Made returns. The returns were processed and approved normally. For 3 months I've been fighting to get my money 6.450 php back and the support only stalls me. Don't get played through to manager and support suddenly cuts the line. Will never order from Shopee again.
Most of the Shopee seller are dodgy and have very bad customer service. Their products are low qualities and many sellers do not respond to buyers complain. Worse than sellers is Shopee who does not care about buyer`s complains. Many times, i received incomplete or wrong items and when i complain to Shopee, no actions were taken by Shopee to protect my purchase. From now on, i will go to stores and buy my items. Avoid Shopee.
I have been ordering through shopee and liked their template, hindi magulo and hindi nakakahilo.
However, lately, free shipping promos are limited. Limited in quantity, limited 0 shipping, limited to selected sellers lang ung discounted shipping.
Also, mode of payment affects it too, gcash cash in, may fee na. Debit card cash in, has been omitted din.
I dont think your endorsers affects the buying power of the market but being competitive sa price, convenience and promo does.

I ordered a 40 kg container of chlorine granules from a Shoppee vendor that I paid for (P3124. 00). The item delivered by the J&T Express person had the same order number but was a packet of Facial Mask Bood Orange worth P10.00 to P45.00 on the Shopee site. The Shopee site banned the vendor but refused to refund my money because the order (wrong item) was delivered to me. Caveat Emptor. Buyers should use a credit card when using Shopee.com.ph. Let your credit card company fight it out with Shopee and the vendor. You can expect no help from this online shopping site. As long as it gets its commission, it has no interest in helping a buyer victimized by swindling vendors.
1/11/22 - I wanted to purchase a fridge in shopee. Spoke to seller and came to an agreement. Wanted to pay with shopeepay which i usually do. Banked in the amount more than $1000 and it did not show up. Need verification and the app had a problem but the money already deducted. After doing manually - told got to wait for 1 -3 days to be verified. Spoke to 5 different agents from shopee and asked for the manage twice but still no manager to take my call. They go by the book - verification need 1-3 days - refund 3-5 days and i am stranded with no money to purchase in shopee or elsewhere. After going back and front - got verified - but amount still not in - according to them its 'floating' - agent can even tell me not sure where its floating? - Y such terrible service - No manager wants to take my call - need to wait 1 -3 days - Fridge is not a want but a need and a necessity - if i had known it would take so long - which was not indication upon banking the money to do verification first - but they allow the transfer to happen and then ask for verification. Now verified but no money in - it will take time - manager do not want to call - very terrible. Customer service - like parrot - they repeat the same thing over and over. In the end - i got money yet no money to purchase
If purchase to many SAME items using shopee vouchers, you will be banned. Then u got to request for reactivation by receiving a warning email from shopee. Wth. I buy yet i was warned.
Whenever I buy something I always look at the review of the products first then that's it---I always get what I wanted. They never disappointed me all are well packaged.

All services from prices to delivery is very terrible. The driver for delivery are very impolite. Prices are very more expensive than lazada. If you do not want have headache do not buy from this site. J&T express do their delivery service today bring me my order after 15 days but uncompleted. And when I ask why is not complete he take the order and run away.

I cannot log into my account it is said that it is banned due to violation of community rules and they cannot provide exact information about this one. They just said misuse of a voucher with multiple account. As far as I remember my son made an account it has the same address but a different name and information so why would they said that I have multiple account. You cannot have the account with different name with just the same address that's ridiculous. I reach out to them several times but still they cannot open my account I have been a platinum buyer for a years and they didn't even compliment that. If they can't open the account so it be there have much more online shop
I have purchased several items from Shopee PH (Xbox one controller from seller chengaii.ph and keyboard caps from h28e43une9 (Dr Keycaps); and yes, I'm not afraid to censor their name)
For XBOX one Controller, they sent a non-working one. After complain, they claim that it's 'an older generation that has no bluetooth, while my point of complain is that they're not even working using cable, and they deny for warranty process eventhough they blatantly write one year warranty on the product page. It's an obvious lame excuses not wanting to fix a trouble product that they have sent. I have report to Shopee, but it seems no action nor response were given at all, so it's obvious Shopee doesn't care about the buyer at all.
As for keycaps, I purchased 2 item from the seller, one is ready stock while the other one is pre-order 7 days. After delivery, I have checked only ready stock item were sent, but I have "Confirm received order" while still waiting for my pre-order item. After a week, I have informed the seller, and they claimed that they will send replacement. A week later, I receive no replacement whatsoever and the seller have the audacity to block me on chat page, so it seems that this is the SOP and mentality of Philippine Seller on Shopee, "We take your money, and if you complain, F**K YOU, cause that's not our problem"
Agents seem untrained. Does Shopee even try to orient or train their agents? They tend to give out templated alibis. Nothing more!
I don't even know if these agents really resolve concerns. It's very frustrating! Shopee execs should try out the app's chat support so they'd see how ineffective their agents are.
Shoppee banned a seller but did not inform me so I ordered 3M finesse polish and received a peace if packing plastic. I got ripped off for 1,400 pesos and no response from shoppee so I will delete shoppee and only use Lazada from now on.
I suddenly got an error that prevents me from checking out items from my cart. I wasn't informed or notified, it just happened. Not knowing the cause, I reached out to them via their live chat service. I followed the steps they gave and reached out again. I was then informed that I'm getting the error because of "suspicious" transactions.
I reached out to them again, for the third time. The agent was unhelpful. I wanted to know why I'm getting the error, and all the agent could say was that it's beyond their scope and to just get the item I wanted to checkout from a different shop.
To summarize, Shopee is preventing me from buying because of "suspicious transactions" they couldn't specify and they would rather lose customers than help or assist.
Last April 17,2022 I ordered & paid for 6 pcs head rest for my van (ORDER ID *******S8H9W97A). Supplier name -- yq95_t23_c. What I received on April 24, was a small pouch with 1 face mask!. I wrote Shopee to to complain and asked for a refund. Supplier disputed my complaint and replied to Shopee as follows:
"I have shipped the item(s) and have proof of shipment. I am sorry for the delay of your package. We will send two packages, one is a small gift and the other is the goods you bought. If you receive the gift, the goods will arrive soon."
After a few days, Shopee communicated to me that their investigation has shown that the goods I ordered and paid for was not delivered. They advised me to return what I received -- one face mask - so that the refund could be made.
I replied that, since the item I received was not anything significant, it will just be a waste of their time and mine to return it. I then requested that the refund be made without waiting for the 1 face mask.
Shopee did not reply anymore. The next thing I knew, the amount I paid -- P2,123.00 was already reflected in my credit card bill. Obviously, Shopee did not effect the refund to me.
As of May 20,2022 I've not yet received the headrests I paid for.
In the meantime, the supplier -- yq95_t23_c -- does not reply to my chats in the Shopee chat box.
Don't trust Shopee and their cheating suppliers.

I ordered at the store " aizysuf4f8 " a ceiling fan (₱1,668). They send an example paper for staff time. They book it as "delivered: but they send a message that they had comp problem but I will get my order – I should be patient ….
I wait and wait and asked for the delivery. Suddenly they banned me in the chat. MOREOVER, SHOPEE TOLD ME THAT IT IS TOO LATE FOR ANY INSURANCE AND REFUND. So they protect their CHEATING stores and are not helping the customers. BETTER (in case you order there at Shopee) ONLY CASH at delivery. Do not pay in advanced!
Just a few days ago, as I was browsing Shopee, I saw a seller offering to sell a Sharp Innova airgun for ₱5,587. I was interested so I ordered one. Upon receipt and after payment, I opened the parcel only to find that it contained a very different item ( a cheap, plastic airsoft rifle) which I did not want. After advising Shopee of the deceit, I received an email from Shopee which seemed to me like an endorsement of the amount of ₱100 proposed by the seller.as refund. I rejected and of course, I was furious. Moral of my story: I deeply regret not opening the box and verifying its contents before I let go of my cash. So, a little warning, guys, now it seems even good ol' Shopee cannot be trusted.
It's worst app I've never seen before it takes outsiders to promote product and they says they will give commission after spending money they will blackmail us so don't buy any products from this app cheating app
