When I am not happy with an item I send it back & they refund my money promptly. I have been purchasing items for nearly eight years, & they stamp by their guarantee
I had some older payments with them. They got hold of every credit card I had and debit cards and tried to run them through. They were unauthorized for those purcheses. They ran them any way, which is illegal. Both my bank and credit cards did chargebacks. They did this to me two times, will never buy from them again. Very unethical compay, buyer beware!
BudgetPay terms and conditions indicate that we attempt payment after 30 days, and that is we are unsuccessful we may attempt alternative methods of payment. In addition, purchasing on budget pay indicates that there is an agreement to pay for the purchases in full. We apologize for any inconvenience. I have been shopping at an online network called ShopLC.com, which also makes presentations on TV in the early morning hours. They have been advertising jewelry by Swarovski, who is the world leader in quality crystal jewelry, and they have told the public through emails and TV presentations that Swarovski is discontinuing their relationship with retailers, and after June 30th will only be selling through their own boutiques at a much higher price. I have been ordering pieces and some of the recent ones have arrived without the Swarovski tag. This is very important if buying it as a gift. When I asked for the tags to be sent, I was told that they were no longer available, but ShopLC does not make this disclosure in its TV presentations or its email. Despite my multiple detailed email letters to various levels of the company, there seems to be no effective customer service on this issue. This lack of important disclosure amounts to false advertising! But they seem to be only concerned in selling their inventory. BUYER BEWARE!

They show beautiful jewelry on TV, but when you receive the pieces they don't look anything like what was shown on TV.
I believe they're showing real jewelry pieces on TV and sending fake pieces to customers. They are also overcharging customers for shipping. Usually shipping is charged by weight and size of package but they charge shipping per each item which sometimes is more than the items being purchased. It's RIDICULOUS!

I am shocked at this low rating of Shop LC. I have bought many items, mostly jewelry, for years with no problems. I have returned what I did not like, still no problems. Whereas I do not buy clothing or beauty products, I feel the prices this company offers are great! I have a lovely collection of jewelry that I could not have afforded otherwise. If you don't want your fingers to turn brown or green, don't buy here! If you don't want your jewelry turning colors or your ears to get red and infected. Then please don't buy here! Also, I've never been talked to so rudely by any other customer service than I have at this company, today! Advertising is false, jewelry is dime store quality! I'll never buy from these people Ever Again!

If you're buying diamonds, buy g color or better, and si2 or better quality to get eye clean stones! All semi precious gems I've bought are really great quality! You can get a service rep before you buy!

I sent the wrong product back to them. They received it on April 23. I have called three times about my request for a refund. They keep saying that it will be put back on my account. So, if you send something back to them, you may not get your refund.

I have been ordering from Shop LC for several months and have no complaints. Everything I have ordered was exactly as presented. Returns were handled professionally and courteously. Customer service has been exceptional from day one. The products I have received are usually better than I expect and the prices are hard to beat. No complaints from this happy customer.

Shop LC offers 2 day shipping option for a fee. However, I placed an order on Monday ( it's Thursday now) and my order hasn't shipped as of yet. This isn't the first time this has happened with Shop LC but most certainly will be the last.
Thanks for sharing the feedback around expedited shipping. The item arrives in 2 days after departure. But of course, this doesn't create a good experience if it doesn't depart within 24hrs. We have consistently been working on improving our experience and again, very sorry this occurred.
I have been shopping on Shop LC for a long time and have a collection of beautiful jewelry and watches and other things purchased at a fraction of the price you could buy elsewhere. I have also bought gorgeous caftans, shawls and kimonos at super low prices. Also items for the home like sheets, towels, pans, racks, decorative pieces, etc., as well as wigs, hair care products, leather handbags, jewelry boxes, massagers and many other items, many have been gifts people have really liked. I usually have a wish list going and wait to catch even better prices before purchasing, always from their website. If you group $50 worth of purchases they have been offering free shipping. Shipping from their Texas location had slowed down a bit during the height of the pandemic but has greatly improved. I have had a few shipping issues over time but they have always made things right. They do have a good 30 day return policy. A few negatives are some of the male product demonstrators on TV have such strong foreign (India) accents you can't understand them and the product descriptions on the website are often poorly written by non native English speakers. Also a few hosts, refugees from other US shopping channels, are terrible. One woman sounds and acts continuously drunk. A few of the products I received from Shop LC I felt were below standard but most have been a good value for the money. Many of the customer service agents have strong foreign accents and are hard to understand. Most are very polite but some are clueless! The phone often rings for ages before someone picks up.

I have 3 items where the stone came out, 1 broken earring an expensive gold chain that brike and a rose gold over sterling chain. I donate a lot so Im not sure how much faulty items I have ordered that otgers have had problems with. The gold was like $64.

They put on a good front but don't follow through, and don't care. We've been on hold for over 45 min to inquire about a return three weeks ago, and this is not the first time. They have TV hosts, including the "president" of the channel that you can't understand because their English is so heavily accented with whatever Indian dialect that is their native tongue. We managed to get through to one person briefly who apologized for the wait by saying "sorry there are 150 customers ahead of you" then disconnected. Buy JTV, or QVC, but not this channel

Stones look great on TV. What you receive is not what you saw. Shipping takes forever and I live in TX. Customer service has lied to me and can't ever speak to a supervisor. Everything is foreign except the TV show so calling customer service is a joke as they don't care. I have given up and will not be ordering again.

Wow! I got my pillows today and they are filthy and look like a white dog slept on them for a year! This is obviously very poor quality used merchandise. First and last purchase. Hope the money really did feed a child. That's the only consolation. If there were negative stars, then you wouldn't get one star!

I have ordered a lot of items Some of them very nice, some of them Not so nice. The prices are all right But not nearly so good as they would make you believe. My main problem with Them is Not The prices or merchandise, But the lack of customer service! They are very nice when you get on the phone with them. But what they say means absolutely nothing at all They just make you think it does. And you cannot talk to anybody you can get results from. They take your money as soon as you make a purchase even though they often don't ship for days, And then keep returns for 3 weeks or a month before they give a refund to your account. It boils down to them having use of your money for up to a month maybe more while you only have the merchandise for perhaps 2 or 3 days. Something is wrong with that. And when you call to ask them Why they have a not processed a return The agent gives you a bunch of baloney about how they're going to email the returns department and ask them which does no good whatsoever. I don't think they even do anything they just say they're doing something. So I will shop at amazon Or ebay Or my local stores But not lc.

They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
