I purchased 3 shirts from this company 2 weeks ago I did not receive any shipping information so I reached out with the attached email asking for an update and to see if it would be received by staurday. My sons birthday. The person responding was rude for no reason at all. After the attached rude response I sent an email a day asking for an update on my order and stating that I can pay for expedited shipping. No response at all. The attached email is the only correspondence I received from the company. Please do not order from this company. They do not respect or even care about their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I emailed this "company" prior to making my purchase, to ensure that they could meet my date with their rush shipping. I received an email back stating that all I had to do was add the $15 for rush shipping. I completed my order and the same exact day I received a notification that it was out for shipping. That was on August 26,2020 my deadline was for September 13. Here we are on September 12 the day before my daughter's first birthday and her address nor our shirts in. I've called that number numerous times, but the mailbox always seems to be full. I was able to leave one message. So I've text that number, I sent multiple emails but still no response. Then I see the reviews and I'm sure I've been bamboozled. The only reason I went with this company was because it was a black owned business. When they pull some unprofessional stunt like this, makes people not even want to support our own community. Thanks for the attempt to $#*! up my daughter's first birthday! I will be reporting this company and disputing the charges.

Horrible customer service

Here is their response to me when I asked if I could have an update on when I would get my son's shirt I ordered for his birthday party. They think their customers are poor and uneducated if they use a coupon that they provide. This shows how they treat their customers.

LOL. Hey granny, the shipping is located twice on every single page, the shipping tab on the top and the shipping info on the bottom, all of this is located twice on every page. You would have to be a complete dumbass to miss it. It's also COMMON SENSE to check shipping info before purchasing from any website, again COMMON SENSE.

I dont give any $#*!s that you purchased from somebody on etsy and already received it, they probably only handle 50 to 100 sales a month, we handle over 2 thousand sales a WEEK, way big $#*!ING difference, that's why you probably got your outfit sooner, you bought it from a nobody that sells to a few people a month, to compare us both is $#*!ing $#*!ed...

I can keep more customers with honey? You are $#*!ing stupid, you make no sense at all, people come to us for our cheap prices and on top of our cheap prices we also offer coupons which i can tell your poor $#*! had to use, Now find me somebody on etsy that sells a 10 dollar shirt with free shipping, YOU CANT and you never will. You seem very poor and uneducated, but that's what happens when you sell your stuff so cheap, you attract the poorest, most uneducated people around.

Good luck because we don't need it. LOL

This person is a moron, she told us that she was doing us a favor by buying from us and that most company's have birthday shirts delivered within 24 to 48 hours, at no extra charge. Shes CRAZY... No company does that, shes was lying nonstop so we cancelled her order. She really thought for some weird reason that she would get a custom shirt within 24 hours delivered to her. LOL

I asked them a simple question about my order staus, and responded in such a sarcastic way. So when I responded back with the same sarcasm they canceled my order. Very childish, very rude and had the nerve to say good luck to me. Sorry, Good luck to your lil business with the horrible customer service. They sad i cursed at them through email... where? Broken promises

I ordered a JoJo siwa dress that offered a personalized dress, name and birthday age, for my granddaughter 5th birthday July 24. We exchanged emails and one of the emails I was in the wrong and I apologized. The response was sarcastic and just not customer service friendly. I was quoted a dress would arrive the 25th of August, no show. Then quoted another date of August 29th. Well her birthday is tomorrow and still no dress. I am very disappointed and will NEVER order from there again. Maybe they deliver like 'Wish', you wish it makes it on time. No way to do business and that explains the 2.5 stars as well.

I have to now file charges against the company. It was the worst experience I think I've had in life over $25.

I attached a photo of my screenshot conversation with their customer service. I am in disbelief of what I read. I cancelled my order because although they were cheap on price and I was excited about that. The amount to have it rushed to me was about doubled the price. Which made it cheaper for me to purchase some place else. Please read their emails to me WOW! They even kept calling me Karen. Why?!? They state on their site they are black owned and would not tolerate any racist comments. I for one I'm not racist at all. Them calling me Karen is racist and completely uncalled for. Then they go off telling me "if I want to kill them because they're black". I am shocked. Completely SHOCKED! Pleaseeee read the emails I attached.
