Another fake review, sitejabber is a f*cking joke.
This person didn't buy anything from us, the only thing they did was bitch about our shipping time and refused to pay for faster shipping so we ignored them.

We only have trouble with poor uneducated people, its like poor and stupid go together.

This company has the worst customer service ever! The dialogue that I received from the person that I spoke with was hostile and racist. I cannot believe this company is in business. I am in shock! Take a look at some of the emails below that I received from them:

If your stupid enough to mess up your own email address while checking out, then yeah you wouldn’t receive an order confirmation email or an email with tracking once the item ships, maybe learn how to spell your own info before blaming others, take responsibility for your own actions. Pathetic

So I did not see where it takes 3 to 4 weeks to ship an item I may be wrong but I'm almost positive that when I place my order it said I would have my daughters dress buy today so I simply wrote customer service they was very very rude then I told them I would pay to have next day delivery but I needed to know what time my item would arrive by since my daughter's birthday party is tomorrow she did not answer me and cancelled my order now my daughter has no dress for her birthday party tomorrow

ONCE AGAIN, you have no business purchasing from a online site if you do not know how to read.

This person purchased their item a few days ago and then emailed us today demanding to know why they haven't received there order yet. The shipping time is POSTED TWICE ON EVERY PAGE.

When we tried to explain this to them, they started getting all ghetto and disgusting with us so we had to cancel there order.

Again you have no business purchasing from a online store if you cannot read basic 1st grade English..

Once again, as stated twice on everypage, we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks, this person refused to pay for faster shipping and is now taking it out on us. we cancelled there order because they didnt want to Pay to get it faster. Not sure what to tell you. Learn to read before purchasing online.

I ordered an outfit for my daughter's birthday party about 4 weeks on advance, the week before her party i emailed them to get an approximate shipping date or timeline and was told 3-4 weeks unless I pay an additional $10 rush shipping fee. When I asked for just about when I could expect shipping I received a gibberish email of random letters, when I questioned this I was told "I just wanted to make sure you read english since you ignored my first email". At this point I said I don't appreciate the tone and I'd appreciate them being respectful and decent, at this point I was told I've been nothing but ride and disrespectful so they'll refund my money and cancel my order. This was to be the main gift for my three year old daughter so her whole birthday party is thrown off because of this. I don't know in what world asking for an update or timeline for shipping is rude and disrespectful but I guarantee I'll never order here again. Do yourself a favor and never shop here!

Pathetic, this disgusting person is lying. She didn't read our shipping time, after we told her what the shipping time frame was she decided to ignore us and pretend we never told her. Then she proceeded to ask the same question once again.
At this point we didnt want to deal with her lies and drama so we cancelled her order so we could move her along.

As stated twice on all pages, we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks, this is why we have the lowest prices on the internet.

I order a tutu from this company at the END OF MAY for my daughter birthday, paid rush shipping was told I would receive by the JUNE 10th. It's now July 9th and I still haven't received the outfit! Also they STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS! The worse customer service of my life throw the WHOLE COMPANY AWAY!

I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday, I have yet to receive a tracking number so I emailed them and I told them if they don't think they'll be able to send it in time i'll just take a refund. They told me no they'll rather make an adjustment to ship it sooner still haven't received a tracking so I told them once again I would just like a refund and they refused so I told them i'll just dispute through my bank and they started cursing at me telling me they don't gaf.

I have no clue why they are lying and trying to make themselves look like a victim, there upset because they didn't read our shipping time located twice on everypage.

LOL, we sell to over 6 thousand customers a month, i'm pretty sure if we were a scam company, we would have been out of business over 10 years ago.

As stated on our site, we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks, you refuse to understand that so we cancelled your order and fully refunded you, its pathetic that you have to make up lies and call us a scam even though you were refunded right away.

Asked for a status update on our order and they cancelled our order. They play the victim. No one ever disrespected any of they're staff. They can't answer a simple question. Don't order anything from them. Update. They said they gave me a refund. I never got it. Im reporting them. Scammers.

The website said it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get shipped they took 7 weeks and nothing not even an email saying we are running late. I send them various emails they even asked when was my party the water to do it over night how irresponsible of them as a store they shouldn't care when the event is they should ship when they say they will. Know I asked for a refund and still no sign be ware they will steel your money it's been a week and still no refund. Probably takes another 7 weeks horrible don't trust this website

Here's a screen shot of just a few of their replies calling me the "F" word, among other things. All of this started because I didn't see any delivery info on my invoice and emailed to find out approximately when my purchase would arrive. There is no excuse to treat a customer this way. Read their responses online to the many negative customer reviews. They resort to name-calling and profanity to defend themselves, rather than trying to do better and keep their customers. Shameful company!

I placed 2 orders for my daughter birthday 3 weeks later did not receive the outfit, spoke to them they had me pay for rush delivery, the night before my da bday contact me with some ba talking about they only accept amazon pay and my order cannot be come because they have been trying to contact me, I spoke to them and the reply was very nasty, o will never order from them again, very unprofessional. This is not the way you conduct business.
