Ordered spongebob shirt and rainbow tutu for my granddaughters birthday and it was what i expected as it was exactly as pictured. Shipping was alittle bit of an issue as I didnt research enough for shipping time frame. Contacted them via email and they responded quickly and got my order to me on time as they stated. Would order again.
Horrible business! Do not order. I still have not gotten my order. And they are ignoring me completely. They take your money and do not send you what you purchased. Stay away

I bought a tutu for my daughters birthday but it never arrive i need it for November 22 they said it will arrive I ordered on October 6, but it never came, now i am sending them emails to get my money back but they never answer. Do you a favor and dont buy from this website
I ordered around the 8th of November saw the shipping time later after further researching page. Reach out to them ask for expedited shipping in which I was told would be $20 extra. Paid it and few days later ask for tracking number. Order was suppose to arrive by 11/18/2020 never responded back to my email and never recieve order. I will be issuing fraud against them. They will never prosper
I loved everything about my daughter's birthday outfit! Customer service was great and I didn't have any problems. I will recommend this to my family and friends. The prices are amazing!

I had an excellent experience both ordering only and receiving responses promptly to my emails. I received the order on-time for the birthday party and they all fit nicely. I paid additional for expedited shipping since I placed my order just a few days before my son's birthday and I still received it on-time. Really satisfied with my purchase and customer service.
Omg first time I order from them and is just beautiful my daughter is very happy and exited to wear her outfit for her birthday by mistake I order regular shipping and they answer to me right away when I ask about my concerns and they help me to be able to get on time for her party we are extremely happy with the service and definitely will order with them again

I have read alot of negative reviews about shirtango. But I'm here stay that I am a very happy customer. There customer services was awesome. When I email them they communicated back quickly and was very friendly. My product was suppose to come a week before my daughter birthday but they made sure it was here 2 weeks before time. They even gave me a lil gift. This company is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. They truly made my daughter day special. Thank you

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered in July and never got an email stating it shipped, I then emailed them and they stated it was backed up due to Covid. It has now been almost 4 months and NOTHING! I have emailed several times and they do not respond! The worst part is they don't have a return policy, and they don't offer refunds! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered a customized shirt and tutu for my daughter's birthday I ordered late September for her birthday 11/26 around November 9th I emailed inquiring about my order... I was getting a little nervous after reading all the negative reviews! I received a response almost immediately and she apologized for the delay and I accepted I know this has been a crazy year and understand that it's not an overnight thing which is why I ordered so far in advance anyhow! But to make up for the delay she offered me a couple feee shirts but I ended up getting shirts for the whole family! She also stated she would see to it that I got my order soon! This was the 9th or 10th I received my order on the 14th! She not only made sure my order was expedited but went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction she didn't have to I only wanted what I paid for but I am VERY pleased with the product and the customer service I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend!

Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
Answer: I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.

This person is a piece of trash liar, they wanted us to ship their item faster, so we kept asking them to pay for the faster UPS fee everyday because time was running out, finally they paid on Friday night after asking 12 times, we told them it was too late at this point and we needed to cancel and refund the order, after that they sent us a long email with threats and curssing us out and saying they didn't know they needed to pay now, they thought they needed to pay after they received the item, which of course is a fucking lie, they knew they needed to pay before we ship, we told them this 12 times in the same email thread, they are just pretending they didn't know, again this is a piece trash human being trying to blame us because their stupid. Why would they pay after receiving the item? The only reason we wrote that email is because they cursed us out first in the last email after we refunded them. This is what happens when you sell your items so cheap, you attract the stupidest trash in the world.
