Even though they dont ship for 2 weeks, we were able to purchase rush shipping and received our order within a week. Everything turned out perfectly. They have some very cheap prices.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered the tutu set for my childs bday and received nothing! When i emailed them cause thats the only way to contact them she said if you look under the FAQS it states it will take 7 days to process order. I waited another 2 weeks and NOTHING! I tried emailing again and NOTHING! Havent heard back from her or him at all! I called my bank and disputed the charges! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! AND KARMA WILL GET TO THEM! I HOPE SHE EMAILS ME SO I CAN GO OFF!

No where does it say 7 days to process, as clearly written on our site, all orders are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks.

I placed an order, got awaiting fulfillment status that was there for 2 weeks and no way of contacting them other than email, but got no response. I had to open a Paypal Dispute to get a refund.

My wife ordered 2 shirts on 12/4. Was notified it shipped on the 9th. On December 18th we contacted them after not seeing a delivery. Was told it would be shipped overnight, twice. After contacting them once again this is the response we got:

Shirtango sent you a conversation on December 22,2012. Receipt #******* Um and changing what, because there nothing but dip $#*! $#*!in $#*!s out there that think i control ups, WHICH I DONT, im not saying your one of those people but the way your email seems, i dont know! I dont own ups i dont know what you want me to do to control them, if i own ups like all these dumb$#*!s think i did, i wouldn't be selling on etsy right now. I sold over 700 items and only 10 different people left negative, wow thats so horrible. Agai not sure how in the world your trying to blame this on me if it says out for delivery today and we paid for overnight shipping, ONCE AGAIN IM NOT UPS, I DONT DELIVER, IM NOT UPS! And why is it late for christmas, christmas is not until tuesday the 25th, so i dont even know how it could be to late.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (if you can call two guys who live in their mom's basement a company)

CLOSE FRIEND ORDERED WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE CRAP, THEN WAS VERBAL ASSAULTED WHEN SHE WANTED TO RETURN FOR A REFUND

HOPE HOUSTON TEXAS IS BETTER THAN THESE CLOWNS MAKE IT TO BE

Horrible Horrible!

Horrible Horrible! I placed an online order and instead of the "free shipping" option, I paid an extra 6.95 to get it faster. They promise on their "website" that they usually ship within 3-4 days. I ordered 3 children's shirts on 11/15/12, I still had not received them on 11/23/12, so I emailed to complain. I received an email response on 11/23/12 stating they would be overnighted to me. I still had not received my order on 11/26/12 so I emailed again and said I would cancel my order if it would not be shipped. I also requested a refund on my extra shipping I paid. They refused stating that that money they use to ship orders and I should not be refunded. I could either have them over night my order, or they would refund my 6.95 and they would not know when/if I'd receive my order. I replied telling them to over night my order. I received my package on 11/28/12. The only thing in it was 2 blank, white T-shirts heavily stained and dirty... nothing on them at all. NOT my order. I then emailed them for a refund, they state they sent my order. I sent them pictures of what I got, and they said that I faked the pictures to get free shirts and a refund. I opened up a dispute with Paypal, they replied to that dispute that I am the scammer trying to get money from THEM stating they sent me the order I placed. Basically my word against theirs, but I got scammed. They continued to email my husband saying some very vulgar things about a picture I have on my google website. I have now deleted that account. These people are taking people's money, and getting away with it. They NEED to be stopped, or they will scam a lot of other people that are just trying to buy Christmas presents etc. Word to the wise, verify ALL unknown websites. This website doesn't have a company phone number... it's a google phone number, I also got the package from some random person, no mention of the company name. Their Etsy account is FULL of bad feedback, I should have known! My order status on the website now says refunded, however, I know I'll never see my money. BUYER BEWARE!
