I found this site on Facebook. My daughter's 3rd birthday party is coming up and I saw her theme bubble guppies! I ordered her an outfit as well as 4 shirts and only paid a few cents over $69 for all of that! The only thing I became afraid of was that it wouldn't make it on time but it did! And I absolutely love them! Thanks you guys! Great work at a great price and exactly what I asked for size and all!

I had ask for a refund on an order that i had made the same day i made the order because it would arrive to late so who ever i was talking to was very disrespectful and unprofessional now im arguing with the person to get my money back. I will never support this black owed business again.
I love the product and was what I expected. Customer service was helpful in a decent time frame. Daughter loved her bday outfit and keep twirling all day for everyone.
I ordered a shirt on September 20th. I have not received any updated emails, no shipping info nor any tracking # info. I kindly emailed them to ask where my order was and I got called "uneducated" and they was putting the emoji as if they are making fun of me. I for a fact know I had not received an email, I check it daily. This gift was for a 7 year old girls b-day and now I've had to request a refund because I still do not have the item I ordered and get bash talked by customer service. I hope your business gets ruined for all the rudeness you give toward customers because I promise I will never order from this site again. Sooo unprofessional.

My niece turned 4 and was having a JoJo Siwa party. I bought her the personalized birthday party tutu outfit, with her name and the number 4 on it. And, I needed a rush on it because her birthday party was in 2 weeks. When I emailed them about the rush they responded immediately. It arrived on the exact day I needed it and the party was yesterday. Not only did my niece absolutely love it and feel oh so special with her rainbow tutu and shirt displaying her name; but all of the other little girls at the party wished they had a super-fantastic rainbow tutu also. The quality was great and the price was right; especially for how happy it made this sweet little girl, to have something so special to wear. The sizing was true and the added bonus of a matching JoJo bow to wear in her hair made her day. Thank you so much for accommodating our rush order. I bought a "Cocomelon" outfit for my Goddaughter's 2nd birthday and paid for rush shipping and it got here just in time! And the onesie fit perfectly! The skirt was a tad too big but... without body measurements it's hard to get that 100% right. Either way, my baby girl LOVED the onesie and didn't want to take it off, even at bed time lol
The only good thing about this company is that they respond to emails. I made a order with this company on September 5,2020 for 3 shirts for my sons first birthday on October 9,2020. I was aware of how long it took to ship but I didn't receive the shirts until the day of the party. Now the experience with them was terrible. They kept giving me different days that the order would be shipped I out. I emailed them to cancel the order on 10/1 they told me the order would ship out Monday 10/5 and be there by the 8th because I paid $15 for rush shipping. Monday came and they never shipped it out. On Tuesday I emailed them again saying to cancel the order because they have yet to ship they never responded and proceeded to ship the shirts on Wednesday. I emailed them that I didn't want the shirts anymore and they shipped them anyway. They told me the order was completed already. When I received the shirts the day of the event they were all wrong I asked for black shirts with my sons name. I received white shirts with birthday girl on them instead of birthday boy. I emailed them that I wanted to send them back that it was wrong and they told me that it was my fault and they would not give me a refund because I ordered girl shirts. Majority of the shirts on the website are girl shirts so I know I put the sex of my son. At this point I'm upset and let them know I'm going to call my bank and just get a refund from there and they told me they don't give a $#*!. So I started a claim through Amazon pay. This company is very unprofessional. I understand customers piss you off but that don't mean you talk to people like they're stupid. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM.
This moron is upset because they purchased girl shirts for their boy, they didn't bother reading the title or the listing, so when their shirts arrived they freaked out on us and started cursing us out. This is their fault for not reading the title and description, they received exactly what they order. You can't fix stupid..
I was checking about my order and I didnt recieve an email back so I sent another just checking. I then recieved an very rude email about how I need to read better and that Im so pathetic when I wanted a return! This place is an F***ing joke!

As a firm supporter for all things black owned, this was truly disheartening and unbelievable how this person responded to me like I was nothing. They resorted to name calling and cursing. I did not receive the messages they replied to as it went to spam. When an email did come through their response was rude and when I sent a screenshot that it went to spam, they then took the rudeness to a whole nother level. I have never experienced something like this EVER. I am still in shock.

I ordered my shirts with the $20 expedited shipping on their website and I have received my shirts a day early, they are exactly what I expected and we love them... especially my daughter's birthday tutu outfit... I will be a returning customer!

This racist sicko sent us over 35 emails cursing us all out and saying we had no shipping on our site, they used every racist disgusting name they could toward us because they missed the shipping info. This is the type of trash we deal with every day because our prices are so low. How sad.
I don't know for sure if I was scammed or not but I was to receive my order on Oct 7th and here it is the 9th and nothing. And I need it by the 17th. And I email at least 5 times since Wednesday and no response Order #7638

I recently placed my first order with Shirtango and I must say I was so very pleased with the service. I requested some modifications to the order and I had also requested that the order be rushed. Shirtango met my needs and now I have chosen to labeled the company as one of my favorites to shop at. My first order was for my 6 year old granddaughter. My grand son's birthday is coming up in November and I will be shopping at Shirtango for his gift as well!

I'm not even going to call this a company because it's obviously someone just sitting in their garage with a shirt press and some keyboard courage. The website states that orders take 3-4 weeks. I ordered 5 weeks in advance. I did not receive the order contacted them and they said it would be $10 extra and it would be ready in a couple days... so that means it's literally ready and they are just sitting on it. I actually paid because I wanted the shirts and they were wrong. Wrong gender and wrong size. I asked what they were going to do and they emailed back with a bunch of profanity and misspellings. This person is so ignorant and so unprofessional I do not think they would even be qualified to work at McDonald's. I spoke with Amazon and they are opening a case against them. Please do not waste your time or money. Any positive reviews are more then likely fake. I had to laugh at them calling people out for using profanity, because every other word they used with me was a curse word. They also accuse people of writing fake reviews that are negative... they are not that important. There are so many better options out there, stay away from these people.
You purchased this 2 1/2 weeks ago and just paid for rush shipping today and then asked to have it tomorrow in your hands and all you paid was 10 dollars,, we are not going to spend 85 dollars overnighting your shirt that you just paid 10 dollar rush for, that sounds so crazy, no company would do that and when we told you that ups overnight cost alot more, you freaked out and started cursing us out. Why would we spend 85 dollars of our own money to overnight this when you only paid 10 dollar rush shipping, you sound like you have mental problems. Good Luck
I am very satisfied with the wonderful work done by Shirtango! They are amazing and are of great quality! They also keep in contact with you on a daily basis if needed and respond to any concerns immediately! I love them and will be using them again!
Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
Answer: I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.
