Horrible horrible company! Believe all the bad reviews you see and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you have any issues at all they laugh in your face and talk very disgraceful towards you! It's ridiculous. This is a completely disgusting company. Do not give them your hard earned money. There are plenty of other shirt making companies out there!
Inquired on a delivery about an order place 8/1 that was labeled as shipped and "Customer service" ended cursing and making disparaging remarks against Mexicans. DO NOT BUY from them!
I order a shirt said be here in two to three weeks odered it in july on the 1st never recived it now hard to get into contact with them for a refund cause everytime i call the number or text it no response. I needed it for August 12th and never got it i would say this is the worst site to order from or to get into contact with about your order/ refund but now i am writing this review cause it cost me $25 and some change that ill probably never get back cause no one gets back to me or answers when i call if i had to rate this wedsite i would rate it very low in everything to customer service to everything inbetween

My mom tried ordering my daughter an outfit for her second birthday. Supposedly, it says shipping 3-4 weeks. My mom says she never saw it, and told the woman she could have missed it and she was sorry. When my mom asked if it could possibly arrive by August 17, she was called a $#*!ing idiot. The woman also told her she was a horrible mother not have this outfit. How INSANE? Who in their right mind would speak to customers this way?
I have never written one bad review in my life. But the woman that spoke to my mother was so out of line. I'm so angry. Please do not EVER use this place of business. It is not a good or professional business!
This disgusting thing kept telling us over and over again that we didn’t have shipping info on our site and kept calling us a fake company for not having shipping info on our site.
When we took screenshots to show her we did have this info on their, she said we just added it on Right now. This made them very triggered after they saw they were wrong. Then Both the mother and daughter then started email harassing us back to back calling us frauds for no reason at all, at that point we cancelled their order and refunded them.
Once again if you don’t know how to read something in front of you, don’t blame somebody else for your problems.
We have sold to over 40 thousand customers this year and the only people we have issues with are the ones that can’t read which is about 1 percent, the rest of the sales go perfectly with no problems ever.
I found this site looking for a birthday present for my niece who was turning 6. Her birthday is in mid-August so I ordered July 11 expecting the shipping to be just as long as the website states (3 to 4 weeks), which it was 4 weeks, so be sure to order well in advance. My niece loves tu-tus and I thought their customize shirt & tutu set was really cute! I was right, she and everyone else loved it. The only downside was I thought the tutu was going to be a bit longer, but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and would order again.
I don't know about others experiences, but I can honestly say I loved their customer service. They were very prompt to answer all My questions, which were a lot btw, lol, because it was My first time ordering from them plus it was a last minute order so I was a bit concerned it wouldn't get here in time but they offered Me rush shipping and sure enough they delivered earlier than I expected and Me and My family absolutely loved the results and the quality of their products, they surpassed our expectations. I ordered the white Mermaid themed B-day girl T-shirt with the tutu and the Mermaid Themed black T-shirts for Mom, Dad & Big Sister. They came out beyond beautiful. Also very reasonable pricing & they are true to size. Thank you so much. I would most definitely recommend to others and will definitely order again from them in the future. They were very nice and kind as well. Again thank you, You guys are awesome!
I'm not hiding any emails, not trying to scam Shirtango over $12 and change. All I wanted was a birthday T-Shirt for my sons 3rd birthday. I didn't use profanity, I did insult "it" because it said it states 2-3 weeks on every page for shipping in the website. This thing here, replying to customers is probably the type that won't confront anyone face to face.

This disgusting person didn't read our shipping info and started threatening to kill all of us because we simply told her we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks. Nothing but disgusting trash. We have email proof of all her other emails.
Wowwww I wish I read these reviews before ordering! I placed an order about 6 weeks ago knowing that it would take 4 weeks to ship. After about 5 weeks I sent an email asking for tracking information because I still didn't get an update on my order. I got an email back saying my order was cancelled and no further explanation. Huh? Still haven't seen a refund and had to dispute the CC charges. Clearly whoever runs their site spends more time responding to negative reviews and blaming their customers and all these "stupid people" for their shortcomings, instead of actually fixing the problem and trying to provide good customer service. When you get enough negative reviews you should start to think the consumer isn't the problem it's you. This site is *******% a scam and they're just stealing people's money you'll place an order and receive no product or refund.

We know who this person is, they are just upset that we cancelled their order because they didn't read our shipping info posted on every page. They purchased it 2 weeks ago and demanded to know why they didn't have their item yet, when we explained to them that we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks she demanded us to overnight her the outfit right away for free, when we said no she got very upset and said we would regret it, this all just happened 5 mins ago. I purchased this for my little girls birthday party. I didn't read where it said it took 3-4 weeks to arrive. So I emailed them and they responded quickly and was very nice and made sure it was there on time! I ordered the onsie and skirt and bow. It was so cute! And she looked adorable in it. Good quality too

How about the ones that you threatened to kill all our black asses and you demanded to know our address so you can come over now and handle us, why aren't you showing those emails?
