On May 2nd I ordered an outfit for my daughters 5th birthday. Two days later I paid for rush delivery and was told the shirt would be there by May 14th for her party on the 15th. While this company was quick to reply, find me on PayPal and send me an invoice for the rush delivery. They blamed me for not advising them that my PayPal was under my maiden name. Again they said delivery day was the 14th. On the 17th I emailed them asking for reimbursement for the rush delivery I paid for and have yet to hear back from the company. They got my money and that's all they wanted. Rude customer service. Buy anywhere but here.

I ordered my daughters birthday outfit & family shirts on Sunday via rush delivery... it was filled by Tuesday & I received both pkgs on Thursday & Friday. They were very beautiful & my daughter is excited to wear hers on Sunday for her birthday! Every email I sent with questions or last minute changes were replied back on the same day. I was scared it wasn't going to make it on time & they reassured I would have my shirts on time. I was very pleased with their customer service & timely manner in shipping with this pandemic going on. Thank you so much! I will be referring Shirtango to my friends and family as well as ordering from them again in the near future.
Customer service told me to stop raping my daughter after I had asked for my refund back after them calling me saying they canceled my order all bc I asked for it to be rushed and didnt want to give out my info over text.
THIS DIGUSTING trash told us that we were child molestors because we sold girl tutus online, what sort of sick FU** do you have to be to say something like that. They also said we were scammers because we asked for their order number so we can look up there order. We called CPS on them today, this animal should not be allowed to have children at all. Hopefully CPS removes these children from this sicko..
Thank you shirtango for the pretty outfit, and super quick shipping. We had to cancel our babies birthday twice already because of this virus, shirtango was able to give us a great discount and free rush shipping after we explained the situation we were in. Will keep returning forever now.

This crackhead has lost their mind, they literally talked nothing but shit toward us in every email, but of course they didnt show those emails.
Customer got very triggered and kept telling us that we had no shipping tab or shipping info on any page and we were making it all up, they also called us muslim indians for some weird reason, and then said we werent a real company. Again people, we have a shipping tab, its located on every page. They are just upset because we cancelled her, we dont tolerate any of this trash from anybody.
When contacting this business about Rush vs. Standard shipping they were EXTREMELY rude and said things such as stay in your lane sweetie' and if you want to talk facts'. I was just inquiring about rush and they immediately got a huge attitude with me. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE and will never ever consider buying. Customer service most definitely needs to be re-evaluated in this company. No one deserves to be treated that way. When the company wrote me back they said I was trying to use my foodstamp card to pay... I don't even have a foodstamp card and that is so far from the truth it's just ridiculous! And I still have not received my refund as well. As you can tell from majority of these comments it's the same thing: they accuse every customer of editing email and texts' and leaving things out' and cursing at their employees' which now I realize NONe of this has happened. So on top of horrible service they are liars. Bottom line: STEER AS FAR AS AWAY AS YOU CAN!
ONCE AGAIN, we do NOT accept EBT/Foodstamps, they kept asking us over 20 times on why we didnt, this all started when we told them we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks, it seems like a common issue with uneducated poor people, they dont know how to read... We have a shipping tab on every page, after we cancelled their order because we didn't want to accept her EBTcard she went crazy on all of us here. Disgusting
I placed an order today on 5/18 and simply asked if they believe my order will not be delivered by 6/13 that I will like to proceed with a rush delivery and asked what do I need to do on my end to proceed. It just went down hill from that email. I am shocked on the rude response I recieved.
Im shocked as well that you are only posting some of the emails and not the ones that you cursed us out calling us F** retarded and telling my employee that they didnt know how to read. You also accused us of lying about our shipping time and suggested that we probably just added it now. We do not tolerate disrespect and harassment from anybody, this is why we refused your order. I emailed about my order because I did not know there would be 3-4 weeks before they actually shipped the products. So after 10 days of no updates I searched around and saw that info. I emailed and asked about shipping updates. The person was rude from the start. I btw never cursed at them or was even rude till they kept being rude. Still never cursed them. I have never dealt with such a rude company. All I wanted to know was would I receive my purchase before my event. They said yes and still continued to be rude. They turned around and canceled my order stating fraudulent charges. I told them I would leave a review they deserved. This happens to be my first 1 star review ever. If this will allow I will be willing to upload screenshots of the conversation. I was really disappointed with how this was handled. I've worked with the public since I started working and I've never acted the way this person did toward one of my customers.
Customer is lying, they didn't search for anything, they got upset because we had to tell them about our shipping tab that was on every page, this embarrassed them very much and they got very triggered about it. They kept claiming that we just added the shipping button TODAY and it wasn't there before. LOL
They became very rude to us and threaten to harm us and our company because they didn't see the shipping tab located on every page. We canceled their order right away after this happened because we do not tolerate any type of disrespect toward our agents or our company.

Came across the website on May 6th and saw that they had some great outfits. But I looked at the shipping date and thought oh no' I won't have it in time for May 15th. I reached out and I was assured that I could receive the order with rush shipping. I didn't get an outfit that they had paired on the website I chose designs from a mixture of a few designs. I received my order today (May 14th) about 3 minutes ago and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I have no doubt that my daughter will love her 8th birthday as well. Will definitely be ordering again!
When I placed my order, I hadn't realized that the order wouldn't ship for a couple of weeks. Disappointed, I emailed requesting cancellation and not only did I receive a very prompt response, but was also offered rush shipping and a promise for my order to arrive on the desired date. The requested turnaround was 6 days and I was extremely worried that even with a promise, it wouldn't get here. I emailed them again and was reassured that the order would still arrive on time, that it would be sent to me overnight. Well, it arrived on time and I was pleased.
This is my first order, and I absolutely love it! My daughter is going to be over the moon with excitement when she sees it! Thank you shirtango! Its perfect!
The website has so many great options to choose from. I was able to find exactly what I needed. The wonderful customer service kept me informed from processing to shipping to delivery. I am so in looovvveeee with this company after my first order. Not only did they deliver a quality product but did so in such a timely manner in the midst of this pandemic. They responded to my requests and graciously answered all of my questions almost immediately via email. Thank you for helping me make my daughter's 5th birthday such a wonderful event. I am a Special Education Teacher and I ordered a t-shirt and tutu for one of my students. When I called to tell them I needed the gift by a particular date, they confidently assured me that I would have it by that date. And It arrived a day early and I am so excited to give it to my student for her birthday! During this time of my students being quarantined and not understanding why they can't see their teachers or go to school, this is going to make her day!

It was a month after my order that I asked for shipping information with no response, when I Disputed My purchase I was contacted by them with the most inappropriate responses.
Oh so it can read huh? After we told this customer that we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks as stated on every page, they automatically opened a dispute instead of emailing us back to cancel the order like a grown person does, I guess they were too embarrassed to admit they miss something thats stated on every page, how pathetic..

Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
Answer: I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.

Customer used a stolen credit card to pay for paypal invoice, we found out because the person she stole the card from opened a dispute against us. We cancelled her order over this and she got upset with us and told us she would get us back. Horrible disgusting person.
