My sister sent me a link for a shirt and tutu set for my daughters party and when I saw it I immediately ordered. I didn't see any shipping info in my rush to order until I went back to the website and saw that they clearly states that their orders take 2-3 weeks to ship. I had 6 days until the party. I emailed them about rushed shipping and told them when I needed it by. I got a response within FIVE minutes on a Sunday! I was happily surprised. They sent me the direct link to order rushed shipping so I didn't have to go look for it. I received order confirmation but had not received tracking information by Tuesday to know for sure that it would arrive in time. This made me nervous so I sent another email asking about it. On Wednesday I received the tracking info. The outfit arrived a day earlier than what I asked for it by. Ordered on Sunday, received on Friday! I will be ordering both of my daughters birthday outfits from here every time! (And I won't wait until the last minute now that I know about them!) The colors are perfect. As soon as my daughter saw her Cocomelon shirt she loved it.
I ordered two shirts from this business. A few days after ordering I was curious as to when we would receive the shirts since they needed to be delivered by a certain time due to an upcoming event. I reached out to the business and asked them when my order might be shipping. The first response I received was unprofessional and rude. Instead of simply stating the facts, this person felt like they needed to belittle me by telling me that all orders take 3 to 4 weeks and "it says that on every single page". You know, this whole well are you too stupid to look type of $#*!. I then replied back very promptly and direct and said oh no OK well I'm gonna need a return then. The response that I received was shocking. You can read through the inhumane language spoken by this beast in the screenshots below. I will quote this animal's last email to me here as well:
From ShirtTango: "LOL, oh please peasant, you had already decided to cancel before we even replied back to you, what crack are you smoking. Stop pretending that we are the reason why you didnt want to pay for faster shipping when clearly you had already said to refund you before our response.
And what are you rambling about reading a website back and forth? The shipping info is posted twice on every single page, very hard to miss. Even if it wasn't stated their TWICE, what sort of moron purchases from a handmade custom website without checking the shipping info, no common sense? You're acting like we need your money, we make over 80 thousand a month in sales sweetie. LOL THE REAL REASON you don't want to pay for faster shipping, is because you CAN'T AFFORD IT, you had to use a coupon on a shirt that was already the cheapest on the internet, stop using us as an excuse because you cant afford faster shipping and you don't know how to read. Lol Pathetic"
I order my daughter birthday dress 5 weeks in advance as they website says take 3-4 weeks to ship it's been 6 weeks my daughter birthday has already passed and still have never got her dress they did give a refund but this is bull$#*! I found this dress and was so happy that my daughter would love it they said they shipped it 2 weeks ago yet still has not came to not order from this place if u actually want the thing u bought! Never again will I by from shirtango!
You gave a wrong address at checkout, the item was return back to us 3 weeks later, we offered to send it off again free of charge but you said no, why would you give a incorrect address at checkout? You caused this yourself.
Shipping can take weeks as advertised but with rush order I was able to get my shirt right on time. Everyone loved my shirt at the party and will be ordering from them again.
This company is the absolute pits. I simply sent a message about how soon I could receive an item I ordered. I received the most disrespectful message in return. I will be telling everyone I know not ordered anything from this despicable vendor. Amazing.

I ordered a shirt and lol tutu for my granddaughter for her sixth birthday in August and it is now October 22,2020 and I still don't have it. Calling amazon and getting them involved as they paid them with my card.

LOL, are you $#*!ed, UPS charges 22 dollars actually, this is not usps, It's UPS, you must have them confused, we have proof and can print out the reciept, LOL. Why would some dumbass just randomly purchase from a custom handmade website without checking the shipping info first? I understand your poor but that isn't an excuse for being stupid.

In such a short time per my request to receive item for my granddaughters birthday I ordered last week not realizing it would take 2-3 weeks on it I email them and they explained to me they could have it ready with additional shipping fee and I did as they requested and received it today 3 days before the party thank you so much I'm a happy customer
I placed an order a month ago and never received my item.The photo below is the message I received from them after I filed a claim to get my money back!
I was super happy to receive my package I did order within a couple days before my party paid a little extra for faster shipping but it made it just on time

I wanted to order a cute birthday outfit for my daughter''s 2nd birthday and intentionally purchased from a black-owned business. In hindsight, I should have done my research and read even just one review before placing my order. After multiple attempts to follow up on the status of the order - I learned that I would not receive the shirt in time for my daughter's bday. It was going to be at least 5 weeks from the time I placed my order, even though they say over and over (and over) again "3-4 weeks." Below is a verbatim copy/paste of the email exchange that ensued when I asked to cancel the order because I was not interested in paying twice as much for shipping - as I did for the actual order.

Shirtango: Hi, UPS charges $20 for 2-Day Shipping or we can get it to you on Friday for $15. Just let us know
Me: I'd rather not pay almost double for shipping than what I paid for the actual order and Friday is too late. Can I just cancel the order?
Shirtango: LoL, ok we will cancel your order, you should probably learn to read better or use common sense before placing a custom order. Good luck
Me: I assume your business will be extremely successful with customer service skills as strong as those. Also maybe don't say "3-4 weeks" if it's actually going to take 5+ weeks for one shirt. "Good luck" to you as well.

Shirtango: There's 6 people that work here and answer emails Karen, we make over 100 thousand a month in sales, clearly if you knew how to read you wouldn't be in this position. We sell to the poorest people around that's why you purchased from us because this was all you could afford.

The customer service experience was amazing! They communicated with me from beginning to end! The shirts look so good and my babies loved their onesies! My order came so fast with $20 rush shipping it was worth it! They even emailed me and recommended a change that I didn't even think of! I will definitely be ordering again as well as I will be recommending your company to family and friends!

Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
Answer: I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.
