Shirtango is phenomenal! I shopped online for a personalized birthday outfit for my 4 year old granddaughter who wanted everything Frozen and found the perfect outfit of shirt, tutu and bow with her name and age on the shirt at a very reasonable price. I was concerned it might not get to Cali on time so I text Shirtango and someone got back to me immediately and explained how to find express shipping on the website. I put my order in expecting delivery on Friday (birthday was Saturday) and got package on Wednesday! I highly recommend Shirtango. If my grandchildren are happy I am happy!
I got my daughter's birthday outfit 1 day prior than expected. I was satisfied with the overall product. Although, I didn't speak to anyone directly. My questions were always answered promptly through email.
They turned out perfect, im uploading a photo on here. They arrived super quick even with virus going around. Our daughters LOL birthday was special, thank you
I placed an ordered over the weekend and after tried to call the number and no one ever picked up.
I decided to wait to the weekday to call again so that I could make corrections and add additional items to the order and still never received a response.
I did leave an email no immediate response and on the next weekday I called several times again.

I'm not a person that flips out usually, but a person taking my money and being disrespectful will certainly get the other side.
I couldn't believe how rude this individual was and blamed me for their demand and inability to service customers in a professional manner.
This is the worst company ever! Horrifically rude & noooooo good customer service what's so ever! Wish I could put 0 stars. The jerk legit canceled my order. They need to close down.
This crazy customer sent over 100 text messages saying she was going to kill us and our workers, we have all the proof right here. This is why their order was cancelled. We already reported this to their local police and contacted CPS so their kids can be removed from this violent person.
Customer service helped me all the way somehow my order got lost the day before my daughter birthday and they made sure to ship another one and it got here the morning of my daughter birthday she was too excited I do recommend
I bought a t shirt for my daughter's party and was assured I would receive it on time for her party with was weeks away. It didnt come on time things happen but it kepted getting worse. 2 months later and I still didnt receive it. I had to email them over and over... then they told me they didnt know why it never came and would overnight it to me. Some of their emails were getting hostile and rude. A few weeks later a t shirt came to my door in the wrong color. I politely emailed them asking for the correct color thinking it would be no problem to fix. I was VERY wrong. I was emailed back in a way that was rude, angry, demeaning and absolutely terrible customer service that was basically yelling at me threw an email. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Hi, as stated on our website, all orders are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately you did Not order pink, you ordered a black shirt, you did not make a note of the color as stated to do so in the listing, " meaning you chose black" you can login your account yourself and see it or look at your order confirmation email, you also didn't write any notes in the cart section saying you wanted the color pink, all this can be verify, please have a look.

UPDATE: he owner has replied to multiply post, the proof is in the pudding! They even responded to reviews from 2012 and 2014, just a week or two ago trying to defend themselves. Smh. So ready to argue must have overlooked the date! Think they replied to mine as well with a conversation I wasn't part of, childish. Guess screenshots don't mean nothing! If you notice all bad reviews left out emails, or cursed them out! Smh. So they are not honest people either!
To make long story short, just unprofessional and maybe a little ghetto( I am of color by the way) not sure if owner is of color, but if so this is another example of how complicated it is at times to support my own race. Now I don't have to say much just read email below, it explains it all.
I ordered last week sometime and realized today that I don't have alot of time before my daughters b. Day. Its Monday! So I reach out to initially check on standard time to see if order would be here in time. Granted, I am redoing her room as part of her b. Day so I been ordering stuff left and right and still work as well ( healthcare) so its been crazy! Therefore, I was not prepared to deal with foolishness but was forced to, the response to my concern were not customer service friendly in my opinion and phrases like " I clearly said in the email" and' do you sweety" are not professional at all. Thought I was having a conversation with a teenager with sass! OMG! Not for a business! Clearly, I am not alone and take great pride in writing this review! The screenshots don't lie, can't retract those words! Anyway, she canceled my order( beat me to it) then said something about catching me in a lie, at this point not sure if she was getting her convos mixed up. Not sure how asking about shipping is catching me in a lie? Things that make you go hmmm?
Anyway, be blessed stay Safe and find somewhere else to spend money, you regret it if you have to reach out to these people..
We cancelled the buyers' order after they started cursing at our employees, we do not tolerate that sort of harassment here, this is why they are upset. They are leaving out all the other emails and messages which had they were cursing at us and calling our agent racist muslim names. She insulted and cursed out one of our employees that was trying to help.

This company socks and the customer service kicks rocks. Unprofessional, communication via email will not call you. Stated they would overnight a shirt for my baby's birthday. 10 days later they email the color is not available. They got made because I expressed i was disappointed in this action after 10 days passed by already for a rush order. They canceled my order and refunded me without my permission. Now we have no shirt for my sons birthday. They will pay for their actions take your business else where. There is far better out there. Shirtango you suck!
For the record no one cursed at any agent check your email trail for the facts and move on. Train your agents. Ordered local and better.

Even during the pandemic the customer service that I received was exceptional. The responses were timely and clear and I received my product on time and it was perfect! Exactly what I envisioned.
The outfit came right on time, they made sure we received it right before the birthday without paying a rush fee. We explained to them that we were short on money since my husband was just laid off and they made sure that we didn't have to pay anything extra.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago and nothing had changed on my tracking. I still had a few weeks left before I needed the shirt so I thought I would ask due to the coronavirus if it was even going to be shipped. They recently changed the shipping to extended due to covid 19 which I found once they were rude and told me I was wrong even when showing them my email. Then they cancelled my order after this conversation and after I waited the entire 3 week wait they told me when I purchased. I didnt care to fight I just wanted to know if and when it would ship when they kept repeating myself. I couldn't believe the way they talked to me
This customer is not showing the full text messages she had with our employee, she's purposely trying to make herself look like the victim. We tried to help her, she said she didn't care and could speak to us any way she wanted. She sent us over 8 other text messages, cursing at us, called us white racist names and hoping we would die. I wonder why shes not showing those messages. Again all we did was try to help, she didn't want our help even after asking for our help, instead she threaten to kill us all for no reason at all.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter for her birthday and was worried about the delivery time. I wrote an email and ask would the regular standard shipping be ok to get delivered in time or do I have to pay more they said it would get here. Well it was 10 days before the date I needed it for my daughters birthday and I sent an email to customer service inquiring about an ETA and got a nasty response well customer service and I went back an forth and then they sent the emails to the owner John and he started in because I told them I would give them a bad review for treating me this way and I was going to call the better business beau and the owner was upset saying whay are you trying to destroy my company I told him I am not in the business to destroy companies all I wanted was the shirt my child wanted for her birthday and that didnt happen. Needless to say John and I apologize to each other and he wanted me to not cancel my order I told him I never canceled it your customer service got mad and said that they had already canceled it but John assured me that it was NOT canceled well today on March 27 my childs birthday and shes asking for this shirt and I sent a inquiry email and got a email from them that my shirt was canceled and a email from Paypal that my money was refunded... WOW HORRIBLE Company HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

While it started out all innocent, it seems my rush order was never created. When I reached out 2 days after the date I was promised to receive them by, they did respond that day and said they would check with their shipping department and get back to me as soon as possible. After allowing 6 days to pass, I again tried reaching out via text, phone call, and email with no reply. My last result was to file a dispute via paypal, to which I received an immediate response from the seller stating specifically this: "Jesus lord, we get over 400 emails a day, instead of giving us a chance to respond to you, you just open a dispute, it's going to take you now 3 weeks just to get refunded. Lol. Good luck" Despite this reply, I was still willing to wait for the shirts and expressed this in a follow-up e-mail. Regardless, the exchange ended in a very prompt refund of my money. It is unfortunate that people cannot remain professional in today's society. I hope others have a better experience or at least do their homework and read reviews prior to placing an order. Lesson learned.
Wonderful company. Usps mis-delivered, we reached out to shirtango to see if they could help us somehow, even though it wasn't their fault, they overnighted us a free replacement just in time for our daughters birthday. Great service.
I asked for my order to be expedited. Customer service agreed. I asked if the fee would be added to my card. They, sent me a link without explaining what to do inside the link. I asked what was I supposed to do as I didn't know if that site was for me to track my shipment or what. Below is the conversation between the rep and I. Never have I ever been so insulted and treated such disrespect by a business. NEVER!

We just got back from our trip, it was one of the best trips we have ever had. Thankfully we purchased from here instead, we saved over 50 dollars buying from shirtango and we used that savings at the park.
Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
Answer: I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.

You left out about 50 messages that you cursed out our employees, threaten to kill us, you kept telling us to watch our backs and promised to hurt us and our children. Where are all those messages at? Why are all these messages edited? You edited all these messages out, maybe if you spent that energy learning to read, you wouldn't have had an issue in the first place. We dont deal with thugs that threaten to kill us or our employees or curse at us. Its sad to see that you didnt post all the real messages and only the ones that make you like ok, if people only knew what you actually wrote between and before all these messages. Good luck kid.
