SHOPEE PAY SUCKS! Getting refund is so difficult, time consuming and stressful. Customer service is non-existent. Regardless if you purchase from an official store or not, whether the amount is little or big, even if the item was not delivered by the seller (and the shopee app shows it was not delivered and even returned to seller), getting a refund is so difficult. DO NOT USE SHOPEE PAY.
I recently bought four integrated circuits aka ICs. The seller shipped with no protection and one was so badly bent that a pin broke off. The other three checked okay after I straightened the pins. I got refund for the one unusable IC, but because I got just a partial refund, I was not allowed to rate the seller for the items that I kept. Shopee policy is to protect the worst of the bad sellers by not allowing buyer to rate the seller. Shopee doesn't even deserve one star. The pink protective foam is mine, not the seller's. The proof of order implies that I got refund for all four ICs, but in fact, refund was for only one of the four.
My delivery didn't arrive because the delivery man gave it to someone else. The resolution is very slow and it happened to me thrice. It seems there is no action from Shopee. When you tired to contact them, costumer service is slow and didn't save previous information of my complaint. They are pretending they didn't recieve something while I sent in for three times already.
Living in the countryside has a lot of advantages but also disadvantages. One of the biggest challenges is shopping. It actually takes about an hour just to get to the nearest "mall", so I don't really do that. This is why I love Shopee.
The available goods range from supplements to cooking oil, storage boxes to pet food, furniture to appliances, swimsuits to dresses, and meats to plant seeds. I could go on forever. The point is everything is available in Shopee.
I have seen lots of comments that mention how the quality of products are not good, the seller isn't accommodating. This can be true. It really depends on the "shop" or "seller". Shopee is like a shopping mall where there are lots of stores and stalls. It's important that you check the details of the product and comments before you make your purchase. The prices are reasonable and really cheap for the most part, but would you really expect much quality from cheap products? I wouldn't. What I'm saying is… expect the expected.
Shopee also has a credit system called SPaylater. I don't really have to use my credit card that often because of this. I am not sure if this is available to all users or Silver Members up only since I've just started using it this month. For more details about this, I highly suggest checking out their FAQs section.
The Refund system, I must say, is surprisingly very good. There was one time my order was missing 1 item and I got the refund within the week. It was automatically put back into "My Wallet".
In my video you'll the unboxing of my most recent purchases. You'll see that most of them are well packaged(not all). Most of them arrived within 4 days. The shipping really depends on the seller or shops and availability of the product, so again, may I remind you to read the details and comments to set proper expectations.
I use the website on my laptop because it's so much easier to compare prices with a bigger screen. When I'm ready to checkout I use the app on my smartphone because it's more efficient.

Do NOT buy from SHOPEE. If you do so, be aware of a seller named IWEN2020 (iwen2020) who has set up shop THIS YEAR and NOW offers over 900 products on the platform. The seller offers brand named product, ACCEPTS THE ORDER, then replaces it with a knock off brand. I ordered a KRUPS 5-cup Coffee Maker then was told they would send the knockoff in pic below. When I tried to cancel the order, they did not accept the cancellation request. Instead they send an incomprehensible canned response. I am working with Shopee to ensure the seller cannot do this to anyone else.
As a first time customer, I learned that Shopee cobbles a seller network together but operates with only nominal oversight going as far as allowing their (helpful) customer agents to infer they cannot control situations like mine. Taking no responsibility or accountability for seller behavior is not good business.
My 1st order placed and paid for via mobile banking, I contacted customer service and spoke to a helpful rep who said she'd send me directions for my refund and stating it would be 2-5 business days to transact. The email specifically requested me to provide my bank account name and account number in HANDWRITTEN form then creating an electronic form or taking a photo of the handwritten information.
No bank will say this is acceptable and I will not follow the prescribed guidance.
The website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. FAQs are horrific. Ordering protocols are unclear and poorly designed. Easily among the worst eCommerce sites I've ever seen.
I will return to this review with retails of outcome and the refund once complete. I want to be sure my experience is fully documented and am more than willing to take a little more of my valuable time to inform others of a recovery outcome.
I paid over $200 dollars for a cellphone that I never received. These people rob you blind. I don't recommend it at all. Save your money!

3 bad experiences from shopee whenever i buy over P1000 worth of an item. Item defective and shopee just wants me to talk to the seller so all i do is just talk to the seller back and forth with nothing happening which is frustrating for busy people. Lazada values their customer's time more. They are more trustworthy to buy more than P1000. Shopee is just for cheap items that you can't bother asking for returns/refunds

False advertising on their promotion. Shopee express is not competitive as well and shopee representatives can't do anything on my concerns. I have attached the promotion I am referring to. Purchasing here since the pandemic. And now, they will not give me the 15% discount for my birthday voucher.

I requested to expedite the review of the product that went for review just for editing the description to add a feeding guide. Their SLA of 48 hours is too long especially that a buyer badly needed the product.
It has been more than 12 hours and i have made 3 followups on their chat support and 2 follow ups on their phone support but despite having 2 reference numbers opened for this issue, and the phone support team notes to listing team to expedite the review, the Listing team doesnt really care at all. They are lazy and indifferent. All they care is their paycheck.
Ordered item. Cost $49.90 never received... Wrote to Jiji, the seller. Jiji said they sent and delivered. Shopee said they checked and also said delivered, but there was no photo, no receipt,. Shopee has to refund me 4 items and the customer care service has no insights of the accounting... With Screenshots I have proved 100% that Shopee didn't refund me my money. The customer care wrote me that they have done the refund of one item, the other items they ignored. Again, no prove or evidence from the Customer Care. The problem is that the Customer care cannot check the accounting! I have no chance to get my money back.

Ang panget ng delivery Service nila. If ever oorder kayo sa shopee, I strongly suggest na wag pipiliin yung standard delivery. Dun nalang kayo sa j&t or ninjavan. Yung sa akin, nasa cavite lang ako, pero yung order ko nagstuck up sa cavite hub ng mahigit isang linggo. Nakakailang follow up na ako sa kanila, pero pinapaantay pa rin ako kahit lagpas na sila sa proposed delivery date nila. Until nagparefund ako, kinabukasan, dumating agad yung package. Tas nakalagay pa sa na nakadalawang delivery attempt na daw sila. Eh nung nakailang follow up na ako, hindi naman sila nagsabi sa akin na may problema. Kinonfirm lang nila na andun pa sa hub ang package ko at mag hintay lang daw ako. (Hindi po mahirap hanapin yung address namin. Nasa tapat lang kami ng sm at makikita rin sa mapa pag sinearch mo yung name ng company)
I bought a bicycle from galaxy_officalshop when I received the bicycle, it was faulty and the shop didn't want to deal with me. In their website it said that 15 days return/refund. It is not true. They take all the excuse to avoid to refund the product. Do not buy from this shop and do not use shoppee to buy any products. They are not professional and do not care the customer. You will end up faulty products in your house to be ready to put in the bin.
