I bought an item in shopee. Received the item in a week, After I open the parcel, I found out that the seller sent me the wrong item (i believe its intentional) (seller is POWERCENTRAL). Getting back a refund is a pain in the $#*!. Its already 2 weeks since I file refund in which the seller already confirmed that its wrong item, But its still needs validation from the seller before they will give refund, will never buy from Shopee again, especially pricey products. Shopee does not protect its buyers

Good if you have the chance not to have any problem. But be careful as they allow fraud and counterfeit on their shops.
But if you have a single problem they let you down and never refund you. For any other problem to use the services they never assist you and never answer the good question.
I placed an order on the 11th of march and today is the 23rd. There is no trace of the order nor is shopee able to revert or track. Their service provider Delivery is even worse., they have no contact numbers, not person to talk to on orders and no reverts
Ang daming requirements sa complaint poor naman ang service. Kulang ako sa requirements na kelangan nila kaya hindi naresolve ang issue.
Nag marked as delivered si rider pero hindi naman dineliver. Tapos nasiraan daw ng motor, at pinkuha pa sa bahay nila yung order ko sabay block saken. First time mangyare to saken sa Shopee Xpress. Mas mabuti pa ang JNT at GGX, ang babait ng riders nila.

I have ordered from Shopee many times. Most of my experiences have been positive. BUT about 20% of my experiences have been negative. A 20% failure rate is a FAILURE! Purchased items have not been sent as indicated. Shopee's response? Cancel and we will refund your money in 7-14 days. Not acceptable when expensive items have been purchased.
Today I had a seller indicate an item was delivered that was not delivered. I tried to message the seller and Shopee's system said "User has been banned or deleted." BUT the seller and item were still listed on Shopee's site! When I contacted Shopee, Shopee said I did not ask for a refund within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date, but the scheduled delivery date was YESTERDAY (15-2-22), according to the information displayed on my Shopee account. According to the Shopee employee I spoke to, the information she was looking at said the delivery date was 12-2-22 and the purchase funds were released TODAY, 16-2-22, because I had not asked for a refund within 3 days of the delivery date (as shown on Shopee's end).
The issue has been escalated and Shopee has said it will respond within 3 days.
Thankfully I took screenshots of everything and recorded my conversation of my call with Shopee. Customers shouldn't have to go to such extreme measures to protect themselves. I will wait for Shopee's response. No matter the response, Shopee clearly has a problem with its system that scammers have figured out and are exploiting. BEWARE!

I have ordered a airbuds from shopee worth 2000 but received a sunglass which worth not more than 100rs. This is just a scam. I haven't received my refund amount till date.Don't ever buy anything from Shopee...
Worst shopping site. The customer care does not respond to multiple emails and even their phone number is not working.

Overall I am happy with Shopee purchases, in some cases the merchant purposely shipped a different product that is a bit cheaper, reason could be he does not have the same model, so when I ask why, merchant just said apply for refund, which is wasting time. Another issue is when ordering the flower seeds, 50% of the seeds given is not what you see in the picture, after germination, this happen to many merchants I bought flower seeds from, even though I chat with them to confirm before order. I wrote an honest review about my experience from one of my purchase. (sorry to seller) Shopee Epress riders often cheat the buyers by adding up costs on top of your bill if you forgot it or not checked. When wrote about it, Shopee Admin rebuked me badly and warned me that they will remove my points. (As if I care. Duh?!?) They even didn't dare to ask or communicate with me about it and they don't care.
Shopee, you are not the only e-commerce platform out there. There will be a time, your business will get lost and close because of your bad reputations.
I wish it will happen soon, so no more cheaters, no more proud and arrogant Shopee Admins.

If you want to buy counterfeit health and beauty goods, this is the website to go to. Even AliExpress doesn't sell counterfeit (i. E copied packaging of legitimate items) health/beauty items. Customer service is garbage. Turns out you need to BUY an item in order to report the fake item, even then, they WILL side the seller in the end. "100% Authentic Guarantee" my foot.
I received a wrong item which seller admittedly send the wrong item, but when I report to shopee, they ask me to send or attached additional evidence. Then I received and email from them that they did not receive the additional evidence that I uploaded in their system and immediately resolve the issue in favor of their seller? Tssk tssk tssk, I think that shopee really dont care about their client, what they care are only to seller whose misleading shopee clients.
From Shopee, seller, courier, customer service representative had no honour at all. Almost all of my order has a problem but they will not give the customer all the service that they need. One seller lack 1 item in my order, instead of sending the item, they will send it to me in my next order(but in review, they said that they will send it right away-liar). Now they had a big problem with the courier ENTREGO, many parcels only in hub and they failed to deliver it almost 2 months already. I've chat with their csr but gives everytime a date but nothing happens. I've filed a grievance letter to Dept of Trade & Industry to make them solve the problem but their Risk mgmt Adam Lewis says my item is "lost in transit" but in their system it doesn't indicate that(See their incompetence?) I have another chat this minute to a csr and send them the email copy and tell them that their boss is one big liar. Good thing right now, I only buy cheap items, but still it's our hard earned money. I only buy coz of this pandemic happening in our time, I dont want to risk my family's health. But when we reached the herd community, I will not buy again in online store like shopee and lazada(I have experience problem with this also).
