Disappointed

My granddaughters birthday is tomorrow and I never received her birthday tee shirt outfit! They took the money out of my bank! So disappointed!

I emailed to inquire about a purchase that I made over a month ago and had not arrived I don't believe that I was rude in any way merely just asking because I had ordered something from my daughter's third birthday amasha and the bear tutu dress which I was excited to have her wear at her birthday party for over a hundred guests. My daughter's birthday is already coming gone We made altern ate changes to her outfit and she had a wonderful party but I still wanted to inquire where the outfit was. The customer service reached out with me in an aggressive manner and stated that because I lived in a trailer park it must have been stolen off my porch So somebody probably used it to buy crack. See pictures of below.

I purchased the dress for my granddaughters third birthday.
I was afraid it wouldn't be here in time so I sent an email that I needed it for Saturday morning They responded right away and told me I would have it in time. Thankfully it was here Saturday morning by 915 am! Great customer service and the dress was adorable. My granddaughter LOVED it. I will order from here again and recommend o my friends

This crackhead is out of their minds. We told them if they wanted their item shipped out quicker that they would need to purchase faster shipping. They went crazy on us and told us we "INVENTED" the phrase faster shipping and that no other company in the world offers different shipping speed methods.
JESUS F** Christ this person is either stupid or disabled.

Again they accused us of inventing faster shipping methods, Wow. They said they buy online all the time and have never seen a company offer different shipping methods and then they started calling us a scam for this, where do all you stupid people keep coming from? Almost every online website offers different shipping options, this is common sense, I don't know what drugs this person was smoking to accuse us of inventing different shipping options.
Please if you are this stupid stay far away from our company.

I ordered a shirt/tutu last month for my 3 y. O & paid $15.00 for a rush shipping. The order never came and today I received a nasty text from someone from the company. I was called out of my name and all. This behavior is disgusting and should not be tolerated. I advise all potential customers to NOT do business with this company. Very unprofessional

I ordered an outfit for my daughters birthday, when I realized it wouldn't arrive in time I emailed to cancel the order. I was told if I paid an extra 15 dollars they could have it to me on time. The outfit only cost 25 dollars, I wasn't paying 15 for shipping. Got a nasty email back. Very rude customer service. Very unprofessional.

You should learn how to read instead of complaining about the price of stuff.
We offer the lowest price on the internet for a custom tutu, this person wanted the outfit within a few days and refused to pay for any faster shipping. We receive thousands of orders each week, and 99.9 percent know how to read before purchasing, don't blame your problems on us.

It states it TWICE on every single page, we have over 5 thousand pages, meaning you missed it 10 thousand times. Maybe you should take responsibility and check the shipping info before purchasing from a custom handmade website.

This psycho racist sent our employees over 47 emails within 1 hour, she cursed at us and threaten us after we simply told her we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks, she demanded that we spend over a 100 dollars overnighting her order free of charge, just because... We had to block her and cancel the order, that's why she is leaving this feed back now.

What a shame.

SCAM. BEWARE

Please don't order from them. I am so glad I didn't wait until the last minute to figure out they were a scamming POS. They could have ruined my childs Birthday. I filed a complaint with Amazon and called my credit card company to get my money back. I hope these ppl go to jail for fraud. Ridiculous how they can try to be so sneaky and try to ruin ppl day. Who cancelled an order for 300 dollars over 2 teeshirts. A scam artist... But you won't get me. POS. Had to give them one star but they need a negative star. Also all those good reviews are written in the same grammer as the emails. They have so. Eone writing those good reviews. They canceled orders they never intended to make. Only pay through Amazon Pay. PayPal or credit cards so you can dispute your order because these ppl are the worst to prey on ppl kids birthdays. Luckily I had a back up plan and things didn't sit right in my spirit. I ended up getting shirts made through another company and getting my daughter's tutu of Amazon. These ppl are scammers. And I blocked them. For one I never cursed them. They intended on keeping my money. Not today Satan. Glory to God. Don't mess w a child of God. I serve an AWESOME GOD. PLEASE PPL DEFINITELY DISPUTE AND LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON EVERY SITE YOU CAN

Hmmm We have no clue what they are talking about. We told them that we dont ship bfor 3 to 4 weeks, and they would receive it ontime. They didn't want to wait and wanted it sooner without paying a fee so we canceled this scammers order.

I placed an order june 21st. Here we are july 28th and nothing. No product, no update and definitely no response to the multiple emails, texts and phone calls. They took the money from my account the same day, that was no issue but getting the product I ordered, thats a problem. The site does say due to covid expect 3-4 weeks shipping time. But its been 5. And there has been no response from them at all. Horrible. Very horrible.

Extremely questionable customer service. Their responses seemed to be written by uneducated bored (probably high on something) kids. They seem to take pride in being rude to their "customers." Great example of how not to run a business.

When we told them about our shipping time posted on every page, they started calling us racist black names out of nowhere, they said they should have never purchased from a black lazy company, very disgusting, as a black company we are already struggling and to have this type of human being just call us racist names after pointing out our shipping time is very hurtful.
They do not deserve to be purchasing from any company, especially a blacked owned one if this is how they are going to treat us..

I can't say enough about this company's customer service. They kept me informed of delivery and the shirt was perfect. Wish I had a picture of my grandson's face when he saw the shirt. I will be using this company again. Thank you so much for making my 2 year old grandson so very happy!

Horrible customer service they do not provide any shipping or tracking information on your purchase & when you inquire about your purchase they send you an email stating they have cancelled your order & you don't get your money refunded. If you google them you will see they have currently had several complaints recently with the better business bureau reported. I waited a month never got my daughters shirt for her 1st birthday & they still have not answered me back with a tracking number.

Customer service was very unprofessional. I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday. 3 weeks and 2 days later it doesn't show it as even being shipped. I contacted customer service. They weren't very friendly. I'll never order from them again, and my daughter doesn't have a birthday dress now

Cs cussing slurs

This is an email I recieved from cs.
(Now I will say I said in my email " I want my order now" but in no way did i degrade or cuss at the cs rep.)
"Jesus christ, everyday there's at least 1 dumb person out of the 300 sales we get a day.

I don't give any $#*!s when you paid for faster shipping, that doesn't mean its being shipped right away, it means we agreed to accept your rush order to receive it by a certain date.

It seems you have a BIG ISSUE with reading. Not sure if you have dyslexia or just plain $#*!ed...

THE LABEL SHOWS OVERNIGHT UPS SHIPPING. JUST LIKE IT SAYS TWICE ON EVERY PAGE THAT WE DON'T SHIP FOR 3 TO 4 WEEKS.

Take responsibility...

We agreed to have this to you by the 24th, your order was overnighted today with UPS early am, meaning you will be receiving it by 10 am tomorrow morning.

Why don't you show all the other emails Karen? You sent 6 emails demanding to know where your item was and we kept telling you that it wasn't scheduled to ship yet and you said you didn't care.
You also tried to blackmail us for free shirts, when that didn't work you threaten to leave negative feedback, after dealing with your nonstop harassment and threats, our employee decided to put you in your place.

Just a reminder, if you refuse to read and blame us because you refused to read then you will be called out for it and your order will be canceled.

Horrible never send me tshirt or refund. Lie saying they shipped the item and until now I have not receive anything or refund and even paid 10 dollar for faster shipping please be very careful. My daughter was not happy on her birthday.

Most people do not leave positive reviews when they receive their order, if they did we would have 5 stars.

We have a 2 star rating because these uneducated trash people didn't read our shipping time located twice on everypage, so they try to blame us and when that doesn't work out, they get triggered and start making up lies.
