The absolute worst customer service I've ever received, Whoever is in charge of responding the emails needs therapy. Seriously projecting some of his own life traumas onto other people, a multimillionaire with a 2.6 review LMFAOO I wasn't rude just straightforward where was my $#*!? Period! I would spend my money elsewhere because this is a black owned business I DO NOT SUPPORT! $#*! y'all He claims all the emails were fake okay keyboard warrior then YOU post them.

I hate blacks? Mexican brothers? You literally emailed me and said you wished my daughter didn't turn out to be a "bottom feeding uneducated whore like me" she's 2! Digusting digusting people hiding behind a screen. Are all 173 people lying wtf? If i'm hiding emails YOU POST THEM THEN stupid $#*!
He says i'm not posting all the emails well okay then, why does my email say 7 emails were exchanged how many did i post? Rude and uneducated! What can you expect from a back alley bull$#*! company.

Awesome

Everything came on time. I did rush shipping, and they were able to get it to me the day before I need it. The quality was very excellent even though my daughter's skirt was slightly too big. I did send an email because I was afraid they weren't going to get to me on time since no one sent me the tracking information. They replied in the same day and sent me the information.

Email them before ordering

I contacted the company before placing my order just to make sure I would get it on time. I was told to pay for rush shipping because I was ordering 2 weeks before I needed to outfit so I did. I was nervous that I wouldn't get it ontime because I was getting closer to the date and the outfit still wasn't here. I contacted the company and they were very polite and let me know my order would be here on time. I received it on Friday and the party was on Saturday so, literally the day before. Honestly I can't really complain because the outfit is beautiful and my daughter looked amazing. Even though it came the day before the party, at least I did receive it on time.

When I tell you I'm so pleased with this company... first & foremost they have exceptional customer service. I know I sent countless emails trying to place my order & with every one they responded quickly & kindly. I needed my order in less than a week & they were able to get it done. I'm proud to support a family owned business. Prices & quality are great! I will definitely order from them again bc my bonus grand baby is going to love her birthday outfit made just for her! I'm just super impressed & im so glad I saw their advertisement. Great job & thank you for an excellent experience. May God bless your company to grow & prosper.

Don't waste you time or money. They take your order, cancel your order, don't let you know, when you email for info they lie and deny and don't give refund. Never send product. Report to BBB and DCCA of Florida.

I originally had a good relationship with the customer service, from 8/28/20 to 9/2/2020. I had been emailing since 9/16/2020. I left message on website, text the phone number (voicemail was full). NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL. I will just dispute it through Paypal, so unprofessional They damn near ruined by twins birthday. I hope this company reads this review. I am so disappointed. I try to support black owned business and then this happens. If you could not fill the order just say so and return my money within a week, but no its been crickets. I hope you learn better customer service.
UPDATE: THE COMPANY LIED IN THIS REPLY, AND SAID I REFUSED TO PAY EXTRA I ASKED IF I NEEDED TO PAY EXTRA THEY TOLD ME IN AN EMAIL THERE WAS NO NEED IT WAS ENOUGH TIME SO THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. HAVENT GOTTEN A REFUND. GLAD I DIDNT PAY EXTRA BECAUSE IT LOOKA LIKE THESE PEOPLE PAID AND DIDNT GET ON TIME ANYWAY. DONT WORRY PAYPAL WILL REFUND MY MONEY. STAY AWAY!

Don't waste your time or your money with this company. I asked for their professional opinion and received the complete opposite. The outfit was too small and I did not receive it on time after paying for rush delivery service. I reached out and the response was poor and uncaring. I definitely DO NOT recommend you or anyone else use this bum company. You will be DISAPPOINTED.

Only giving a 1 star because there isn't a zero star. I have never been spoken to by a company in this way. I admit that I did not look through their whole page regarding shipping information. I was in a hurry to order a shirt for a birthday party and had thought I'd get an email with information. I reached out yesterday and asked about the shipping and status of my order in which I received an incredibly condescending response.
I did continue the banter as I was bothered by this. However, this is supposed to be a business which is expected to have customer support and some amount of kindness and understanding for mistakes made by its customers. This business should be shut down and based on most other reviews I'm not the only one with this type of experience but it should not continue. I have attached screenshots of the emails sent. I would advise researching all companies prior to placing orders, even if it is for a $12 t shirt.

I am CONVINCED this company is a SCAM! I ordered a dress on August 24th for my daughters birthday. On September 1st I inquired about my order via email and was told that orders take up to 3 to 4 weeks to ship. It was suggested I pay for expedited shipping for an extra $15. I paid the $15 on September 2nd and let them know via email that I NEED this dress by September 18th. On September 11th, I requested an update via email. No answer. I tried calling them. No answer. I followed up AGAIN via email on September 14th and was told it will be shipped the next day. Today is September 17th, THE DAY BEFORE I NEED THE DRESS and I send an email this morning asking for the tracking information. Five hours later I receive a "your order has been cancelled" email. What's even more interesting is that in the cancellation email it only shows that I will be receiving a refund for the amount that I paid for the dress, NOT the extra $15 I paid for the expedited shipping. I really wish I would've checked the reviews on this company before ordering from them but, I wanted to support a black owned business. By the looks of these other reviews, who knows if I will receive any kind of refund. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I did not deal with any rude remarks like I've seen on some of these other reviews (yet because who knows how they will respond to my most recent email in regards tp them cancelling my order) but, this company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and does not deserve to be in business! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

After the nasty emails received by this business, I researched the reviews because I said to myself, I cannot be the only one who has ordered and received this type of service. When I say nasty I mean emails stating "what the F", typing my name completely wrong in which is was clearly stated in the prior email, blaming me for them working, emailing me in less than one hour stating i was refusing to provide an order number, crazy things like this. On top of that I ordered a tutu on August 3rd and never received my order. So yea they are pretty much a scam.

I wish I had read the reviews about this 'company' before placing my order. I ordered a few shirts back in July for my child's birthday and made sure there was enough time to receive the items. I wasn't sent a tracking number after 5 weeks, and contacting customer service lead nowhere. Whoever is running it is rude and degrading, refusing to send a refund for my order. I give up. I have never dealt with such a cash scam before, and it's obvious I am not receiving my order nor my refund. Every single negative review on the Better Business Bereau's website has a snarky reply from the owner calling every single customer a "scammer" and "fake review". Don't pay this scammer for products you aren't gonna receive.

This has got to be the most unprofessional and rudest company! They have horrible customer service. They canceled my order after waiting almost a month for shipping status simply bc i asked about my order. They guaranteed that I would get my children's tshirt by last Friday (for their bday themed party). Imagine everyone wearing the tshirts for your children's themed bday party, but your own children don't have their tshirts that you ordered over a month prior to their party! After not receiving the shirts in the mail, I emailed asking about it as well as their guarantee about having it, and they canceled my order. No explanation given. They are horrible, and sadly, they give black owned businesses a terrible name. If i could give this company 0 stars, that would be too much.

I played for the boss baby tutu outfit from Shirtango my only error was that I didn't pay attention to shipping times. I received pymt notification but nothing about shipping so I sent an email just inquiring about the order. After doing so I went to look at the website and it said 3-4weeks before shipped. Now being an online shopper usually with shipping times like that the order might be trash so I search for reviews all I saw was negative reviews about how rude customer service is and how people never received the order and on the reviews you had customer service belittling and calling the customers names. So I emailed I just saw that shipping is with in 3-4 weeks I would like to cancel I received and email back immediately 1am in the morning. The person advised me of expedited shipping. I declined and said I still want to cancel. The cancelled my order and issued my refund. Today Iwent back to the reviews to see if their were and pictures of the product and what I saw was actually really cute. I investigated some of the reviews and was about to place a counter review saying that my error caused me to cancel that the company was great and quickly handled my issue with no problemsand that I was going to purchase the multi color tutu boss baby. That was until I opened the last email I received from the rep their response to me declining and wanting to cancel was.

Lol pathetic

My whole tune chg this company is disrespectful to there to customers and I did nothing wrong to them I was not disrespectful to them in anyway and the email explaining this the ignorant person who is lacking in their vocabulary cursed out several times. I screen shot all the emails. I advise no one to do business with such disgusting individuals.
