I ordered a shirt for my daughters birthday. I ordered this shirt on the 3rd of May. My daughters birthday is June 12. Still hasn't arrived! And when I reached out to customer service, they blamed USPS, and protesters for my package being weeks late. Unprofessional is an understatement. Below is a picture of an email I received from their "customer service".
My Daughter Loves Her tutu. I asked if they could ship it sooner for my daughter's birthday and they did I really appreciated that.
I'm not going to lie I wish I could have put on here how happy I was that my daughter's LOL surprise birthday party would be a good one if I had to shirt and a tutu to match no I don't have the money to put a rush on things being so rent and this pandemic money is scarce on these parts but it's been 6 weeks and 1 day and you said it takes 3 to 4 weeks for my stuff to be shipped to me it's been double that and I still do not have the tu tu and the shirt fix it its not us its you all of us cant be telling a lie if where all saying the same thing

LOL, you wanted us to believe that 18 days was a full month, when we told you no after the 6th time, this thing went crazy on us. Jesus Christ why dont you show all the people those emails where you kept saying that 18 days was a full month, why don't you show those pics?
After we told it that 18 days was NOT a FULL MONTH, this thing started to curse at us, so we cancelled its order.
Again 18 days, is not 30 days, how was this person allowed to have kids, this is SOOOOO WRONG on so many levels..
I must admit I was skeptical about purchasing online but I am grateful that the staff were able to custom create my order and shipping was expedited to arrive on time for my daughter's birthday. Thanks again. I look forward to purchasing again soon.
This was my first time ordering from Shirtango and I have to say they were awesome, even through the pandemic the Tutu came on time, and it was even better then I saw on the site they truly made my daughters birthday special! I highly recommend them, if you have a special occasion and need something of great quality! Thank you again for making my daughters birthday complete!

Why don't these stupid people ever show all the emails? Gee i wonder why, because they want to look like some god damn victim, this piece of trash sent over 10 emails threatening us and cursing us out because she didn't know we had a handling time, she thought it ships the next day, NO CUSTOM COMPANY ships the next day unless you pay for fast shipping., but of course shes not going to post those emails is she. LOL LOL,. Get a damn education or at least learn how to read simple English.
We cancel ALL ORDERS from people that curse at us, harass us or threaten us, SIMPLE AS THAT.
I emailed them only twice to check on two different things they emailed me back with the rudest emails and then when I said wow that was rude they said yup it was and your rude for waistin our time and then canceled my order like wwwooooowwww never had this kinda experience before
Why don't these people ever show all the emails seriously, what a joke. Please lay down that crack pipe its causing you brain damage. This rude and disgusting buyer kept emailing us every single day asking the same question over 15 times, every day. This is what drugs do to you... We gave them the same answer over and over again, at this point this had turned into harassment, after asking her to stop she said she wouldn't and was going to ruin our business.

They cancelled my order and said it was because of theft of some sort but I never got my money and they continue to send me threatening emails! Beware do not give your hard earned money to them!
This is a psycho crackhead thug that has threatened to kill our staff and myself.
Shes not showing the 10 other emails she sent us.
She keeps saying shes a police officer and will find out where we live and kill us.
We have over 10 emails of her saying this nonstop. We already contacted dallas police on this person. Not only did this person threaten to kill us, she made very horrible racist remarks toward my staff and said she was going to kill all the white people and said she was going to get a group of people to burn down our building and loot us.
Disgusting, they have sent over 10 emails threatening harm on us. The police will be following up with them soon.

Do not order from this company they are the rudest people I've ever met they literly cussed me out mother F***ing me all because I was having difficulty placing an order insinuating I was an idiot instead of helping, then they said they didnt recieve my payment but when they cancelled my order on me which devastated me, the money was returned to my account so hmmmm how did that happen. The shirts were for my grandsons first birthday and I didnt have time to order more. Such horrible customer service they need to be shut down
BUY IT! Opted for the rush shipping and items arrived as expected. The outfits purchased were unicorn and jojo t shirts and skirts. Each garment was of very good size and quality. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.
I wrote a review they responded unprofessionally which seems to be a thing with this so call company I work on the same job 17 years what I paid for the item is what I make per hour at work but that doesn't mean I'm going to allow someone to just take my money they never refunded me and Sherry B when you respond show proof of the refund
LOL, lies lies and more lies. This person was refunded the second they said they didn't, want the item. They keep telling us they didn't receive their refund, we have asked them over 6 times to allow us to contact their bank to see if this was true, all 6 times she said NO,,,, hmmm, I wonder why.
The buyer is trying to scam us, its not going to work, we been in business for over 15 years and have sold to hundreds of thousands of customers. Keep trying though.
I purchased my items without reading the shipping policy and immediately became worried about my order and was it gonna be here on time. I sent customer service and message to see if I needed to pay for rush delivery. The agent assured me that my order would be here before the date I needed. After 3 weeks of know tracking number or anything I became extremely worried so I messaged again. The agent again assured me that my order would be here and the next day as promised it arrived! I love it! Thank you for dealing with me constantly messaging you and delivering on time. I'll definitely recommend and use Shirtango again.
I placed an order for both grandbabies, one 2 other 8, I paid for urgent shipping and not only is everything perfect, they got it here on time. Can't wait for photo shoot so I can add pictures. You get quality and personalized outfits, love Shirtango!

This crazy person thought that our robot automated response machine was accusing her of being a racist, seriously you cant make this stuff up, after that she started fighting with the robot, again you cant make this up, she sent over 10 emails cursing the robot machine out, i don't know what to say, we cancelled her order after all of that. I emailed to see if I could get a tracking number. I emailed them once asking if my daughter's bday outfit would be here on time. They said yes and I'd recieve a tracking number. I ordered on May 8th then when I emailed them the 25th after still not getting a tracking number they cancelled an order that was for my 7 year old bday outfit she was so excited about bc they said I had mental problems and cursed them out. At first they tried to say it was cancelled bc it was suspected fraud when I got this email I did get a little nasty back so the customer service rep flat out said that she cancelled my order out of spite. Well we found my daughter a cute dress. And I have yet to get my 25$ back. They are going to say I'm crazy and cursed at them or harrassed them. I emailed 2x in 2 weeks and got nothing but nastiness back. Will add screen shots below.

I placed an order and nowhere on the site does it say that it will take 3-4 weeks to ship. Then when you email them, they give you the most unprofessional response. They told me that they were not sorry and then they refunded my money. There are many other places that do the same work with way better customer service. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
LOL, you were able to find out how to leave a review but not the shipping tab located on every single page. LOL, there's literally a shipping tab on every single page of our website, just like every website in the world has. Who purchases from a custom handmade website and doesn't even bother checking shipping and handling time? That's Crazy..
Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
Answer: I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.

Sorry if the truth hurt you sweetie, but its been mentioned all over the news in the past week that usps has been slowed down due to the riots and protesting, maybe try getting your facts straight before trying to call somebody out.
