I placed an order on June 3rd for something I did not need until October so I was in no rush to receive it. I actually completely forgot I ordered the shirts until I looked at my credit card statement. I had asked about a color option on the shirts when I initially ordered and realized I never heard back from them. I reached out this morning and cannot accurately describe how I was spoken to when they replied. I have attached ALL correspondences. My emails are boxed in blue and the company replies are boxes in red. I added notes so you can see which email came first and so on... You decide for yourself if they are worth doing business with.

**this is an update after reading company's reply to my review. I posted every single email that was between myself and the company. At no point, even after I was cursed at by your company did I curse at you. Ever. This is just untrue and slander. The reason it seems I sent photos of 2 of the emails twice is because I could not fit the whole thing in one screen shot. I am truly appalled at this level of customer service. Even your reply to people's negative reviews are just full of you making excuses and passing blame. This is sad. Please feel free to share with the site the emails you state I wrote cursing at you. Unless you are fraudulently going to write them we both know they don't exist. Really shameful you act this way. I sent EVERY email between us. Stop insulting your customers. We are not morons, sheep or ghetto trash. We are consumers presuming we will be treating with a minimum amount of respect when paying for a service.

This moron keeps posting the same pics over and over again to make it seem that we said so much, but it’s only 2 emails, hopefully no sheep reading this falls for any of this crap.

Why don’t you show the other emails where you started cursing at the email robot thinking it was a real human, why are you leaving those emails out? You did that 8 times, but your not showing those emails, huh? Probably because you don’t want to look more stupid.

We cancel all orders from people that insult us, curse at us or disrespect us in an anyway.

We are not going to let some thug threaten us nonstop, their order was cancelled right away.

Again, if your going to treat our staff with a nasty attitude or curse at them, then you order will be cancelled.

I ordered three personalized tee shirts for my baby boy's first birthday. I simply inquired about my order and was met with the utmost unprofessional and rude responses! I was practically called stupid and told I couldn't read! They offer expedited shipping(for more money of course) and delayed shipping(Due to the pandemic) all at the same time?! I was told if i said anything RACIST (huh?) I would be denied service! My shirts clearly were of an african American baby! I truly believe that this company is racist themselves! In hindsight of all that is happening in this country, I believe they labeled me immediately and were rude because of their OWN VIEWS! They cancelled my order! They were blatant and just nasty, simply because I wanted to follow up because nothing was being updated on the order! They did in fact say my order would be shipped in 3-4 weeks I didn't email them until the 3 week mark had passed.

This crazy person sent over 25 emails within 1 hour to an automated email reply bot because she thought it was a human she was talking to, even though every reply back said this is not a human, this is a automated reply and it was the same message... for some Crazy reason she argued with the email reply bot for 1 hour until she realized what was going on and THEN she started sending us threatening emails and cursing at us, at that point her order was cancelled.

Again people, it’s called a automated reply that google has, you can write a prewritten message that everybody gets, it’s a robot.

If your crazy, don’t waste your time buying from us.

There aren't enough Stars to rate the Amazing service we received from Shirtango :): ) :). Our experience was GREAT from the very on-set of our Communication. Anytime we had a question, they responded quickly and with kindness. Hailey's Dress was BEAUTIFUL! It was very well made, very colorful, and absolutely looked like the picture. We THANK them so much for their Amazing service and look forward to our next purchase from them. I would highly recommend their services and products. Her outfit perfectly rounded out her Barbie theme and was that ExTrA icing on the cake! Can't go wrong with this choice. Many Many Blessings!

I waited almost 2 months for my order it's awful quality I will never order from them again they usually emailed me back they told me after a month that it was on the way then about a month later emailed me and said you should have received your order by now if not we can overnight it or cancel your order I told them I told them I needed it overnighted I received it 2 days later

Hello, sorry you didn't like the outfit, you did choose the cheapest one we sell. Just like all companies in the world, we sell different versions for different budgets. We had handmade ones that were more beautiful for 5 dollars more but you did not want that you said.

Also we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks, we sent your item on time, im not sure what the issue is, we told you that we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks and you said you wanted to keep the order.

Poor service they think it's a joke to leave people on read and not reply to emails when it proteins you business I blew them up trying to pay for rush order with no reply but when it came to arguing they reply quick with no problem how ironic will never in life ask to do business ever again they suck

Order an outfit for my daughter, got it on time. The sales department did an amazing job. They delivered on time, even when I ordered 3 weeks before my daughter's birthday. I was totally upset when I asked customer service "my daughter is 5 and wears a size 4/5T would yalls 4/5T fit my daughter" they said yes. I got the shirt and it was cute but didn't fit anywhere near a 5T, so when I asked why is it so small they called my daughter over weight and it was my fault for not getting the right size. Then I get a message after being completely nice enough to not even return the shirt just to buy a new one then get insulted again by saying if I curse the staff out they will cancel my order. I responded and asked when did I ever do such a cruel thing as to curse one of your staff members out. Then he continues to insult me. This company is pure trash! My daughter is not overweight by any means and I will post picture proof, my daughter is wearing a 5 dress and it's big on her. I will be pursuing further actions towards this company. They also pay their customers to write good reviews and still are at 2 stars. Hmm wonder why. Poor morals as a family owned business.

I placed a shirt order May 15 for a Barbie printed shirt for my daughters 3rd Birthday and still till this day have not received it. I contacted Customer service through A email Because I NEVER received a tracking number and they replied back saying there is no tracking number because it hasn't been processed. I still have yet to received the package And sadly my daughter doesn't have her shirt for her birthday party. This place definitely Has poor service never again will I order from here. LOL, now for the truth.

As stated throughout our site, we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks, we had to tell this customer this 7 times the same thing, finally when their item came time to ship we gave them their tracking number. They had a chance to either purchase faster shipping or cancel the entire order, and they didn't do neither, not sure why they are complaining, we sent it out when it was suppose to, i honestly don't know why they are upset, again they were give the chance 7 times to either cancel the order or pay for faster shipping if they wanted it sooner, they refused both so we shipped it out when it was suppose to and now their upset? Makes no sense at all.

Purchased the Poppy Troll tee shirt & skirt for my granddaughter because I thought it was cute. When it came in, it blew all expatations, IT WAS AWESOME!

If you want a really nice gift, this is the Shop for you! Most definitely shop again for grandchildren and maybe their parents too!

I will not do business with Shirtango again. They have very poor customer service. They communicate when they take your money. When you question them about your order, they send you to a generic email about shipping and you never hear from anyone. This was horrible customer service. Finally, if you question about your order they send this email saying don't curse at them or they will cancel your order because they are family owned but yet they don't respond.
Thumbs down, I am really disappointed!

I told them that if they failed to meet their own requirements from their website and i did not receive the item i would file a claim with amazon pay.

Yes please read the email screen shot, this person is crazy. They read an entire shipping statement incorrectly and proceeded to blame us because they didn't know how to read correctly. LOL, you cant make this up. We are the ones that wrote it, how are we reading our shipping statement wrong... I wish they would have posted all the other lovely threatening cursed word filled emails, but of course they didn't..
