more stubborn than than them. I wish I'd read the reviews on them before I ever ordered anything!

I purchased a tanzanite ring and after the second wearing the stone fell out... I called and the customer service rep said I had to return it for inspection and they will decide if I get a refund... that was bad enough but then I never received the shipping label they were supposed to send me... I emailed them 3 times and nobody responded... BUYER BEWARE!

Recently won a ring at 2/3 less than their retail price. They send an email that they are unable to process with no explanation and promptly refunds the money. Customer service replies are generic and never answers the question, why? They still have the same ring for sale on their site and auction too. If their are government regulations on disreputable auction practice, please let me know

A t this point ShopLC is delivering me a headache rather than Joy. Before you send your items back, take pictures, write down order numbers and dates sent back. I sent several items back from Christmas, and when you call customer support, it is awful. Order numbers and items can't seem to be found. Terrible customer service and waiting on hold forever. Beware, just sayin.

I ordered the Dermilight and was supposed to get Dermi eye for free with my order well it did not come with the item and I have it IN WRITING I get that free & NOW they don't wanna give it to me. I will be filing a BBB CONPLAINT please be careful people they do not run a reputable business at all!

I purchased two items off this site for christmas gifts, they said in the shipping time it would be here before the 25th. I wish I had read actual reviews for them rather than just the ones on their site so, I could've saved myself from dealing with this. I waited a week for them to ship the items and they never did, even though I contacted them multiple times. The payment was still processing due to things on their end, not mine so I figured it would be easy to cancel. I sent multiple complaints about wanting to cancel including through pay pal and never heard anything back. Only over a week later to get an email saying one of the items has been canceled because it's "out of stock" yet you go to the website and, it's still in stock. However the full amount is still pending to be taken out of my account. :| Don't buy from here all of their jewelry is sold by different companies.

Ordered these earrings on ShopLC website. Terrible so tiny and poor quality. Not what was advertised. I spoke to customer service and was told no refunds or exchanges. Your only advised of that on your invoice once you receive the item. I've filed a bbb.org complaint. How can a company get by with this?

Wife ordered 3 robes shown on TV and order was confirmed. Next day got email the order was cancelled by LC as "not available". Then back on site 2 days later. Ordered again. Again cancelled. Ordered at 3rd feature on site and cancelled by LC again. We have all 3 email cancellations. Ordered 3 more expensive robes. A week later (yesterday) 2 of the cheap ones arrived but we were charged for 3. Today the more expensive robes are awaiting pickup. We don't need 5 and they want us to pay $12 postage to return their $20 mistake. Oh, and their jewelry often comes with missing or broken stones.

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
